My services extend to all ages, however I specialize in helping women over 50 regain their energy and movement, reduce inflammation, and be independent.

Teresa is an excellent personal trainer!! She has helped me drop a lot of inches in the past 2-3 months of twice weekly workouts. She's great at helping me learn to be accountable for my health, regular workouts, and eating better. What I appreciate the most is the attention to proper form to do the exercises safely and in an impactful way. I also like her tips on working veggies into my diet Highly recommend Teresa for both personal training and nutrition expertise!

My experience was great. I was afraid doing any weight lifting or exercises due to my lumbar issues. She is very knowledgeable about the body and what I could slowly do to help my self. She as well does nutrition recommendations to improve the weight journey. It was never a dull moment with her. She’s very fun to be around and learn from her. I highly recommend her if you’re just trying out this Excercise, Wellness journey. She’s the best.

I needed a trainer while visiting my daughter for the summer. I am so glad I found Teresa. She kept me motivated, helped me with my form and challenged me to do better. I enjoyed the app she uses and found it extremely helpful. Teresa recorded in the app the workouts and included a video for each exercise in case I wanted to come to the gym without her. Additionally, she did not hesitate to modify any of my workouts and catered to what I needed and what I could do. She cares about helping you meet your goals and will go the extra mile to see you achieve them. When I told her I would be traveling for a month this fall and I was worried about not working out she suggested I use bands and help me develop a workout I could easily do anywhere. She is a gem and I wish I could take her back home with me!

Teresa was amazing!! She took on the challenge of helping me find ways for me to get more nutrition in the little amounts of food I can eat. She helped me think outside the box with eating the foods needed to keep my body happy and healthy while increasing the energy I was lacking before her coaching.

It was addicted to sugar. I did the sugar challenge. I was not perfect, at not having sugar. I caved a few times. I learned it was okay. I've cut my sugar down. And lost 8 lb. I learned a lot of things to do, and why I think I need sugar. Lots of good information.
