I visited the gym while in Provo for a few days. They offer a free tour and lift where the owner let's you in the door, shows you around, then allows you to lift on your own. The owner, Gabe, is very welcoming and personable. Equipment is primarily free weights, cables, and machines. There is also a posing room and an open area at the entrance with a few treadmills and kettlebells, bands etc. I was impressed with how they use the space, the gym has everything most lifters would need. Equipment is all brand new as of 2025 and well maintained. Great for general gym goers and bodybuilders.

Such a good gym the equipment is the best of the best and it’s always clean the owner Gabe is super cool, he’s in the gym quite a bit and is always making sure that everything is good, the environment of the gym itself is what makes it worth a membership.

This gym saved my gains during a work trip in Provo. They have day and week passes available which was super nice. The vibe here is super cool, great lighting, amazing equipment. They have a dope posing room too. All around sick gym and the owners are super cool too.

I've been waiting for years for a gym like this to pop up in the Provo/Orem area. As a personal trainer & natural bodybuilder, I couldn't ask for more. Since I coach online and make fitness related content, being able to film in such a beautiful gym is a big plus for me. Not to mention, there's a posing room!!!! You can't find that at many gyms around here. Probably the nearest is the Refinery, which is far if you're living in Provo. HUGE plus for physique athletes or anyone who wants to see themselves under good lighting!

Gabe is also a fantastic gym owner. Super down to earth, hard working, and makes friends with every member.

I legitimately try to convince all my friends to join. Worth every penny!!

Yeah, this is the best gym… if you’re into no wait times, spotless equipment, a sick clean aesthetic, and the best vibes in town. Do you feel like Arnold Schwarzenegger when you work out here? Obviously. But who even wants bigger muscles? Is Gabe a total stud who runs the place like a pro? Sure. But who cares about knowing the owner of the best gym around anyway? Amazing local gyms? Totally overrated. Honestly, big box gyms are clearly the way to go. Kidding—this place ruins you for chain gyms. Thanks, Gabe

The Iron Sanctuary is hands down the nicest gym in Utah County! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is designed for people who are serious about working out. The equipment is top-of-the-line, the space is super clean, and well-organized. I have also taken personal training lessons from the owner, Gabe, and he is incredible. Highly recommend the gym and Gabe as a trainer!

This gym is awesome and Gabe has been great to work with. We were new to lifting. We set up some personal training with Gabe and he was really helpful. We go at all times and it’s never crazy busy. Everyone we’ve interacted with there has been really helpfully and easy to interact with. I always look forward to going.

Iron Sanctuary is an absolutely amazing gym! The facility is brand new and has amazing equipment! The owner is an absolute rockstar and is very well versed in conditioning and training and has his certifications. Having the access and times is also one of the biggest bonuses. Great gym! Solid equipment selection, not too busy when I went in at 6:45-7 -- I only had one other person come in towards the end of my workout. Way different than I've gotten used to at Planet Fitness! You use an app for entry and the app worked perfectly fine for me. This is just what I've been looking for in the area!

I’m so grateful for The Iron Sanctuary, especially for being open 24 hours! After not being able to go to my normal VASA because they close at 10 PM on Saturdays, and being turned away from EOS because it was too late to set up a trial, finding this gym was a total lifesaver. Their flexibility with hours is unbeatable. The equipment is all brand new, super clean, and there’s an awesome variety for every type of workout. There is a sign that also states there will be more added as well! I also loved that they have a private room with a mirror where you can take progress photos without feeling shy — such a thoughtful touch! Definitely one of the best gyms around.
