Watch out for price gauging. Was told after class started that I had to buy socks if I did not have a pair. Was charged $24 for a pair of socks - as much as I paid for the class. Be careful - you might end up spending $48 on a 45-minute class.

I’m sure the Pilates studio is nice, but the patrons of the studio are rude and inconsiderate of the people who live in the neighborhood. This person blocked our driveway and when they were talked to to let them know we couldn’t leave our driveway they gave a smart reply back like “glad it worked out”. This is not a one off occurrence with the patrons of this place. At the very least once a week this happens with someone that lives in the neighborhood. I know that people only go to one class and then go home so it’s not a big deal for them, but the people that live here see this from the time it opens to when it closes. We really don’t mind when people park on our street, especially when it supports small businesses, but the people that park like that make it tough for us to cohabitate equally.

I started going to the pointe when I first moved to SLC and fell in love with both locations + all the instructors. It is such a calming space to workout in.

Was never able to find a workout I liked until my friend introduced me to pilates. The Point is the most reasonably priced studio I have found (cheaper compared to other studios) and has the BEST instructors :)

This Pilates space is perfect for all levels, beginner or advanced, you are in great hands. I’ve been practicing Pilates for 7 months now and the results I’ve seen not only physically but mentally are unbelievable. This place has become my space to do something for myself every day. If you are in search for a new challenge, this is the place! Hollie has created such a wonderful and supportive community. I love The Point Pilates! ❤️

I had never done reformer pilates and I took the all levels class with Jen. She was so friendly and walked me through all of the equipment changes and every exercise and appropriate form. She was very attentive to everyone in the class, remembered our names, and never made me feel guilty for not being strong enough or modifying. I wasn’t intimidated by her skills and I felt like I was just in a class led by a friend. I will definitely be back once I can feels my legs again!

Writing a long overdue review of the best studio I've ever been to.. I can honestly say that these instructors have changed my life so much! Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and engaged. Every class feels like a mini community, empowering everyone to get stronger! Classes are affordable, offered frequently, and are simply a part of my day that I look forward to every time.

I love this studio so much. I have taken almost every kind of class the studio offers, and I've yet to meet an instructor or an activity that wasn't thoughtfully planned and well-executed. I am currently coming back from an injury, and the owner, Hollie Mason, could not have been more attentive or supportive as I worked through a Pilates sequence. This studio is a life and game-changer for me!

I have tried several different Pilates studios in the Salt Lake City area. The Point Pilates is by far my favorite!
To start with, the instructors are all great people. The classes are amazing. I work out on my own as well, but I have a harder time feeling like I got a workout that way. At the Point Pilates, I definitely feel it! And I feel it the next day....and the day after.
I’ve never seen my body change as much as I did in the first 6 weeks of attending classes here.
The classes are a mix of cardio and focusing on specific muscle groups. You might do several leg exercises and then some cardio, followed by several arms exercises and then cardio. And don’t forget your core, (because your instructor won’t 😅).
During Covid, Hollie and her crew switched to online zoom classes. These classes are so easy to fit into my schedule as I work from home a lot. I don’t need to get in my car or even look presentable, haha. For these classes, they work with the equipment you have, which can be weights, kettlebell or a couple of bottles of wine (to substitute as weights, not for drinking! But you CAN drink your weights after class, because you’ll deserve it)
They’ve gotten back to in studio classes as well! These are amazing, as you get to use the reformer and Wanda chair as well as other equipment to tone and stretch.
If you want to try them unlimited for a month, they offer a 1 month introductory pass for $75. That’s a steal! Or do a $10 drop in class for first timers to try it out and see how sore you are the next day ;)
I’m not getting any kick back for this review. I really just love this studio and the great instructors there THAT much!

I absolutely love The Point Pilates. I can’t imagine my life without it. I have been taking classes from Hollie and her fabulous instructors for ten+ years now. They are not only professional, but warm and create an inviting atmosphere where you feel you are working out with your friends. You work hard in these classes, but working out with such a great group of ladies makes it all worth it - even at 7am!
The Point is family. I have forged a close bond with these tight knit, welcoming, compassionate women.
One of my favorite things about The Point is the variety of classes. Whether in studio, online or during a wellness retreat, it is never the same class twice. You need to come and see for yourself. You won’t regret it❣️

I really went into an exercise slump during 2020. Hollie has helped motivate me and push myself to work hard with her Pilates classes. I love my private sessions with her and I have noticed a positive change in my strength and muscle tone. The virtual mat classes are also awesome and keep me motivated. No class is the same, which I love!

The Point Pilates is my favorite place to workout. Hollie, the owner, has created a positive, accepting, and encouraging workout environment for everyone. A wonderful range of classes from Pilates to HIIT to personal training that everyone can find a place in. Hollie truly cares about her clients and has a love for fitness that is contagious! I love that she also has virtual classes so even though I live out of town right now I can still join classes! Sign up for a class right away! You won’t regret it!

Hollie (the owner) is one of the most welcoming people ever and SO good at what she does. I love the circuit classes and the atmosphere is so fun and social. It’s also a really pretty and clean studio with great mats/equipment. The class sizes are catered to be on the smaller size which I love because it feels more personal! Love all the teachers too!

The Point Pilates is my absolute favorite workout community in the world! I have been taking care of my physical health with this crew for over a decade off an on, and I can't believe the difference in my body during the "on" times compared to the "off" times! The coaching style is warm and friendly and accommodating to all levels of fitness. I love the variety in the workouts, it NEVER gets boring! There's more than just pilates here, there's circuit workouts, tabata workouts, hiit workouts, etc! Most of the exercise classes have a pilates foundation, so there is great coaching in regards to proper alignment, being aware of your core and how you're using it, and long lean muscle growth! If you're looking for a warm welcoming community to encourage you and support you on your fitness journey, you've come to the right place. The pricing structure is fair and there are often deals if you keep your eye out. In studio or in the virtual space, Hollie and the crew will be there for you! I can't recommend The Point Pilates enough!

I’ve been going to the point Pilates for 10 years now, and I’m definitely a lifer! Not only is Hollie, the owner, an amazing instructor, she also really cares about her community and the members! Everyone there is down to earth and great, and even though the classes are challenging, all of the instructors are super patient, it never feels competitive, and everyone feels welcome. I’ve never felt pressured to do more than I’m capable of, and I think that’s the general vibe everyone feels there! However, I do love the challenge each class presents, and when I’m going consistently, multiple times a week, I notice results really fast. It’s my favorite work out, and it has been a game changer for me. I love it so much and I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for body sculpting and a community of fabulous people to work out with!

This was my very first Pilates class ever. Hollie gave clear instructions, as well as ways to modify if needed. It was such a hard class! But I mean that in the best way. I will be back again

I love taking classes at The Point! The instructors are so helpful and positive and the space is beautiful! I was familiar with mat pilates but hadn't tried reformer...and I admit I was a bit intimidated. The instructors were to awesome about coaching me through the beginner moves until I felt comfortable with all the exercises and now I LOVE the reformer! I always get a great workout and look forward to my next class!

I LOVE THIS STUDIO! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly; I get a different, awesome workout every time, and always feel challenged . I've been going there since it opened. They just began offering yoga and an infrared sauna, which I love. I especially love the circuit class on Sunday am. :)
