Amazing coaches (Syd, Ryan and Pat), you're never left alone to wonder what's going on and there is not belittling or making anyone feel less, even when you're new. The workouts are never boring, there is always a challenge to work for, competition is motivating.

TMTD is an awesome gym all around. Super good bunch of people who work out there with some excellent coaches. Most reviews for gyms, especially CF boxes will say about the same thing. What sets this place apart is a few things: the programming, the results, the community. Programming is solid and leads to noticable results. I have been working out at other places for a while now and the results I am seeing here are significantly better than the last place I was hanging my shoes at. The workouts are tough and at the same time keep variety so as to not get stale. They push you in the right way. The people are also awesome and they have some good competition representation regularly in addition to just fun events. Great gym, good people, good motivation. Happy to have found it.

I can’t say enough amazing things about The Movement. It is life changing…. Really! 100% I would recommend The Movement. I was visiting my sister here in Utah and during my stay I went CrossFit gym hopping (CrossFit helo, CrossFit O.U.R, crossfit Draper, and the movement training day) This one was by far my favorite. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable. Next time I’m in town I’m definitely doing some drop in classes here!!!

I absolutely love this gym. I went there for 3+ years and loved the community, but most importantly the principals they teach of living an overall healthy life. The coaches are AMAZING. They will show you you everything you need to know and how to do it correctly to prevent injuries. If I could, I would rate it 10 stars!

This is the place you want to be training at. The trainers, the workouts and the people are the best. Family oriented but never prude! You can’t stop laughing all class long and at the same time happily dying because of the workouts. Never did CrossFit before, but the trainers and people make you feel comfortable and help you to get better. I never felt out of place or intimidated here. You will not regret giving this place a try. Definitely not just a gym, this place gets you body, head, and heart at its best!
