The owner was really Nice. Although he knew how to run the equipment, I didn't feel like he understood how to help me get the most effective exercise. I explained that I needed to be careful with my knees in exercising and he set the resistance higher than it should have been. This resulted in a knee injury that now requires surgery.
I was looking forward to a low impact exercise that could help me be healthier. Now I'm looking at at least a 6 week recovery from surgery that I shouldn't be needing.

Stopped in for a minute to check out the studio gym. They have a wonderful staff and a great workout that can be done in a short amount of time!

Swift Fitness is amazing. After two weeks I feel like I have been a body builder for two years. I also have a ton of energy! Also, the staff is great - so friendly and personal. I'm hooked for life and will never go back to "traditional" ways of working out.

I have to say, I am continually and thoroughly pleased with this business. They're very genuine, and they make you feel right at home. Doug and the rest of their family that I did meet we're all very kind. Doug is such a great guy. Sounds pretty great huh? And I haven't even gotten to the machines yet! The ARX machines they have there will blow your mind, in the best way possible. After a month and only going one time a week, and one full body workout per week I'm looking better now than I did when I used to lift 3 to 5 times per week. Not only that, but because I'm getting more rest and Recovery, I feel so much better throughout the week. Instead of feeling so tired and fatigued from working out every night for an hour, you should really give these guys a shot, and trade one of your big box Gym hours, for one of Swift Fitness hours and see which one you feel like you got a better workout on. I know for myself I've had amazing workouts there. And plan on working out solely on ARX machines for the rest of my life. Anything else would be a waste of time.

I own Swift Fitness, so of course my opinion comes with a positive bias for it. Nevertheless, I thought it would be fair to share some of my experiences as a user of the ARX equipment we use since I started using it myself. When I first tried it in May, I weighed 339 and was quite weak after spending much of the past year in bed from a head injury. I have not done much to change my diet, except to TRY to limit carbs, and eat more veggies. I now weigh 309, I have dropped 8 percent body fat, and am feeling a lot stronger. The first time I did a press, similar to a bench press, the maximum number of pounds I pressed was 185. Since then, as I have done my weekly 15 minute workout, my max has increased every time. This past Monday, November 6th, I pressed 619 pounds.

This gym is amazing and so unique with how they are using technology to results so fast. I only had a month before my wedding to get some more tone to my muscles, and I have seen the results. Definitely worth the money, and the time commitment per workout is very manageable; only 20 minutes and I'm sore from head to toe.
