We do this through fat burning and strength building classes, personal training sessions, and personalized nutrition plans. This place CHANGED. MY. LIFE.
I have been going for a few months now. I have never felt like I like going to the gym. I always felt embarrassed because I didn’t know what I was doing and I was terrified of getting hurt. The box has awesome coaches who certified personal trainers to help you with every step of your fitness journey. They have awesome classes with great structures! These classes incorporate strength training, mobility, and physical therapy exercises!
What I truly love that this place is a community! Not only so we cheer each other on at the gym, but in real life too! These coaches are really good at meeting you at your level and modifying exercises to help you achieve your goals! The box is the best❤️

I absolutely love The Box! As a mom who hasn’t really worked out since having babies, this place has been such a game changer for me. The coaches are amazing — so encouraging, patient, and motivating. The community is equally incredible — everyone is so welcoming and supportive. I actually look forward to my workouts now!

I started at this gym 8 years ago to get in shape. I gained an appreciation for taking care of my physical health as well as my mental health. I love my gym family and friends. Some of the best people I know caring so much about the health and all around well being of each person that comes into their classes. They truly want the best for everyone in and out of the gym.

I selfishly haven’t reviewed this place despite coming here for 2 years, partially because whenever you find a place this awesome you don’t want it to get too “big” and lose the sense of community. But they deserve the review. The coaches here have transformed my life, and I mean every one of them (I have worked with them all in some capacity).
I never thought I would do CrossFit style classes and was always intimidated by it but not only has it been a super efficient way to exercise, the friendly and supportive coaches and classmates make you want to become a better version of yourself by cheering you on. You vs You is all that really matters.
Aside from the physical benefits, the mental ones are even greater. This is better than any therapy I’ve done before. It may be hard work, but it makes your other challenges feel manageable and conquerable. Hope it can change your life the way it has mine.

I LOVE The Box! Being a dancer & runner my whole life I never thought I’d like CrossFit and heavy weight training…but I can honestly say that I’ve never felt SO good! Plus this gym cares about your all around wellness, not just the physical. They focus on being a better you…all the great people and coaches you work with that turn into your gym fam are just a cherry on the top🙌🏼

The BEST gym experience!
I started coming here about five months ago as a complete beginner because I wanted something that would challenge me and people that would hold me accountable. This gym ticks all the boxes and more.
The coaches and members so friendly and welcoming—it is such a wonderful community to be part of. The coaches also do a great job of suggesting modifications when you need them that are doable and still help you make progress.
Plus, I have so much fun every workout! I plan to keep coming here for a long time.

I’ve been going to The Box since 2020 and can’t imagine going to another gym. I love the people, attitude and the style of work out. It doesn’t matter what your level is as they work with you to find a way to challenge yourself to grow and get stronger both mentally and physically.

THE BEST PLACE EVER!

The best thing I can say about this gym is that you are treated like family. Chantelle and Justus know our names and what is going on in our lives. They are interested in us as people not just a number. The coaches are trained and extremely professional and also care deeply about us as individuals.
You get a traditional CrossFit workout with a strength and WOD. The unique thing about the Box is there is also kickboxing. Learning combinations and how to throw a punch and kick is an amazing workout.
I can’t recommend them enough if you are interested in a gym that cares more than just the check you give them. Chantelle has built something amazing and everyone should give them a try!

I thought about joining two years ago but balked at the price and thought I could do it on my own for cheaper. I wasted that year. Don’t be like me and join today.
There are hidden costs though if you are anything like me, 6 months in I had to buy an entire new wardrobe because of the weight I’ve lost!
I joined because I finally hit the obese category on my BMI and I wasn’t making progress on my own. I’ve been more consistent in exercising and eating correctly than I have been in my entire life and know that I’m building a foundation of healthy habits for the rest of my life, and not just yo-yo type diets and fads.
I am very grateful for the owner and the amazing coaches.

I have been to gyms all across the country and I have to say The Box is the gold standard! If you haven’t met Chantel or Tessa you are freaking missing out! You won’t find better coaches who are invested in your form, well being and genuinely care about you. No doubt you will be part of a family. The Box is one of my most favorite places to go!!!! I love every minute I’m there! The coaches are amazing, the workouts make me feel like a whole new person and my fellow exercisers are so supportive. I have never done CrossFit or weightlifting or boxing but everyone makes me feel so welcome and a part of their Box family. I was hoping for the physical results, one usually gets from attending regularly, but wasn’t expecting the positive mental and emotional results which I have loved even more! I am healthier, and stronger, mentally and physically,
because of the Box. My morning wod is a hilight of my day. The wods are always challenging, but with the trainer's skillful teaching and focused attention, always doable. I didn’t know anyone at this gym when I decided to give it a try. The owner and coaches are extremely welcoming and helped me feel comfortable right away. I love being able to just show up and the workouts are already designed for you and there’s a well trained coach ready to modify the workout to your ability if needed. There are a wide range of people that workout here, from competitive athletes to people just trying to improve their general health. The functional fitness focus has improved my core strength and eliminated injuries and ailments I had before I started here. In addition to the physical benefits, it has surprised me how much it has helped me to be around positive people who are trying to improve themselves on a daily basis. I’m not a very social person but the people here quickly became some of my best friends. I 100% recommend this place.

What can I say about The Box other than it has completely changed my way of life for the better?! I have been exercising here for many years now and it’s benefits are far beyond just fitness. You come for the workout but stay for the family. Not only the owner and coach's who give there all to improve your fitness and health, but the members soon become friends and family. The Box deserves 10 stars! It has been a life changing experience for me over the last year plus at this wonderful gym The instruction is top notch, the facility is clean and inviting, the fellow athletes are 100% amazing, and the coaches truly strive to make you a better person physically and spiritually. Workouts are adapted from beginners to ultra competitive athletes. This gym is not just a workout facility, it is a family! You will not regret coming and you body, mind, and spirit will thank you! I am a high school baseball coach, and the things that the Box has taught me have been awesome for my players and sons. I would truly recommend The Box to anyone! Chantelle, Tessa, Tabor, James, Michael, and the other coaches are amazing coaches and even better people! I love them all like family!!! You will too! Earlier this year I was losing my fitness and started to put on some unhealthy weight. My friend and I decided it was time for us to take control over our health and fitness again. We started going to the box and after just 1 month of attendance I have never felt so capable. This place is full of quality people. The staff is great and my classmates are great. I always have a great workout and, on the occasional day I find my motivation to exercise lacking, it's the people that get me there. I love this place so much! I have been at Crosskick for almost two years and love it! The coaches are all trained and very knowledgeable about the types of movements used in Crossfit. The work outs are always different and can be adapted to your level of fitness/skill needs. I never used to work out because I hated how it hurt my joints and back. They are consistent in helping me with my form, and now I have none of the pain I used to. Their focus on form is unheard of in the crossfit world, and I like the foray into kickboxing as well.

This was honestly a really awesome workout. This was my first time. I have been working out hard for 3+ years for 2 hours a day, and this workout still killed me. Great combo of kickboxing and CrossFit. I've done CrossFit classes before and this was just as good, if not better, in my opinion. Annie was the instructor and she's really great and was very skilled and knowledgeable. Lots of weights, dumbbells, kettlebell, barbells with weight plates, and plenty of body bags. 1 hours workout with 30 min kickboxing high heart rate and 30 min CrossFit. Try it out, you won't regret it.
