You will never find another studio like this one! The students are very close, they make lifetime best friends, and so do the parents. It is very strongly technique based, and also provides a strong foundation for your kids. The director teaches confidence, respect, strength, resilience, and always to be the best version of yourself on and off the dance floor. The studio is unique, the teachers treat you like family, it is one of a kind. We have been going there for 10 years and couldn’t imagine our life anywhere else. Come to MDC, it’s expressive therapy art, and the best place!

This studio, the owner and the teachers are the best. The opportunities my kids have had to improve is amazing. They have brought in professionals to host workshops and masterclasses multiple times each year. Choosing MDC when we moved here a few years ago was the best decision we made.

My 4 year old has absolutely loves Mini PM dance with Teachers Tesha and Brynn. They are so patient and teach the girls using correct terminology and age appropriate steps. I 100% reccomend spring and summer classes.

We have LOVED The Movement Dance Center! We’ve attended for almost 2 years and my girls went from very little experience to having so much growth! The dance instructors are fabulous! We have been a part of The Movement Dance Center since 2014 when my daughter was 4 years old. I say “we” because it’s a second family to us, not just something my daughter is involved in. The studio owner and director, Ricci Galvan, really encourages and cultivates that united, community culture among all the dancers and their families. Some of my daughter and I’s closest friends have been made through this studio. In addition to this, the dance training and experience my daughter has had over these 9 years has been fantastic. She has had tremendous growth in her technique and has had the opportunity to learn and be trained in multiple styles of dance. This studio provides opportunities to perform and optionally compete, and the mental growth and confidence my daughter has gained by having these opportunities has helped her not only in dance but in other areas of her life. I would absolutely recommend The Movement Dance Center to anyone looking for a quality extracurricular experience for their child.

This is a wonderful place to have your kids go. My daughter goes here and loves it, they have a lot of options and fantastic teachers. They also have recitals that the kids can do. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because the website is terrible. Basically, everything is done through the website that is where you register and pay for the classes but it can be very confusing and not user friendly.

Don't let that scare you away it is still a wonderful studio.

I have taken my daughters to the Movement Dance Center for years and they love it! The range of classes they offer accommodates their different talents and personalities; which also makes the recitals very entertaining! The instructors are enthusiastic and supportive. Ricci is an outstanding role model for my girls--not only is she an accomplished woman--but she has been influential in teaching them endurance and maintaining a positive attitude in life.

The greatest dance studio in Utah! Pricing is amazing but the teachers are even more amazing. I trust MDC with my children, they not only teach dance but they teach passion and embrace talent! MDC has so many classes they offer. We love our MDC family.

A s an active member of West point city I have come to learn that movement dance company is extremely disrespectful. They lie and tell people at city functions that they are supposed to perform. The outfits are extremely inappropriate and the dance moves are very mature.

I absolutely love MDC! My daughter has been with teacher Ricci for 5 years and will never go anywhere else. Ricci's love of dance shows as she teaches the kids at her studio. If you want a studio where your child will excel at dance but also learn to love it and have fun, this is the studio to go to! Costumes are always modest and the pricing can't be beat! LOVE MDC!!❤️

I love that the teachers at The Movement Dance Center know my daughter individually as well as her strengths and weaknesses. They know just how to push her to be the very best dancer she can be. The dancers at MDC are taught to work hard and bust their butts but also feel a sense of family and belonging that I know we could not find anywhere else. And teacher Ricci especially is amazing. Dance is her life and she breathes the joy of it into each and every dancer that enters her studio.

We love The Movement! If you want a dance studio who will not only teach your kids the fundamentals of dance but make it fun, you need to come here. There is no pressure or requirement to compete, the classes and schedules are well thought out and organized, and the recitals are beyond phenomenal. Ricci is by far the best of the best!
