They could: inform you what size scales are, teach you about inventory tracking, educate you as to what "two day shipping" means, and help you properly manage custom expectations.

The whole experience here was a nightmare from the start. I booked the class though ClassPass but when I got to the studio, the girl at the front desk was not welcoming told me that there was not actually a class offered at the time I booked. She then proceeded to explain that they had been having issues with ClassPass (which I found hard to believe since I’ve used the app for over a year with several different studios and their customer service is always top notch whenever I have any issues).
And finally, when I asked how to get my ClassPass credits back, she offered 0 direction and did absolutely nothing to make it right. Plus when I checked their actual website to try booking a class directly, their own website didn’t even allow me to book. Super disappointed.

Their Instagram is updated frequently with class updates or schedules. They have an app you can buy different types of passes to attend various classes. Really cute studio.

Went to the studio about a week ago. Its a beautiful studio, but I attend a lot of group workout classes. And it just wasn’t welcoming. The instructor was nice but didn’t welcome people to the studio. I think for HIIT instructors I was expect more energy. The gal at the front desk was also ANYTHING but friendly… I get it it’s 5:45a but you want to get people pumped for their workout.

I took a Saturday morning yoga class from Danielle. It was amazing. She paced the class so well. It was challenging but she made the space so welcoming I felt encouraged and tried some things I didn’t think I could do. It seemed she was also able to give opportunities for advanced Yogi’s to really challenge themselves as well. I would go again to participate in her class in this beautiful studio.

Studio IVL has such a welcoming atmosphere, and all of the instructors are amazing and so kind. The space is beautiful and clean, and all of the people I’ve met in classes there have been so inclusive and friendly. I’ve made lots of friends through classes at the studio! Highly recommend Studio IVL!

I really liked the classes and instructors, but unfortunately the livestream is not worth the $30 a month. I’ve had several times where they started the livestream 15 minutes into the class, didn’t share the video correctly, or never started the livestream at all. I kept holding out hoping the issues would be resolved, but they weren’t. Sad to cancel, but I’ll find a studio that’s more reliable with streaming. I just can’t justify paying for a service that I don’t get.

I really enjoyed the Fourth of July themed celebration class at Studio IVL! Jill taught a fabulous High Fitness class. The studio is clean and has a good sound system, which is key for group fitness! It’s a fun environment to workout in!

The gym was gorgeous! Very good lighting and I love my instructors @jbhighfit!! My only hang up is that it’s way too overpriced. I would not be able to afford a membership there. That’s really too bad because the have a lot of instructors and classes that I love.

Studio IVL is a beautiful space that makes you approach your workout differently. It feels so high quality, unlike a gym and you really get an experience, not just another workout. This totally sets the tone for how the instructors teach and when you show up you know you are getting the very best instructors out there. Parking was accessible, it’s located in a really pretty area, it was easy to sign up for class, overall I was totally impressed. It’s got such a good vibe and I seriously can’t wait to go back! Love IVL!

Most beautiful place to workout in Utah. The classes are so good too! I like to go to Emily’s High Fitness Class on Tuesdays and the Surge class on Fridays- both are excellent classes. The experience overall is luxurious for fitness. Definitely would recommend!

classes were meh. you can tell the instructors dont actually know what they are doing - people were doing the techniques in a way that they will definitely be injured from.

overall vibe was super weird too. stepford housewives feeling. i definitely dont recommend
