Very impressed. From the first class to the recital, it all is ran so professionally and passionately. The classes were spent learning actual dance techniques and vocabulary. The dance my 4 yr old learned was entailed and more complex than my 7 yr old nieces at another dance studio. And the 4 yr Olds did an amazing job at it because of their amazing teacher Mrs Chansey prepping them so well!! She has the perfect amount of patience and set expectations to create a disciplined classroom -that's also full of fun and encouragement. I've already recommended this studio to a few people.

The teachers here are amazing and they have several smaller class sizes so the students get more attention from the teachers. They offer several different classes for different age groups and are really easy to work with when it comes to tuition payments. They reward the students for good behaviors and always have fun little parties for the holidays. The studio is in a home, so the parking/drop off area is very limited, as well as parent space in the home where you can watch your children. Overall, my daughter loves it there.

One of my girls just started on one of the competition teams and my other will start next month, so far I am super impressed! Chansey is so sweet and you can tell this is her passion, my daughter already loves her as a teacher and I am sure my other one will too! I would highly recommend Straight Up Dance Academy!

Miss Chansey is an amazing teacher. I was worried that taking my daughter to a mommy and tots class that my daughter wouldn't be learning much. Chansey has been amazing!!! This girl has been dancing since she was knee high to a grasshopper. She has AmaZing choreography, style, technique, and a passion for teaching children. It is inspiring to watch her teach and witness the growth of her dancers every year. I would strongly recommend taking your students to Straight Up Dance Academy!

I was quite impressed with Chansey and her studio! She keeps it very professional and so very fun. My children LOVE IT. Chansey is an amazing dancer.
