I started working out here almost 3 years ago, nervous to try something new and meeting new people. I have never looked back and encouraged my husband who is not a "gym person" to join as well. Coach Musto has worked with me through some ongoing flare ups I have and adjusted my workouts accordingly. I have gained so much strength and push myself above what I used to do in my home workouts. The community of people has been fantastic as well, I have made friendships that have helped and encouraged me to show up for myself weekly. Love it here!

If you are looking for a tailor fit for you full work out experience- Michael Musto at the RecRoom is your answer.
He is detailed and thorough in his approach to setting a plan in place to help you achieve your health and fitness foals.
Musto has been training my son for 4 years and in that time my son has not only been given the knowledge to understand his needs in exercise but also the what, why’s and how’s of exercise and why every aspect of a health and fitness routine is essential to achieving goals.
He is also one of the few certified youth trainers in our area.
I highly recommend the RecRoom and Michael Mustos expertise for all of you health and fitness goals.

For transparency, I am the mom of Coach Michael Musto, the owner of The Rec Room. For as far back as I can remember, I struggled with lower back pain (resulting in innumerable visits to the chiropractor), as well as shoulder pain. These ails were a result of the intense abuse of my body for years and years (i.e. strenuous work outs 7 days a week, including long-distance running, long-distance walking (think Forrest Gump-esque), hiking, biking, jumping, lifting weights (cross-fit style), moving large/heavy objects, etc.) and, of course, aging. After my constant complaints to Michael, he completed a full body assessment, resulting in a prescribed 8-week remote program to address my issues. Not gonna lie ... when I received the programming, I rolled my eyes a bit, thinking I could do the workouts with my eyes closed and with minimal effort. Needless to say, that was not the case. The programming was challenging. Even though I am stubborn and hugely independent (and his mother), Michael held me accountable throughout the 8-week program. Frankly, I was amazed at the end result – increased flexibility and mobility, improvement in my physical abilities a thousand-fold, and freedom from both lower back and shoulder pain. After the 8-week program, I continued (and continue) to incorporate the movements into my daily workouts. My visits to the chiropractor have ceased. I feel rejuvenated, and ready to take on my workouts (and the world) each day! All credit to Michael and The Rec Room! For the record, Michael continues to hold me accountable, as he wants me to enjoy a life with ease of movement and free of pain. Michael began his fitness journey at the age of 12. He has an innate ability to assess and address physical ails and rehabilitative needs. He loves what he does, and that love is reflected in his well-thought out programming, and attendant results. I can, without doubt, recommend Michael and The Rec Room for all of your fitness needs, whether through remote programming/coaching, in-person coaching and classes, personal training, etc.

Can't say enough good things about the Rec Room. Been coming here for over 10 years now. Coach Musto works hard to make sure that the workouts are just what I need for my own personal fitness journey. My kids love working out here too. My daughter is now a scholarship Division 1 college athlete (track & cross country), and she got her start in fitness and exercise as a teenager with the coaches at the Rec Room. Highly recommend!
