We've learned over the years that the vast majority of individuals never reach their fitness goals because they lack the right plan and accountability for exercise and nutrition. Sadly, this failure sometimes results in a loss of confidence and energy levels, eventually trickling into other areas of their life.

Very weird experience, tried to receive more info and also sign up for the gym. They contacted me via txt, but then didn’t respond for days when I txted back. Then we set up a zoom call to go over the gym, and they no showed and haven’t txted me back. I’ve been to a lot of gyms, never been ghosted before.

The coaches/trainers here are SO kind and helpful. The other gym-goers are very friendly as well :) It’s definitely a judgment free environment, and they meet you where you’re at. I had never worked out or gone to a gym before starting here, and was worried that I would feel embarrassed or left out because I knew nothing about working out, but they treated me with such patience and encouragement. I would recommend this gym to anyone at any fitness level!!!

I highly recommend a gym like this instead of just your average gym. I played D1 soccer at Utah State and I was use to having a trainer and team to push me and after I graduated I had a hard time keeping my fitness up myself. This gym got me back on track to my fitness journey after years of struggling with it. It’s because you really just have to get yourself to the gym, then they have a work out planned for you, a group doing it all together that pushes you and a trainer giving you tips and guiding the work out. Atleast for me this really helped me stay on track. The staff is great and the work puts are intense. Again I highly recommend!

I absolutely love the Tribe Fitness (formerly RxFit SoJo) gym and have never had so much fun working out in my life. I just started at Tribe about 3 weeks ago for a 6week challenge. I was unsure what to expect coming to CrossFit but know I know what the hype is about. Not only are the workouts amazing, it’s the people!!! The coaches are always there to teach you techniques if you’re new, like me. They’re there to encourage, motivate and hold you accountable for you own goals. There’s never judgement, there’s never people looking down on you - it’s a community. It’s a family. They want to help you succeed. I have met some amazing people and I’m 100% sticking with CrossFit at Tribe Fitness even when my 6 week challenge is over.

We love going to Tribe SoJo (previously RxFit SoJo)! The workouts are built to fit everyone at their individual level and easy to modify as needed. You are charged weekly so its easy to stop payment if you are going out of town or need to take time off. The coaching staff are dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly. Great instructors, for any level, they adapted the workout to my physical needs as I had injuries and past surgeries. I was able to do things I have never done before and I lost 4.5 Kg in 6 weeks which is already a miracle given my age and metabolism.

Definitely a new experience for me coming from more of a weightlifting regime.
This really introduced me to cardio, which has helped me improve on my endurance, and a new way to look at nutrition and how to measure food which has really shaped how i will be doing food in the future. Definitely recommend to those that are working out but still a little lost on the food part of things by themselves.

I have been a member of this place for four years and I liked it since day one. Prior to that I had never worked out in group classes. This place was like family. The coaches down to earth and everyone just there to get better and have a good time. The place is spacious and the equipment in good shape. And they are even investing in new equipment now. They have plenty of time slots for classes. Some classes were reduced during the pandemic but they are starting to come back. If you are worried about your level of fitness, don’t be. The best part of this place is that the coaches and programming truly adjust to all levels and you see progress at whatever level you are.

RxFit Gym - South Jordan pushes me to be a better version of myself. Not only am I getting stronger, but I have learned so much. I've been attending RxFit Provo for 6 months and have absolutely loved my experience. Prior to ever setting foot in a group class, I spent 6 onboarding workouts with the owner of the gym as my personal guide to the exercises! If that isn't a class-act move, I don't know what is! Mark's kindness and attentiveness truly set the tone for the my confidence moving forward with the process.
As someone recovering from trauma, this has been a perfect, personal, and empowering tool for my furthered healing. I've felt myself becoming increasingly comfortable with actually listening to my body as an information center through this practice, which has been so rewarding. I've also never been very athletic; every coach I've worked with has helped me tailor the workouts to my skill level without even the smallest implication of shame. To top everything else off, I have hemiplegic migraines that can be triggered by too-rigorous exercise. Every coach has made absolutely sure that I am cared for throughout every group class (and all keep my ultimate health in mind right along with me as we work out)!
Marvelously, this is not the place for bloated fitness platitudes and shame-based, impersonal, "just discipline yourself better" training that so many gyms tout as the necessary track for results. The heart behind this gym (coaches and members included) is what's made this a safe place for me to walk the path of coming home to myself. Any frequent, self-caring gym goer can attest to the glorious high of learning what your body can really do. Now, I am no exception. But, Tyre, Darren, Skyler, and Mark have treated me like family from the moment I walked in. Thank you for helping me feel so special and capable, everyone! What a rare and wonderful thing I've found here!

I am extremely out of shape. I was worried about starting such a rigorous exercise routine after being sedentary for so long. Tyre and Darren have been nothing but encouraging and awesome to work out. They are able to help me scale the exercises to my fitness level, and I am already feeling stronger and more confident. 1) if you’re considering joining the gym go for it! The best thing about this gym is that the coaches are amazing! They know what they’re doing and they just want to help you become a better you! The friends I’ve made here are just awesome and it’s fun to try and compete against one another.. it’s really motivating and so much fun! The workouts are meant to be challenging and they’re scaled to your personal ability, you get to decide how hard you want to push yourself each workout and you can actually see your progress every time you repeat a workout! I've worked out at a lot of different gyms and loved them... But to be very honest this is the absolute BEST gym I've ever joined and I knew it would be right after the very first workout.

2) So I've only been here at RX fit for a couple months but I've noticed how much more functional strength I'm gaining... My shoulders hurt less at work when I pick heavy things up (I work in construction, and have a shoulder injury)... My pullups have improved substantially, as well as my box jumps... Overall I'm just measurably stronger and more athletic in just 2 months. I also hurt less, and have noticed less aches and pains since I've joined. I can't wait to see where I'm at after the year mark! Thanks to Tyler and all the coaches for all you do for us. I love this gym!

I like the clean nature of the facilities and the kindness of the staff. In my most unfeigned way, I say that I am always comfortable at Rx. I am never talked “down to” or made to feel discouraged. The team is upbeat and real. I don’t see or hear bravado or narcissistic behaviors from the staff and trainers. They push me but are kind and playful in helping me achieve goals.

I really liked this gym!! I was able to go during the summer living nearby and it was a blast. The coaches were clear with their teaching and understanding when I needed a break, they had modifications when I needed them, but still knew how to push me in the right way to achieving stuff I thought I couldn't do! I especially liked that warm ups were social, people wanted each other to succeed, especially on the harder stuff. I live farther away now, but I plan to come back for sure!! I've recommended it to all my friends considering trying out cross fit.

The instructor was knowledgeable and fun. I love the classes. The coach pushes me harder than I would myself, isn’t in your face obnoxious but rather easy going and motivating. I highly recommend this gym!!! It’s super clean and has a fun play space for my young child while I work out. The Rogue equipment is top notch and in great condition. HOLY COW BEST GYM EVER!! I have never really been the type to workout constantly. I’ve always had gym memberships but usually stopped going after a month or two! Ever since I joined RX fit I’m actually so excited to go every day. Our amazing gym instructor Kyle always makes us feel excited, prepared, strong, and powerful as he teaches us the movements and aids us through the workout. There is good energy in this gym and my husband and I always look forward to going. CrossFit makes me feel so confident and I actually notice my muscles toning and defining and it’s only been 6 weeks! They have routines planned out in advanced which keeps each workout organized and efficient. They don’t waste your time. THIS GYM IS SO WORTH IT!! Can’t say it enough times. This was my second experience with RXfit-I competed at a competition they held at their Springville location, and they have continually demonstrated high quality services! I love this gym!! I’ve been self conscious and hesitant about working out for the past couple years after I got out of shape a little bit, and the coaches here have completely turned that around for me! Not only have I seen results after my 3 months here, but my confidence is completely different since I started. I will say that he paid more attention to form than the 2 other boxes I've trained at, and really nothing is more important than getting you form right.

They've got everything setup for you to progress, including another class for strength training, and a nutritionist to help you with your goals.

I started going here about 2 months after I got pregnant and stayed until the day the baby was born! I loved how the coaches made you feel like you mattered and kept the environment super positive. It's easier working out with a group and, especially with being pregnant, the coaches (I basically went every morning when Tyre was the coach-- she is awesome!!) were really helpful in modifying the workouts to what my body was capable of doing and also supportive in the amount of work I felt I was able to do, so I was able to listen to my body and take it slower if I needed.

Highly recommend if you're looking to get super fit in an environment that pushes you, teaches you correct mechanics, and listens to your needs with some fun coaches and friendly group.

I wrote a review a few months back but I feel like I need to update it. Before joining rxfit I had no confidence in the gym setting. I had tried and failed so many times for generic gym passes, or at home workouts and I just couldn't stick to anything. BUT THEN I FOUND RXFIT and it was legit life changing and I will never go back to a big name gym. Rxfit has given me confidence in myself and in my abilities at the gym, friends, and structure and accountability that I've never had before. The trainers are AMAZING. Everyone here legit cares about you and knows each person by name. I finally feel like I fit in at the gym and I could seriously cry real tears of joy. Go to this gym it will not disappoint.

I was looking for a way to stay fit while spending 8 hours a day sitting in front of a computer as a web developer. I found RxFit and just walked in one day. The owner was there, and was very helpful. They set me up, and have a wide range of membership options. It is month to month which is nice. The coaches are very dedicated, and work you hard. You work out in a group, but the coaches help you out individually, and I got way more out of my exercise than I would doing it by myself. I loved it, and was a great experience. The virus made me move out of the area, but I would definitely recommend RxFit for anyone looking to improve their physical activity.

When I first stared RXfit, I was so nervous about it being a gym of huge bulky people who check themselves out in the mirror and PR everyday. I walked in the first day to find no mirriors and people who were just like me looking to be fit and improve quality of life.

The coaches know you by name and strive to not only give you exercises, but set personal goals for your overall health. You do get cut and loose weight fast if you apply the coaches teachings.

I tried the CrossFit gyms closer to me, but this one is well worth the drive. It has the best, cleanest facilities and the coaches are top-notch. When I turned 40 I started getting hurt a lot. After a back injury shoveling snow my doctor recommended that I strengthen my core. The coaches at Crossfit GSL encouraged and helped me manage around my injuries and got me to the point where I do not worry about mountain biking or shoveling snow any more.

I've been to a few CrossFit gyms, and this one has been one of my favorites. The gym is decently large in space, and I personally love the gym for it's community. The coaches and the people that are here are fun to be around.
The programming incorporates strength and endurance and I feel I've excelled a lot because of this.

Come take a class at this CrossFit! It will not disappoint. This is my first month doing CrossFit and my body has felt better than ever. Coaches are super helpful and PUSH YOU to do your best. They are very knowledgable and make it their priority that you do not do anything to hurt your body. If you're doing a workout wrong, they'll tell you not to do it; then they slowly go over the exercise, making sure that you do it correctly. Also, the community is phenomenal. Came all the way from Arizona for BYU soccer camp for my kids and heard so much about this place that we ended up going twice to work out. As someone who was new to CrossFit, I was quite intimidated by the idea of showing up to a new gym sight-unseen and how long it would take me to feel acclimated to the rigorous workouts and environment. The reputation of CrossFit proceeds itself (for better or worse) and I didn't know if I would find a sea of SWOL Bro's grunting and high-fiving each other (while simultaneously mocking my skinny and decidedly "unswol" body) - or, a community built around mutual friendship/respect and excitement for fitness - regardless of ability level. Thankfully, it was the latter; and without hyperbole, I can easily say that not only is this gym (and its coaches) exactly what you hope it/they will be - but its also an atmosphere that gym's the world over no-doubt strive to attain. It truly is amazing.

Upon arriving the first day, I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome, attentive tips on how best to scale the workouts to my beginner level, and given honest feedback (and encouragement) once the workout was finished. I have seen steady, noticeable progress and change not only with myself, but with those that attend with me. Every day is a new challenge: and my body is continually hating me (and then thanking me) for the workouts. If you'e ever considered trying CrossFit, I can't recommend Provo CrossFit enough - you won't find better coaches, or a better environment/team atmosphere. Come for the challenge, stay for the abs, and reap the rewards.

I’ve only been a member of Provo Crossfit for about 3 months now, but I love it just as if I’ve been there for years. I came to provo Crossfit from a different box, and was so nervous that I wouldn’t find a family like I had at my previous gym. But that wasn’t the case at all, in fact it’s exceeded all my expectations. From day 1 I was able to become comfortable around the other members and coaches. Finding a crossfit gym that you love isn’t hard because of the community it brings around the world, but at this box everyone is so genuine and personable that it’s almost unreal. Tyler does a terrific job with the programming, whenever I’m leaving the gym I know I got a great workout in for the day. And not only do I feel the progress I’ve made, I see it too. From these past 3 months I can tell I’ve been more motivated, not just in the gym scene, but outside of it too. Provo Crossfit is more than just the workouts. It’s the family, the atmosphere, the progress, and the positive mentality and lifestyle changes.

Been going here for a year and a half, also coached for a year. It’s been a wonderful environment, great people (mostly students), solid workouts/programming, good staff that pushes me to do my best while staying safe. A good box for beginners and veterans alike. Best shape of my life!! Been a runner, weight lifter, beach body, spartan racer...crossfit is the best.

I highly recommend Provo Crossfit. This box has become like a second home to me and I really feel like a part of the community there. Starting Crossfit when I was a little older was pretty intimidating, but the coaches are knowledgable and helped me get up to speed quickly. The athletes are friendly and supportive. I have also really appreciated how the coaches continually offer us encouragement and the classes really help each other do their best. This has been the best fitness experience I have had in my life and I look forward to many more workouts.

I love Provo Crossfit. The coaches are great and the workouts are even better. A lot of people my age think crossfit is too hard on the body or that you'll get hurt. NOT TRUE! I have actually been able to recover from some injuries I had for years just by doing crossfit! And my strength has gone up a ton! I lift more weight now than I did 15 years ago . If you want to get in shape or need a good fitness or diet program you should come try Provo's best crossfit gym!

Love Provo Crossfit. I honestly feel like I am party of a family when I go there. The coaches are awesome and always pushing me to my limits, especially the head coach Boston Carvallo. Very cost efficient too. Most crossfit gyms charge you an arm and a leg to sign up with them. Love this place
