The people that live here are generally nice. The clubhouse is WAY too small for the number of residents. It's poorly maintained inside and there's nowhere to park.

Workout equipment is poorly maintained and some of it has been broken for a while. Took them months to get us a pool key that works. The HOA landscaping crew keeps tearing up grass and leaving it half finished for weeks. The street parking is terrible, you are guaranteed to get your car towed at least once if you rent in this community because they didn't build enough parking spots and keep blocking off more areas as no parking zones.
