Cute Pilates studio, super clean and roomy! Had a 55 mins Reformer session with Brinlee and I absolutely loved it! Low impact with just the right amount of workout for a Saturday morning!

I signed up for a personal session with Jenn Jacobs. She seemed friendly and personable. During the session she seemed more concerned with what was on her phone than the session itself. I figured maybe she had something personal or important going on. When the session was done I was trying to give some feed back on the session and maybe understand what was going on. I told her I didn’t feel like I got her full attention during the session and was told if I didn’t like the session feel free to go somewhere else next time. I paid and politely left. Maybe she took what I said the wrong way or I approached it wrong. Either way it was a disappointing experience.

I started taking both private and group classes at the Body Lab at the beginning of the year and can’t say enough good things about my experience. I take classes 2x a week on average and the instructors I’ve taken classes with have all been knowledgeable, encouraging and attentive. I also enjoy the mix of class options. In my private classes I really enjoy that we use the full mix of equipment including the reformer, tower, chair and Cadillac. I would highly recommend The Body Lab to anyone interested in Pilates from newbie to experienced.

I’ve been going to The Body Lab for 2.5 years, and I can confidently say that this Pilates studio is the absolute best! I've taken group classes and private lessons and it has been incredibly rewarding.

Jenn, the owner, is a phenomenal Pilates teacher. Her classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun. She has a knack for providing modifications that make each class adaptable, ensuring everyone can push their limits at their own pace. Jenn’s expertise and enthusiasm are truly unmatched, making her classes a highlight of my week.

Shae and Parker are also top-notch instructors who deserve special mention. Their classes are engaging, well-structured, and always leave me feeling accomplished. Their passion for Pilates shine through in every session.

If you’re looking for a Pilates studio that offers excellent instruction, a welcoming atmosphere, and a sense of community, The Body Lab is it!

I have been taking pilates classes from Jenn Jacobs (owner) since 2013. Her talent and knowledge of the human are immeasurable. She has also worked extensively with my 14 year old son who has scoliosis. This has been extremely helpful for him and pilates will continue to help him navigate his scoliosis journey as his body continues to grow. I highly recommend this new, beautiful studio to anyone seeking an interest in trying pilates, anyone with scoliosis looking to improve their spinal health, anyone looking for a new positive community to be a part of. Jenn and her wonderful staff truly offer something for everyone.

The Body Lab is an amazing studio! It’s hard to adequately explain just how impressive Jenn is as an instructor. She is able to explain the mechanics behind what she’s targeting and how you can improve your form. She is purposeful in the flow throughout class and you’ll likely never get the same “class” twice. The Body Lab is an amazing Pilates studio with a variety of class types. I started going regularly to help rehabilitate after a hip injury and I have had so much relief. Jenn, the owner and instructor takes special care with each person in the class to make adjustments as needed and target specific concerns. I recommend the jump board and the cardio band classes. You can’t find classes like that anywhere else.

Jenn is FABULOUS. I love that there are only 3 people max in the class. More attention to each client. Jenn is very knowledgeable and helps each person adapt to what they are able to do based on injuries, etc. I have felt much stronger and more confident just in a matter of a few weeks working out with Jenn.
