Todd Heugly is a Class A PGA Professional and coaches at Remuda and Crane Field Golf Courses in northern Utah.
A latecomer to the game himself, Todd brings a unique perspective to coaching —one grounded in real-world experience and a deep understanding of how frustrating and broken traditional golf instruction can be for beginners.
His coaching style is simple, effective, and tailored for players of all abilities, genders, and ages. In addition to private in-person lessons, Todd runs a successful online coaching platform at ToddHeuglyGolf.com, with an innovative online platform the Wasatch Golf Academy consisting of hundreds of members. His remote lessons — available worldwide via Zoom or FaceTime — are especially popular and the future.

I've been around a lot of golf instructors. Todd is one of those passionate players and coaches that is hard to find. He's firm about what he teaches while being friendly and encouraging. It's easy to say we all want to keep things simple. Yet Todd has a way of holding you to it by emphasizing what matters most in a golf swing. In a time of an over abundance of information and possibly an over reliance on technology, Todd may be considered old school, but I suggest what and how he teaches is timeless.

Both of my kids attended Todd's summer academy at Crane Field and loved it. It was their second year golfing and now golf has become one of their go to activities. It's pretty fantastic when you're kids would rather skip the PS4 to head to the golf course.
