I'm so grateful I discovered Stretch Lab Park City! After a tough ski season, I was feeling tight and sore. Maddison helped me with some amazing stretches that really loosened me up. I also tried their compression therapy, which was a game-changer for my recovery. Highly recommend for anyone in Park City looking to get back in shape!

I’ve been a client for 6 months, with one weekly 50 minute stretch. This place has changed my life, my pain level has decreased tremendously, my flexibility and balance are also drastically improved. In addition, it is my most relaxing hour of the week. I give it the highest possible review and highly recommend regular stretches at PC Stretch Lab.

Had a great 1st stretch with Arturo! It was gentle, yet firm enough to feel the difference when I walked out. I am moving here next year and will buy a membership!

I went to stretch lab for help with pain related to 2 extruded disks. I also have osteoporosis. I was worried at first that the therapist might hurt something worse but my fears were quickly allayed. My overall flexibility and mobility have discernibly improved and my back pain is decreased. I’d highly recommend the therapist.

StretchLab is a wonderful place to go for assisted stretching. Conveniently located in Kimball Junction, with ample parking, it is a great place to include in your regular routine for health and fitness. The feeling after a session of stretching is like the feeling after a massageβ€”really great. Love that they are in Park City! Highly recommend!

Went to StretchLab after a few days on the mountain in Park City Utah. Upon entry we greeted very politely by staff employees which made It welcoming. Danielle was my stretchy and she did a great job while not inflicting any pain on my old muscles, not that old πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰
I totally recommend using them to loosen up muscles and joints prior or post workout of any sort.
Great job guys!

Absolutely a MUST to have done! I pulled a glute skiing and this was the best way to have it released! Professional and very nice staff! The owner called me back promptly. Also far less expensive than a massage. Bought a package special.

I went for a 25 minute session with Cindy and she was great. Really helped loosen my muscles that were tight from my workouts. She also showed me some moves I could do to increase my hip flexor strength that I’ll definitely be implementing!

Just had a great experience at StretchLab.
This was my first time ever going and my body feels completely open, relaxed and longer :)
I highly recommend the reflexologist,
Catie. She is calm, professional and really knows/understands the body due to her extensive background educationally and personally.

Love this place and we look forward to going each week. It’s better than a massage to me and my husband. We call it self care exercise for our aging bodies!

My husband talked me into going and I’m glad I did. You don’t realize how much more you can stretch when someone is helping. Totally would recommend!!

Very good experience. Flexologist was good as well. Did not sign up because of the three month commitment and the $1000. + cost.

I’m a massage therapist and yoga teacher myself and understand the benefits of passive stretching vs. active stretching. I had the pleasure of my first session being with Gretchen and she was just phenomenal. Even with the massage and yoga I’ll definitely be back regularly. It’s like an oil change but for your body not your car and it’s fantastic. Will be doing this regularly for sure!

I find Stretch Lab to be a wonderful tool in my wellness arsenal. I do quite a bit of Pilates, get regular bodywork, stay very active, skiing, mountain, biking, hiking, golf , etc. Going into StretchLab once a week or so for a 50 minute assisted stretch really helps me feel good and loose and keeps me in good condition for the variety of activities I pursue.

I think the negative reviewer may be confused. This location is owned by a nice lady and he’s talking about a guy owner, so could be a mixup. For me, this place has been a game changer. My flexibility (or lack thereof) has always contributed to pain in my back, hips, etc. There are stretches they do here that have a more lasting and foundational impact on how I feel than anything else I’ve ever done (PT, Massage, Chiropractor, etc). I’ve never been to another StrechLab location but the Park City location has been fantastic. I’ve had 4-5 different therapists and they’ve all been very well trained and professional. Hoping for even more improvement over time.

Recently had a stretch and was surprised at how helpful it was. I find it is very difficult to stretch myself and found the assisted stretching to be be my deeper than I can do myself. Great after a mountain bike ride.
