My husband and I had no idea where to start when we decided that we needed change in our lives. We searched forever for a trainer that felt right for both of us. We are so glad we found Phil! He has helped educate us on correct form in our workouts, the best foods to eat, and how it all ties together. He makes it really easy with different plans to follow that are laid out each week. We are able to see the results and feel much more confident doing workouts on our own. Bonus that the gym is super clean and rarely has more than a handful of people in there.

I completed the 8 week glute camp and learned so much in a short amount of time and most importantly how to properly work the muscle when lifting weights. The amount of knowledge Phil knows and teaches is pretty amazing... My bum is pumped up and defiantly shows a difference! I'd do it again!

I've been working with Phil for almost a year and I couldn't be more thankful and happy with what we've accomplished. Phil Martinez is the best of the best. He is very kind, funny, genuine, knowledgeable, and tailored to you and your goals. He always made my health and happiness #1, always taking the time to do something correctly rather than shortcuts that don’t benefit my health/physique. My meal plans and workout plans were always tailored to the look I was going for and to make sure I was having fun along the way! Not only that, I gained knowledge from him on how to make smart choices and how to better utilize my workouts to get the “maximum pump” that I could. I've been working with Phil on and off since 2014 and competed in an NPC Bikini division in 2015. Phil is amazing! He is so personable, fun, and knowledgeable. You get the whole package at stealth. Keeping my personal goals in mind, Phil created my own meal and exercise plans, tracked my progress, helped me stay motivated, and taught me so much throughout the process. I moved out of state but he was even willing to work with me via weekly call check ins! Definitely recommend Phil to anyone. You are way better off getting a trainer like Phil than going to a corporate gym where you will end up paying an arm and a leg for someone with less experience, knowledge, and interest in your personal goals.

Phil is an amazing trainer! He has such a vast knowledge of fitness and nutrition. I was super intimated to get back into the gym with machines I’ve never used before but Phil changed that. He doesn’t just sit back and bark orders while sitting on his phone like other trainers, he’s totally involved and shows you every detail of the movement, the correct posture and what muscles should be engaged during each exercise. Phil is an outstanding nutritionist/coach/personal trainer! He is extremely educated with health and fitness. I am type 1 diabetic and wanted to compete in a fitness competition. When my husband and I first met Phil we were completed mind blown on how educated he was about diabetes. We instantly trusted Phil and his advise. My husband saw results rapidly and I was actually seeing progress (which I never had before with other trainers). I’m a third of the way through my first 3 month session and am so pleased with my results that both my husband and I are going to do a couples training session with Phil after my first session has concluded. Phil is a master of his craft and training is a labor of love for him. He genuinely cares about his clients and works with your lifestyle and is just a good dude all together! I’m learning so much and I can honestly say Phil has changed my life! I have zero complaints and would highly suggest him to anyone regardless of your knowledge or experience level! One of the best decisions I’ve made in my life so far! I went into Phil’s feeling unmotivated and discouraged about my fitness goals. I had tried loosing weight before Phil, with no progress at all, by eating a lot less, feeling hungry all the time and “working out” (didn’t know what I was doing at the gym lol).
I left feeling confident, educated and proud! He helped me reach my fitness goals and better yet, he educated me on the proper ways of eating healthy and exercising correctly. He helped to better my life. I am so happy with the results! 12 week program, better knowledge of fitness and 20 pounds down (could have been more but I had one too many cheat meals 🤣, still reaches the goal though!).
