I’ve tried out quite a few private gyms and Target fitness is definitely my favorite. The equipment is great and the owners are wonderful and super helpful with training. I’ve been recommending them to anyone in the area that hasn’t given them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I love this gym so much only a couple kinks… 1. Why are there so many flies when I try to workout 2. Where’s the cable machine for back and triceps 3. These flies are going to make me lose my mind

Target Fitness!!! I highly recommend this new gym in Santaquin. All the newest equipment, my favorite are the assault bikes. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. With the coaching program, I was able to exceed my fitness goal (down 9lbs and 3% body fat!). Check them out!

Target Fitness is a huge asset to our community. Zak and Ciara have built a gym that feels welcoming and real, not intimidating like some places can be. They’re both extremely knowledgeable and take the time to get to know you, whether you’re there for personal training or just need a spot to work out and clear your head.

The atmosphere is positive, the equipment is great, and you can tell the owners truly care about helping people reach their goals. If you’ve been looking for a place to train or just stay active, I definitely recommend stopping in and talking with them.
