Tonic Method combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the low impact strength training of Pilates to target your core, thighs, butt, and arms. We incorporate bursts of low-impact cardio with a series of exercises that are done at a slow, deliberate pace under continuous tension, which utilize your slow-twitch muscles to keep you in your fat-burning zone to build long, lean muscle.
Our custom Pilates Reformers were inspired by the traditional Pilates Reformer, but have been modified and enhanced to provide greater intensity, new exercises, more resistance, and a completely unique type of workout. Our mission is to add longevity into your life through functional movement.

I’m a road cyclist and a runner, wanting to increase strength, increase flexibility and cross train. I tried out my first class and loved it. It was challenging and will definitely help me increase my fitness. The studio is clean and professional, and my instructor was good at explaining the workout and teaching it. Definitely going back.

I absolutely love Tonic Studio!! As a former fitness instructor, I can say the instructors here are all top notch & incredibly knowledgeable about form, fitness, and musculature. Tonic has transformed my fitness experience, while there is a learning curve, I feel stronger than ever and am toning & strengthening in areas that are incredibly hard to train in a traditional gym or other Pilates studios. Life long client here! While it is pricy for an unlimited pass, I absolutely believe I am getting the best fitness experience around.

Tonic is the absolute BEST! I have had an unlimited membership for almost a year now and I look forward to my classes every day! The instructors are so welcoming and never make you feel bad for making mistakes. The Pilates industry today can be super judgemental and I have never had any issues with instructors or other clients here! I will always recommend Tonic Method!! Please start studios in every major city ever so I can continue going when I travel 😂🤍

First timer with Pilates and I was nervous! Beth made sure to walk me through how to use the machine and the typical movements. Throughout our class she always gave clear instructions and words of encouragement which I appreciated. I’ll definitely be back !

I recently moved to the area and have been on the hunt for a new Pilates studio. I’ve been doing pilates for years and have done multiple studios in the past, but this was my first time trying the Tonic Method at their Daybreak location. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The booking process was frustrating... they don’t have a phone to call and ask questions and they require you to book through the MINDBODY app. Instead of offering a complimentary first class (which is common at many studios), they charge $30 for two classes. All their class options fall under the same bracket, which isn’t very flexible.
As someone who is pregnant, moving my body is important to me. I was really looking forward to the class, but I ended up being five minutes late because I had difficulty finding the studio. Once I got there, I joined the class as quickly as possible. However, I was asked to leave after 10 minutes of being there because the instructor Jessica didn’t want to take the time to help show me to the modifications i needed for this class since the other participants were regulars. She told me this class isn't for me and we could have probably figured that out if she would have taken the time to even say "Hi or Welcome" when I got there or ask me anything before I got started.
I found this extremely rude, especially for a first time visitor who had paid for the class and potentially would have signed up for a membership. I won’t be returning, as I don’t think this studio prioritizes creating a welcoming or inclusive environment.... especially for beginners or new clients. For the price they charge, I expected a much better experience. She said someone would be in contact with me but I still have not heard from anyone.

First let me say this is NOT classic Pilates it is Lagree. So, be warned. With that being said I am OBSESSED. I left my first 2 classes dripping in sweat, panting and feeling fantastic. I did a class at a classic Pilates studio as well and I was bored..so if you’re someone like me who prefers your workouts to be faster paced and high intensity, I recommend this place 100%. I’ll also mention both the instructors I’ve met so far were so friendly, helpful and made the class fun, I can’t wait for my next class!

This is the best workout I have ever done! I felt stronger after 4 classes compared to a years worth of classes at regular Pilates. This workout will challenge you and all of the instructors are so encouraging and welcoming to help you navigate the moves.

I am OBESSED with this place and this method! I was in search of a low impact workout that still packed a punch. So I started trying different Pilate studios but it always felt more like stretching than strength training until Tonic. Their motto is “always hard, never easy” and even after coming for over 1.5 years I can say that it still rings true with each and every class!

Tonic Method is the BEST! Each workout leaves me feeling invigorated, refreshed and ready to take on my day. I can't stop recommending Tonic Method to everyone - I'm obsessed! The instructors take form and true strength building seriously. The studio is also gorgeous and the lake right outside - perfection :)

If you're considering taking a class, do it! Here are the things I love: 1) The studio is beautiful, clean, and inviting. 2) ALL of the instructors are so talented, supportive, professional, and fun. Jill kicked off my obsession of Tonic Method and is always cheering us on. She is awesome. Tennille is inspirational and has tons of knowledge she shares during class. Maribel has the best music (hip hop is my fav) and will push you HARD.
3) I have been going to Tonic Method in Daybreak consistently for 5 months and the results are spectacular. I am a better skier and hiking is easier too. Unlike traditional Pilates, we are building strength. If you want a plump peach, better balance, and a great core give this a try. 4) I love the ladies I meet there. I feel empowered surrounded by other inspirational women. My only warning is that every single class is challenging. It takes patience to get it! It's humbling! But so worth it if you commit to it weekly
