Streamline is here to help you strengthen, lengthen, decompress and tone. Whether you’re a full-time athlete, just starting your rehab from an injury or simply looking to explore the benefits of Pilates, we’ll work with you one on one to awaken your mind and lift your spirit.

I've had the great pleasure of working extensively with Streamline, both is public and private classes. Maya is a unique gem, a true expert at her craft. As a fellow movement specialist (private and public therapeutic yoga classes) I have personally learned so much about my body as well as the movement and functionality of bodies in general through working with this studio. Streamline is by far and away the best!

Streamline Pilates in Sugarhouse Salt Lake City has become my “Pilates home,” after moving here a few years ago. Eva made it a point to welcome me on my first visit, even though I wasn’t taking her class that day. The group classes and the students, some of whom have been coming for years and years, are warm, welcoming, and fun. All of the instructors are TOP NOTCH with their attention to form and technique. While this is more of a classical style Pilates studio, functionality is high on their list of priorities—we never perform an exercise “just because” it was in the original repertoire. I’m so grateful to have found Streamine Pilates!

This 67 year old has been working with Maya weekly for ~3 years and I have experienced great progress with my back, neck, and general well-being. I've learned a great deal from Maya and have noted significant improvements in my gait and posture. I simply feel better doing Pilates. Maya has my highest recommendation.

I have been working with Tayler for a few weeks now and I feel such a significant difference in my body! My awareness, posture, and confidence feel rooted in this practice. Tayler is educated and knowledgeable about the anatomy involved during the pilates classes, I appreciate her naming the muscle groupings we work with in real-time. She has an impressive awareness of how individual bodies move, which areas might be tight, and how to soften. Her guided classes are amazing! And I highly recommend her for one on one work with learning and exploring pilates.

I've been working one-on-one with Lise for the past 5 weeks for a herniated disc back injury and it has been such a wonderful experience, especially for someone who has never done pilates before. I've been able to gain core strength and learn about my posture in ways I wouldn't have realized before, all without compromising my ongoing healing back. Highly recommend this studio!

Streamline is the best Pilates studio I’ve been to. Eva has created such a great atmosphere for practice in both sugarhouse locations. There is so much thought and creativity put into each session, and I always learn something new I can continue to use when I practice at home. I can’t recommend this studio enough if you’re looking for a place to do (or try!) Pilates in SLC.

I started Pilates at Streamline as part of recovering from a sports injury, and I have been amazed at how helpful it has been. I simply move better, with more purpose, both in sport and in every day life. I have had a positive experience with classes from half a dozen teachers at this point, and no class has let me down. Highly recommend.

Streamline has offered the most comprehensive and extensive foundational background in building a solid Pilates practice. I'm really impressed by the focus on body awareness and alignment. My instructor, Rachel, has a good eye and her teaching style meshes well with my learning style.
She has identified physical habits and weak areas where I developed an over-reliance on certain muscles, and we've been working on using the "proper" set of muscles. I have found this coaching super helpful!

I started practicing pilates at Streamline 4 years ago in order to improve my running performance. Eva and the team were all welcoming as I started my pilates journey. I have taken classes from a number of the teachers. I always feel confident following their instructions. They pay close attention to the students and provide options for all skill levels. I will continue to support this great, local pilates studio.

I've been taking classes at Streamline since it opened, and I won't go anywhere else! The instructors are all well-trained and personable, and you can get new perspectives and ideas from each one. If you haven't tried Pilates, yet, this is a great place to start. It's a nurturing environment. If you have done a lot of Pilates work, this is a great place to advance your practice and try the variety of class options in person or via Zoom.

I have always loved my classes at Streamline Pilates. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I attended virtual mat classes which were a great alternative. BUT I have really missed the equipment and it is so nice to ease back into some in-studio classes. Thanks, Streamline, for creating a safe transition!

I have been going to Streamline for 6mths. They are amazing. Tons of class times. All of the teachers I've taken classes from have been attentive and very knowledgeable. It's nice to see different teachers as they each explain a movement differently, which is helpful in finding someone that teaches the way you learn. Personal sessions are a great way to get 1 on 1 time with an instructor. Classes are small so I never feel ignored (equipment classes max out at 4, mat classes at 10). Most of the time I've been in classes with 3 or 4 people.

Wow - Steve Kauffman is great! I went to Steve with back pain that made it impossible for me to bend or stretch. I was having difficulty simply walking. Getting out of bed in the morning was something I dreaded because it hurt so bad. Even turning over in bed during the night was horrible. It wasn't life threatening - but it was life changing because I was no longer able to do many of the things I had done. One visit to Steve and his magic fingers doing the myofascial release - again WOW! I still have pain when I stretch or stain - but for the most part the pain is gone. I am amazed and gratified. I am planning to go back for a follow up. Steve gave me a quick overview on how to use a roller at home and I have already started doing that. Steve makes using the roller look so simple - I must look like a walrus rolling around on the ground using it. Thank you Steve!!
