Did a class with Lizzie and it was PHENOMENAL! I was in town from nyc and I’ve been doing Pilates and Barre for over 20 years and this class had me shaking like a leaf the entire time. But equally importantly, the cuing was easy to follow, she was great at correcting form and we never stay in any one movement so long that you feel like you can’t maintain good form.

This class practically made me want to move here!

Tonic is by far my favorite way to work out. It’s not a joke when they say it is hard every time. The instructors are so helpful giving small cue reminders or even hands on adjustments during class. It’s the hardest, but most rewarding 45 minutes of my day

Love the warm yet challenging environment all the instructors create. It’s a quick and effective workout, I’ve been coming for a little less than a year and feel so strong. Every class provides a chance to push myself further and instructors give great cues for form

I highly recommend Tonic Method. I've tried several high-intensity Pilates classes before, but this one stands out as the best. They strike a perfect balance by pushing you beyond your comfort zone while prioritizing correct form to prevent injuries. I'm looking forward to going back!

My favorite workout ever - quick, effective, fun!! This is the first time I've found a workout style that actually has made meaningful changes in my body - I've seen so much more strength and endurance. I was also able to go to Tonic throughout pregnancy which kept me feeling strong, focused, and prepared for birth. This was the first workout I did once I felt ready postpartum and I truly believe it has helped heal my pelvic floor and keep me sane during what can be a challenging time!!

I’ve been constantly attending classes for 18 months and love the results as well as the workouts. Each class varies in some way but always includes challenging moves in the same four muscle groups (arms, legs, obliques, core). I leave each class feeling like my whole body was strengthened.
I attended classes 3x per week throughout my entire pregnancy and really believe my body was in its best shape for labor and recovery. My L&D nurse said she will now tell everyone to do Pilates to prepare for labor ☺️
I’m hooked and encourage everyone to come try Tonic Method!

To say I am obsessed is an understatement…I LOVE Tonic!! The community is amazing, the instructors are kind and knowledgable, and I can see and feel the results! The instructors all remember my name and are great at correcting form and encouraging everyone when it gets tough! I have tried 2 of the 3 locations - Lone Peak and Daybreak. I cant wait to try 9th & 9th next! The best 45 minute workout you will have!

Studio is beautiful and classes are amazing. I’m new to Pilates so classes have been tough but I’m loving it. Kyra and Mialee classes have been great. They do a great job walking through the workouts and helping the newcomers. Classes really work the core and I always leave each class feeling I’ve made progress with core strength. Great studio!

Beautiful studio space, instructor was friendly but after class didn't care to ask what I thought, if I'd be interested in coming back so I ended up just walking out. Enjoyed the pace of class, nice equipment and only 3 total class members which was nice for feedback throughout class. I just felt like I wasn't important since it was my free intro class.

I went for the free intro session.
I have practiced Pilates for nearly 20 years, so feel qualified to be giving this feedback.
The instructor was friendly and welcoming, and my feedback is not meant as a criticism of her. I suspect it is to do with the limitations of her training.
The class was at a fast pace and was nearly full. At no time did the instructor give any feedback to clients about their form, body position or execution of the
Various moves. This meant most people were not using their core muscles correctly causing them to tire, which then meant they stopped or attempted to carry on therefore sacrificing form.
I appreciate this is not 'pure' Pilates, but to just expect people to use a piece of equipment as sophisticated as a hybrid reformer with just a 10 minute introduction is irresponsible to say the least.
