One of the Best Human beings I know and the BEST Trainer period!

How do you put into words your level of appreciation for someone who completely changes the trajectory of your life. When I started with Matt nearly 6 years ago, it was my failing physical health that led me to him. I had damaged my shoulder to the point I was told to have surgery. Matt believed he could fix it, and he did. What I didn’t realize I was going to receive was the gift of working with someone who cared about my whole being.

During my first year with Matt, I was in a difficult position transitioning from a HIGH Stress Company I was running to starting my own Company . The level of Stress could have been paralyzing. However, 4 times a week for one hour Matt, broke me down and built me back up stronger- physically, mentally, and spiritually. My sessions with Matt help me thrive in every aspect of my life. The only side effect I can seem to point to after all these years is feeling 25 at 50.

Thank you, Matt, for continuing to build me into the Warrior in the Garden!!

If you are looking for someone to train with then look no further- Matt is the guy! He has a holistic approach to health and knows his stuff! Plus, he returns phone calls and text messages- just a plug right up front for his fantastic communication. Obviously he wants you to see results to keep you coming back, BUT he delivers results WITH knowledge and empowers you keep motivated to be your best.

Matt worked with my elderly father and treated him like gold. Not only was he on time and knew exactly how to help him even though he was wheelchair bound, his positive attitude cheered up my dad and made the workout fun for him. This was just amazing in itself.

Now that I train with Matt I know why my dad was in such a great mood- I'm challenged but know I can accomplish my goals because Matt keeps me on track on enthusiastic about my workouts. He definitely won't let me slack!

Go see this guy! You will not be disappointed!

I’ve had the pleasure of training in person with Matt (2017-2021) and also working with him online when I moved to Seattle, WA in 2021. Whether in person or online, Matt is a font of information on diet and training. I sought out a trainer as my mobility issues had progressed to the point where squatting was painful and I moved like a robot. Matt was able to get me moving like a normal human and helped me fix my squat form. He’s a very empathetic person which makes him an even better trainer as he can help adapt to your needs as they change with time and life.

Matt lives in Utah and I live on the east coast. I am age 74. Matt was very supportive and listened to my goals. He checked in with me several times a week to review my successes and obstacles. He celebrated my progress, and always addressed the obstacles and problem solved with me how to move forward. I lost about 7 lbs. After the month, I continued my new eating and exercise habits because I felt better and had more energy.
Matt is an amazing personal trainer. He brings so much to the table. He is knowledgeable, personable, motivating, supportive, flexible and a great problem solver. He will individualize the program to meet your needs. I highly recommend Matt.

I am 77 years old and I been Training with Matt for two years. When I started training with Matt I couldn't raise my right hand above my head. I no longer have any shoulder pain. I have also increased my flexibility. Matt is very knowledgeable when it comes to training and how human works. If you are looking for a great trainer I would recommend Matt.

Matt is one of the best personal trainers out there. He is incredibly knowledgeable about each and every fitness move but his expertise goes far beyond that. Matt developed my personal fitness routine that includes building muscle for the purpose of overall well-being and health.
