Working with Tanner for nutrition coaching has been great! I’ve been working out for over 10 years and over the course of my lifting career I’ve always struggled with the nutrition side of things. Ive been working with Coach Tanner since 2021. I started out at 257.5 and am today at 223 and I have never felt healthier. With his guidance and advice I was able to build a strong foundation and now don’t have to really think in order to be healthy in my everyday life. My weight loss trend is definitely irregular to most people but Ive had a consistent downward trend overtime and I intend to keep that. Been working with Tanner for 3 months, and it has been fantastic. I was/am extremely overweight. I have been been seeing him 2 times a week. It’s not just weightlifting. I am receiving an education and understanding the “why” behind everything. It’s easy to be vulnerable with no judgment. In the short 3 months, I have made so much progress. As long as you are dedicated, you will get the results you’re looking for. I value time more than anything. He is always there ready to go with my appointments, engaged, and ready to coach/teach. The gym is clean and private, and you can be yourself, comfortable at what ever level you’re doing it. He is worth every penny. If you’re in the fence, just commit to 10 sessions, and you will see the value and be hooked. If you’re not willing to do the work, then I wouldn’t recommend. If you’re serious about changing your life, losing weight the right way, this is the place for you. Plus he is pretty much available 24/7. I can call or message him with any dumb questions, and he responds quickly. You can tell he is doing this out of passion, and not trying to make a quick buck.

I found Tanner and The Muscle Bus while looking for a local nutritionist/trainer. I found out he offered in person and online nutrition/training. I was very skeptical at first and after my initial phone consultation I felt more at ease and decided to give it a try. A little background, I trained for bodybuilding for 20 years and already had a lot of knowledge regarding the subjects. Currently I’m just starting back way later in life and I knew way more information was available through advancements in research and science. Tanner said the plan was 100% personalized, it was. Not only was it customized to fit my needs changes to my diet could be and was made immediately. Different recipes, macros and interchangeable foods available with a text or phone call check in. Tanner is big on education helping you understand and follow along with the entire process. The phone check ins were very informative and he was able to teach this old dog new tricks. I learned a lot and followed the program and the results speak volumes on the value Tanner provides. I see the changes and discover new ones daily and my family is super excited to see where it goes. So from someone with a great deal of previous experience and that was very skeptical about online coaching in the beginning hiring Tanner was some of the best money I’ve ever spent. Health is wealth. My investment in Tanner and The Muscle Bus will pay dividends the rest of my life.

It’s been about 3 weeks so far working with Tanner on my nutrition and workout goals and I’m already super grateful. He takes an approach that centers how YOU feel while going through the program, not just the program itself. I discovered I had been needlessly under eating due to past cookie-cutter programs and now that I’m at a more reasonable deficit, I’m not tired or sluggish, and my workouts are much more meaningful. The app he utilizes is really helpful for logging meals, tracking workouts, and general education. He has a curriculum that we seem to go over each week about an aspect of health and nutrition that helps me better understand the building blocks to a sustainable lifestyle. I’m already down a few pounds and feeling good (even though losing weight wasn’t necessarily my goal as opposed to body recomp). Looking forward to where I’ll be a few months from now!

Tanner is an amazing trainer and nutritionist. I have learned so much since joining The Muscle Bus. I’ve learned that you cannot target weight loss but once you understand how calories work you can track your calories and use this to lose weight as well as become healthier. I really enjoyed his app as well our one on one sessions. His app made it very easy to track my calories, meal prep and visually see the exercises that would help me gain strength in muscles. I worked with Tanner for about 6 months. My main focus was to get a reign on my nutrition especially after the bulk I had undergone over the last year and a half. The first two weeks were tricky to get into the groove of things just because I typically ate rice heavy meals. It was easy after that. The goal was recomposition and Tanners help and guidance were pivotal to change up the way I eat without creating any deprivation. By month 1.5 , we discussed getting workouts tailored by him as well. I liked how he structured them.he made them challenging as needed. I am on a break ATM but plan to get back to working with him when am back from my long break.

Tanner is a good nutritionist who is willing to cooperate and work with your schedule and plan a meal plan that works for you. I’ve been signed up for multiple months now and you can text him throughout the week if you have any questions or concerns, and every Sunday you will set up a call and talk about your progress. I don’t have much experience in the way of working with a nutritionist but tanner made it a pretty simple experience, just remember at the end of the day how much progress you make is entirely up to you.

What can I say about the muscle bus? It's AMAZING! It combines the convenience and comfort of a personal home gym with the professionalism of a personal trainer. The owner Tanner is a great guy, certified by NASM(National Academy of Sports Medicine) he really knows his stuff and you can that tell just by looking at him. The workouts are perfect for any training level, especially if you love group fitness though they do offer one on one training and meal plan coaching.
