We teach moms how to live a healthier lifestyle so they can show up better for their kids and also teach their kids how to be healthier!
We truly love teaching women how to finally feel happy in their own skin!

I love training with Amara. I followed a few different trainers before I decided to join Team Crazy Fit and it was the BEST decision I made. She is very knowledgeable in answering all my questions, she takes time to go through the weekly check in, her feedback works!! I was stuck before joining I couldn’t lose weight, I’m down 8 lbs and 3 1/2 inches.

I struggled with giving Team Crazy Fit a shot at first. I have done meal plans from other trainers before. Never got the support like I got from Amara. She's amazing and very knowledgeable
She breaks it down so it's so simple to understand and easy to continue and make it an actual lifestyle change.

My biggest hesitation was the cost. Was I worth spending that much money on myself to possibly get to where I wanted to be physically? The answer is yes! My health is worth it and so am I. My biggest life problem I had before joining was my relationship with food. I would go through the cycle of binge and restrict. Certain foods were bad, other foods were off limits, and make sure to exercise or eat way less the next day due to what I had consumed that day. My mindset was constantly negative towards myself. Currently, I am focused on telling myself that food isn’t bad. I notice when I am hard or negative about myself. I have also turned tracking my food into a game instead of a trigger.

I think my biggest hesitation was fear of failure or and letting myself and others down.
The problems I’ve had in the past were not staying consistent or just not really knowing what my body was lacking. Growing up my parents did a lot of fad diets, so I never really learned about nutrition, just quick easy fixes and then doing something completely different next. I always thought I had to kill myself and spend 3 hours at gym everyday to have any success.
I am feeling so good about this process and what I am doing. It’s not a quick fix, it’s learning how to better care for yourself, inside and out! Everything I am learning is so easy to do and lessons I can carry with me through life!

I love the programs Team Crazy Fit offers. Whether you are new to your fitness journey or experienced, there are options for you. I love how the focus isn't just about the physical but also the mental part of our growth. Doing the inner and outer work is what helps with long term results. I really enjoyed the 8 Week Beginner Fit and also learning more about the macros I need for my body as well as learning more about nutrition and fitting it into my busy life. Team Crazy Fit is amazing!

Amara is the best trainer I’ve ever had. She is excellent with fast responses and advice, and she is the perfect balance of being my coach, cheerleader, and an understanding trainer when needed. She relates to my problems and helps me not be so hard on myself. She has helped me pin point the issue of my weight loss, and has worked diligently with me to continue my progress, not only in losing weight, but in overall just treating my body right to be healthier long term. She has great meal plans and she is so fun to be in the gym with. She has her own gym that is a safe and friendly environment, and she has a special group of women that come in to work out in groups that have become my friends. I became part of a community that I didn’t expect to be, and I am SO grateful for that. Working out with Amara and her group is now a highlight of my week. Amara, I owe you so much! Thank you!!! Amara is the best! I have been working out with Amara for the last year and her holding me accountable to workout at 5:30 am is just what I needed. I have a desk job and need to get exercise! I enjoy the other women that workout and often feel like it is a workout and a therapy session in one. We have great conversations. I actually look forward to going which says a lot because I am not a morning person.

I ♥️ Working out with Amara. She has that warm, fuzzy personality and truly cares about you and your workouts!!!!! I have low back issues and she’s helped me to modify several different exercises so I don’t hurt myself. She is very knowledgeable about all of the workouts and stops you if she sees you aren’t doing it correctly, so you don’t get hurt! I also enjoy that it’s all girls…..we just have fun!

I did a 30 day challenge with Amara and it was an awesome experience! I lost 8 inches and 6.2lbs, I didn't think I'd see much of a difference until I saw my before and after photos side by side, I was amazed! She's so sweet and easy to work with, which made the experience just that much better!

I am in my late 30s and for years told myself that I could get back into shape on my own. This was a lie. I am a former collegiate athlete and have a good base of exercise knowledge, but could not find the motivation to get myself moving. I apparently need something to hold myself accountable to. Amara is an absolute gem! And I thank my lucky stars that I am able to train with her. She is positive, upbeat, does not judge or make you feel badly about days where you splurge on a whole birthday cake. She will just laugh with you and discuss ways that you could do better next time.
She gives you the tools you need for success with meal plans and lifting plans for days you are not with her, so that you still have a guide when you are out of her beautiful presence.
Having a small group of women to work out with makes the time fly and is so fun! We laugh as well as sweat! If you're experienced, or a beginner, no worries! Amara can tailor any workout to any level of weight lifting experience.

I have never worked out, I had a friend that was training with Team Crazy Fit and since I’m getting older I was starting to see my strength weaken so I signed up! It’s the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I have more strength, energy and I just love Amara and Sadie they are what makes me want to learn to work out and be healthy! Amara is the best personal trainer.
Her personal interest in my overall health is above and beyond. The personal plan she created specifically for me must have taken hours, this is not an extra charge, just part of the package I pick from her.
I can tell she puts a lot of thought into my training not only to help me get stronger but to change my workouts so I’m not doing the same exact thing all the time. She is also available for me to contact her if I have any questions.
