I have very mixed feelings on the St George location, as we held a birthday party there that had some bad customer service. The owner was great and reached out to apologize, but the staff there can be extremely rude at times. The facility is awesome and my kids absolutely love it. We have used both the St George and Washington locations and prefer this location for the facility, but prefer whoever runs the Washington side because they are AWESOME. We ll visit sometimes, but probably more often to the other facility

This place is great when they’re actually open when they say they will be the last 3 times we’ve tried to go there has been a private party and just a hand written note on the door. My mom buys the punch passes every year for the grand kids and I’ll probably tell her to stop doing that dragging 10 kids to play and having to tell them we can’t cause the website doesn’t give us accurate information is just a joke a waste of my gas my time and a headache I don’t need

They showed on our get out pass that it was available. Tried to link their website to confirm. It didn’t work. They wouldn’t do anything even though it showed we should have free passes on a Friday afternoon. They just told us sorry, I don’t know what to tell you!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Grip Ninja, and let me tell you, it exceeded all expectations. The massive obstacle course had us feeling like true ninjas, challenging us at every turn with its diverse and exhilarating challenges. From scaling walls to navigating tight ropes, there was never a dull moment.

But the excitement didn’t stop there. The trampoline and foam pit were absolute highlights, offering endless opportunities for flips, jumps, and pure airborne joy. It was impossible not to feel like a kid again as I bounced around with sheer delight.

What truly set Grip Ninja apart, though, was their exceptional staff. When my granddaughter took a tumble and bruised her leg, they were quick to respond with care and professionalism. Within minutes, they had provided her with an ice pack and ensured she was comfortable and well-attended to. Their dedication to safety and guest satisfaction was evident throughout the entire experience.

Overall, Grip Ninja delivers on every front – from thrilling obstacles to top-notch amenities and attentive staff. Whether you’re a seasoned ninja warrior or just looking for a fun day out, this place is an absolute must-visit.

Awesome ninja warrior gym. My son loved it. It's probably good to realize that unless you're doing this frequently, your hands won't have the stamina to last very long. Pricing seemed very reasonable.

The grip has a horrible website and is unreliable.
Without any notice and without prior updates to the hours they were closed for the entire weekend we were in the area. It wasn't until we went physically to location and found the paper sign that was posted nearby were we able to find their modified hours.

Came here with the Get Out Pass but they didn't have much we could do. No climbing wall like in the pictures (that must be the other location) and not very many things that someone who's not a rigorously trained athlete could physically do. As a fairly fit normal person, the equipment was just intimidating and I didn't want to get injured attempting to fling myself five feet from one swinging monkey bar contraption to the next without padding underneath. Thought there would be more to climb and more beginner/intermediate friendly stuff that wasn't sized for small kids. I'm sure if you're REALLY into this stuff, it's great, it's just hard to get started. Also, I'm not personally a country music fan and that's all they played. Not the place for me.

Was in town with the family for the St. George Marathon and decided to visit Grip Fitness to see how their gym compared to other obstacle gyms around the country. Their hourly rate was reasonable and the check-in process was a breeze. We were impressed by the size and the number of obstacles available and were glad to see it being used by a wide variety. The gym is new and well-maintained. We'll be back!

My kid said it was super fun (he has gone before) so I thought I’d join him, I paid the money to β€œplay” and decided after about 5-10 of walking around not β€œplaying” its was a bit above my athletic abilities so I asked if it was possible to get a refund for my portion and the guy told me not that he knew of. I honestly just feel like it wasn’t good customer service on his part I pretty much paid $10 to sit and watch my kid which I could have done for free. To top it off my child pretty much only played on the tramp. I’ll take him to the trampoline park instead next time I have more fun there anyway.

The Grip has very capable and friendly instructors. My boy loves coming here at least once a week. We’ve had him in a regular class for about a year now. It’s only about $60/month for a class a week. He likes to think he’s training to be a professional play-grounder, but the kids and adults who work and train here actually compete in American Ninja type of events in Las Vegas and beyond. My son has really come a long way since beginning, doing really hard stuff now. The instructors are very patient and only push them as much as the kids can handle. It’s all fun & games though.. they’re receiving top tier coaching but he feels like he’s just hanging out with his friends and doing cool stuff. It’s really close to another one of my boy’s favorite places, the House of Jump. The graffiti art on the walls is great, we love the whole culture they promote here.
