The Movement Method is a community-driven fitness studio designed to inspire movement and connection. Our studio offers indoor cycling, functional weight training, and yoga/stretch classes, all focused on building strength, energy, and confidence. If you’re looking for a place that you’ll feel welcome and empowered. THIS IS THE PLACE!! The Movement Method has been such an amazing experience. All the instructors are the bomb.com . They push you to your limits maybe even beyond and they’re so motivating. This is my Happy place. So I suggest you join if you want a happy place too.

I love this place! My favorite gym in Utah county area. Always good vibes and all levels of experience are welcome. This was my first time trying spin and I’m so hooked! They also have weights classes and yoga classes.

The Movement Method is truly the best fitness studios in Utah. The whole staff, from the studio specialists to the coaches are so kind and helpful. They meet you at whatever level you are at and provide helpful instructions to improve. I have seen so much progress since I started. The community is next level, you become friends/family with everyone!

THIS COMMUNITY IS EVERYTHING! I have been going to this gym for a little over 2 months and I can confidently say there’s no gym like this. Spin, weights, and yoga classes morning and night that work so well with my schedule (young working professional and student). I have gotten stronger and have pushed to levels I didn’t know my body was capable of.

I’m so glad I joined this studio! The classes are amazing—lifting, yoga, and cycling—so there’s always something different to try. The instructors are super encouraging and make the workouts fun (even when they’re tough). The vibe here is really positive and welcoming, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in! 🫶🏼
