The Pilates Approach is a welcoming judgement free zone. I had never done Pilates before and love it now. I have gained better body / mind connection and improved lower back pain with regular practice. Ruby is a great teacher and a wonderful person. Her technical skills are top notch. My experience here couldn’t be better. Instructor is extremely knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to help you. Instructor is perfect for a person who has trained in Pilates for years, as well as the beginner. You can really injure yourself going to the popular speed Pilates classes, instead go to “The Pilates Approach.” Prices are affordable, instruction is customized to your personal level and instructor challenges you when you need it. Instructor helps you with the proper form and areas that you might personally need to gain strength. I recommend this business highly and would say, don’t live with pain or weakness in your body. Try

I'm in my 40s and started taking lessons with Ruby to treat lower back pain a few months ago. She's professional and courteous and customizes each lesson to clients’ needs. I've seen a significant improvement in my back pain and overall flexibility. I highly recommend this studio if you're looking for a private Pilates instructor.

I never pictured myself as a pilates person. However the Pilates Approach has completely changed that. Not only has it increased my performance as a skier, mountaineer, and adventure athlete it has also improved my posture (which is something I've struggled significantly with) - It's not really the pilates it's Ruby's teaching and her incredible knowledge of the body. I can't recommend the Pilates Approach enough.
