Passed by there on a road trip from Arches NP to Monument Valley, I was intrigued by the sign so I checked the Google maps entry and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the gym. So after spending the night further south I returned back north next day for a workout.
You need to register in an app, pay for a day pass and then you can unlock the door via phone. The machines are well sorted and in very good condition, grips, belts, bands, all available. it was very empty, had everything for myself mostly. There is a single toilet and shower, free water machine with ice function and a PayPal/venmo based supplement bar. So you can buy a little pack of booster or an energy drink for 2-3$. Can only recommend it!

Been going quite a few months and have had no problems at all. The gym has everything you could need and the owner regularly updates equipment and adds things at request. Wonderful place, everyone I've met has been nice and respectful.

Would give 6 stars if I could. As an avid gym goer and personal trainer, I’d have to say for a small space the owners here have packed in the highest quality and most versatile ensemble of equipment I’ve ever seen. Slant boards for squats, Nordic bench, ceiling rope, magnetic sled, and super high quality and new free weights and cable machines. Outstanding. And hassle free - you can just pay and check in from your phone. If I lived here I would want to be friends with whoever owns this place. Well done!!! Thanks!

Wir haben in Monticello für ein paar Tage stop gemacht. Der Gym ist uns sofort aufgefallen. Ich habe selten so einen gut ausgestatteten Gym gesehen. Alles modern, sauber und mit viel Liebe zu Detail gemacht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Best gym for a good workout in the area. As they just opened everything is still super clean - let’s keep it that way!! Entry process is quite easy even for a day pass. It‘s a rather small gym but offers everything one might require for a workout. I loved the vibe, the setup, the people - it’s a great place to be. 100% would recommend the gym. I can say that I’ll definitely be back when I am back in the area.
