Best gym in Heber valley. Kasey and her team are constantly going to extra miles. From the cleanest locker rooms stocked with alimony everything you’d want to get ready for the day to really caring instructors that give you space to practice while helping with form, this studio is the only place I look forward to group yoga practices.

AMAZING studio!! Clean, modern and bright. The staff are fantastic, welcoming and challenging. I recommend this studio to anyone looking to get into shape, to meet new people or to just take some time to yourself. They offer monthly passes or punch cards that fit into your schedule, as well as a variety of classes. Check them out, HIGHLY recommended!

The Studio is THEE place! I live in Salt Lake but make it up to classes every time I get the opportunity. The classes and instructors are so upbeat, fun and they push you in the best type of way! You can tell the owner Kasey and her husband take pride in their work and their studio. The beautiful studio is just a bonus to the classes.

I LOVE the classes that they have available here! I like that there is a variety so I never get sick of going because I can do something different or if there is a class I love I know that I can go to that one again because they offer a really good variety of times and availability. Plus, at the end of one of our workouts they brought us cold washcloths to cool down with. It was awesome.
