Life-Changing Experience!
I’ve taken 45 classes at Pilates Body Studio, and I can honestly say this place has transformed my life. Before discovering this studio, the only consistent exercise I ever did was walking. I’ve held multiple gym memberships over the years, but I never stuck with any of them — I just couldn’t stay motivated.
Pilates Body Studio is completely different. The atmosphere is welcoming, encouraging, and empowering. From my very first class, I felt supported and challenged in the best way possible. Over time, I’ve built real strength, gained endurance I didn’t know I had, and most importantly — found confidence in my body and what it can do.
This studio isn’t just about fitness — it’s about growth, self-discovery, and showing up for yourself. I’m so grateful I found it.

I’m so glad I found Pilates Body! It’s been such a game-changer for me, not just for strength and toning, but it’s actually helped my back feel so much better too. The classes are fun, challenging, and never repetitive.
The instructors are my absolute favorites, they are knowledgeable and supportive. Kennedy’s energy is contagious, and the whole studio has this welcoming, uplifting vibe.

I have been coming to Pilates Body consistently since I started in November and now I can’t stop! It is a great full body workout each time and I love that it’s a challenging workout! They always have options to accommodate each skill level in the class, so even as a beginner you can do it. So far I’ve loved all the instructors and I highly recommend coming here!

I’ve been going to this studio for over a year now consistently! I love it all of the instructors are amazing and very helpful. The classes are challenging and definitely push you. I have used many Pilates studios in the area over the last few years and visit different pilates studios when I travel the country and NONE have beat The Pilates Body in North Ogden. None! Seriously! The consist quality of classes by the variety of HIGH QUALITY teachers keeps me thrilled with how fit I continue to become.
Pilates can have a reputation for being too serious and unfriendly but not in this studio… I have actually made an amazing new circle of friends and I LOVE all the teachers.
Also… this studio is a really good value. When I travel many studios want $40ish dollars per class. I could never afford that regularly!!! The owner makes her studio very relatively affordable and I APPRECIATE IT!

I have been going to Pilates body for over a year now. I love the classes and the different options that are offered. I had never tried Pilates until a year ago and I became hooked. I love Pilates Body! It’s a full body workout each time I go & the instructors are mindful of your skill level, help you keep a good form and technique and are so fun to work with! I was really excited to try Pilates body. And I was pretty disappointed I walked in and the instructor didn’t even introduce herself to me and didn’t even ask for my name which I thought was rude. She had asked me if it was my first time which I had said yes to. She didn’t tell me how the equipment was used and didn’t go over anything. I figured out much of it on my own. After class the instructor didn’t come to ask me how the class was or if I was interested in coming back.
The place was nice and all the equipment was in great shape. The instructor did come by to check on me and correct my form a couple times which I appreciated.

I have been going to Pilates Body consistently for about a year, beyond gaining strength, coordination, balance and ability, I have found more inner peace, more human connection and more happiness than you would expect to find at a workout establishment. Kennedy (and her other instructors) are absolutely professional and are loving and encouraging while also pushing you to go beyond what you believe is possible. Pilates body is worth every penny you pay as what you’ll get back from the classes is so much more than muscles. (You’ll get those too!) a safe, clean, warm and friendly environment provides all levels of growth. If you’re on the fence about trying Pilates at Pilates Body, do it! It’s been one of the most fulfilling experiences in a group workout setting I’ve had. I’ve come away from classes with new friends, new muscles, lots at sweat and lots of laughs too. I absolutely love Pilates at Pilates Body. ♥️

This place has not only changed my body shape by dropping at least 2 sizes, it has also changed my lifestyle for craving a healthier and active life. It is my life now, working out from 5 to 6 days a week, not only because it is addictive (in a healthy way), my classes are different each day. I am in my late 40's with the look of someone in their late 20s or early 30s. It is an awesome place to workout regardless of your body size or endurance. Trust me, I had both issues!

I love this place! It is close to my home and everyone is so friendly. We always have a good laugh. Kennedy, the owner and instructor is a great motivator and isn’t afraid to push her clients to achieve their fitness goals. There are a wide variety of classes that are not too big so you still get the same attention as you would with a personal trainer but it is more affordable. Check it out!

Pilates Body is where it’s at!! The staff, the workouts, the comfortable/ inviting environment. Kennedy Rogers is the owner and a instructor and she has done an amazing job making the studio what it is today. Her and the other instructors strive to better you not only physically but mentally as well. Kennedy is very connected and personal to her clientele, and wants everyone to feel like their best self! She goes out of her way to make you feel like you’re getting a one on one workout with her in a class of 20+. Love this studio!! I've been a client for almost two years now and I don't see an end in my future! Kennedy has built a great atmosphere for all of her clients to succeed. I am loving Pilates body. I had been out of exercise mode since my youngest was born, 4 1/2 years ago, and my body was very doughy. I have been going to Pilates body four days a week for 3 months now. My husband commented that my butt is getting tighter and i can feel my stomach muscles returning. the instructors are outstanding and push me, which I need, and the group of people that I exercise with are fun and motivational as well. I love Pilates Body, especially the reformer classes with Kennedy, Mandee, and Keri! ! I had been a runner for 25 years and had zero core strength and started to get the runners hunch. This is Absolutely my HAPPY PLACE! Our studio is not only Beautiful it is top of the line Classy Pilates at its Best! You will not find a Pilates studio like this for Mikes!! My very favorite way to exercise and place and people to wake up to! Love Love Pilates Body! We have very trained and knowledgeable teachers who put so mic time into our workouts, but make it fun for us. I have made amazing friendships there that I cherish. I have been able to achieve and get the healthy and physical fitness and goals I have wanted at Pilates Body! I wanted a longer leaner look but still feel really really strong!! I was able to achieve that here. Not just after 5 1/2 years of going. I started feeling it at a month! No lie. I instantly feel in love with how I felt after the workouts. I could instantly feel my body change and my muscles were getting stronger, leaner and I was losing inches. Kennedy is flat AMAZING! She always comes prepared and ready to deliver an Incredible workout. In the years I’ve know her she continues to Amaze me with her talent and abilities and knowledge of Pilates! I’ve been and tried so many other types of exercise and none have offered what Pilates Body offers. I have been coming consistently for 4 years now and still feel challenged yet stronger every time I go. There is so much variety and thought behind each movement. The instructors have so much invested, I’ve never seen such commitment from instructors! They are so good to celebrate and encourage you to reach your fitness goals. I feel stronger but not “bulky”, a personal trainer from a popular gym finally told me if I wanted long lean muscle I would have to go do barre and Pilates & I haven’t regretted it since. You have a variety of classic Pilates classes as well as integrating new, fun, and exciting classes (I.e tramps, surfsets, and TRX). I was looking to mix up my workout routine and decided to check out Pilates Body...now it's the only place I want to workout! It has strengthen my core and changed my body faster than anything else I have done. (Plus I think it will be the perfect compliment once biking season is in full swing!) Between the Reformer, TRX, Barre, Rebounder etc. I have loved every class. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Great studio with both a full Pilates studio side and a multi-purpose class side, often running two classes at the same time. The Pilates instructors have formal experience and training in Pilates techniques. But the studio also has more general cardio/weights classes too. I like all the classes, especially TRX. The instructors pay attention and give options for modifying exercises to make them easier or tougher so it's possible to go to any class and keep up.
