Stoic is an awesome gym with such a great gym community! They provide a wide variety of classes ie. Functional Fitness, Surge Fit, High, Yoga, Step, and others! They have many different class times so finding one to work for you shouldn't be a problem! Come check them out!

Great people.
If you like the social aspect of Crossfit but want more functional movement and a workout lifestyle that feels sustainable, this is a great fit.
Solid workouts that let you choose each day how much you want to push. And enough variety to keep it interesting.
My wife is excited they may soon focus on post-partum modifications.

I love this gym! The atmosphere is awesome- the instructors and members are friendly, and all fitness levels are welcome. The functional training workouts are carefully and deliberately programmed, and are so effective. The instructors are each very knowledgeable. They demonstrate every move, and are available to answer questions throughout the workout.

There are so many positive things about Stoic. I love the friendly atmosphere felt by the members and instructors. I appreciate the cleanliness and upkeep of equipment. Most of all, I love the fact that my workouts are carefully planned out by a fitness instructor that is targeting specific muscle groups for every workout. Not only are they planned, but the instructor models/demonstrates each move and helps you with form/answers questions throughout each workout.

I have been a member for Stoic Fitness since it opened and genuinely enjoy going each day. The skilled trainers strategically plan functional workouts that focus on different muscle groups and help you gain and maintain overall physical fitness. I love that each day I can go and have a workout planned and demonstrated for me and then I can cater it to my own fitness level. I have attended this gym while pregnant and post pregnancy, always able to cater the workouts to my current bodyβs needs with the help of the experienced trainers. I couldnβt recommend this gym enough!
