Cecily is the best trainer! I'm so glad I found her. She's really thorough and gives you a clear workout plan, even for days you're not with her at the gym. She's such an expert, and it's a huge bonus that it feels like working out with a friend 😊 I've been focusing on weight training and getting more toned, and after just a few months I'm already seeing results. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a new trainer, especially women in the Salt Lake area 10/10

Cecily is fantastic! I came to her after struggling to find a lifestyle/nutrition program that I could implement that would see results without significantly cutting calories, etc.

Cecily helped me to have a better relationship with food and showed me more effective ways to pair food groups for energy use, etc.

She also is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to training. She creates programs based on the equipment available to you and your level of comfort. She pushes you to do more than you think you can.

All in all - she’s a great trainer! I highly recommend her! Great attitude, professional and personable. You won’t regret it!

I had a truly amazing experience training with Cecily. I did sessions with her for over a year or so and I cannot say enough! Cecily really takes her time getting to know you and what workouts/diet plans will work for your body. My initial goals were to learn as many workouts as I could and to gain strength; not only were my goals achieved but they were surpassed. I learned so much from her and I feel unbelievably confident in what I can do in the gym. She was so easy to communicate with and she's an absolute joy to be around. Her attitude and positivity created a safe comfortable environment that helped me get through every workout. I highly recommend training with Cecily to anyone who's willing to really commit to her plans and learn about a healthier lifestyle.

I love Cecily! She is so much fun and she’s always pushing me to do better. I have been training with her group class for around 5 months now and I have seen so much improvement in my form and lift weight. I had 0 good gym experience before starting with her and she helped me get comfortable and brave to try new things that used to scare me. I was deathly afraid of deadlifting and often wanted to cry from frustration the first few weeks. But she’s made me so confident! I don’t fret if I can’t lift the weight anymore because I know I was doing everything else right from what she’s taught me. She’s also just so bubbly and fun to be around. She keeps you entertained between sets with some interesting conversation and it takes your mind off the burn for a little bit. I would recommend training with Cecily for sure! She’s good with any level of experience that I’ve seen and she’s just so encouraging. Especially when she adds more weight and she says she knows you can do it!

I have been training with Cecily for the last year now and let me tell you, she is absolutely amazing. She truly cares about me and all of my goals. She pushes me when I need to be pushed, but is never mean. I've never seen or heard her judge a client for something that they can't do.
She makes you feel comfortable whether you've ever worked out in a gym before or not. Definitely one of my biggest cheerleaders when it comes to me improving in any aspect.
She is also very knowledgeable about what she does. She will often point out the muscles being worked. If anything ever hurts or feels weird, she makes doubly sure my form and movements are correct.
I cannot shout her praises enough. If you're thinking about getting a personal trainer, for any reason, give Cecily a try. You won't regret it.

Cecily is the absolute best! I’ve worked with her for a year and a half and she’s helped me appreciate my body, understand how my thyroid works in regards with nutrition and exercise, and has been such an encouraging coach even when my compliance or tracking hasn’t been perfect. I truly feel she does what she does because she loves it and wants to help others on their journey of health, positive body image, and self-esteem. I also fractured my back in high school and just had some reoccurring sensitivity and have had to be careful in the gym. Cecily was so good to give me workouts that wouldn't put stress on my back, send me videos of HER (not random on youtube) of going through certain lifts and exercises and talking through the correct form what I should feel when I do certain motions, etc. She is very knowledgable and I love that she makes herself so easily available to any of my questions or concerns AND that she celebrates my successes and encourages and gives constructive feedback I'm when maybe not so successful.

I was recommended to Cecily by a friend. And I'd heard about macros for awhile but was kind of hesitant to try it out, but when I saw my friend having such good results I thought I'd give it a go. And im so happy that I chose to train with Cecily! She's super knowledgeable about macros, and responds quickly whenever I have questions. Before I felt like I didn't totally know what foods "worked" for my body, but Cecily has helped me to figure out macros specifically for my body, that bring the results I want. And even when I have trouble "hitting" my macros, she is super patient and supportive in helping me to hit my goals! Basically, it's been a great experience learning and training with Cecily. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is interested in hitting their fitness goals in a positive and stressless way!

Training with Cecily has forever changed my life and my outlook on a healthy lifestyle! I have worked with other trainers in the past who use "cookie cutter" programs that are restrictive and show little to no progress.

The first thing I noticed about Cecily, was her knowledge about health and fitness and how much she cares about her clients.
I have now done two contest preps with Cecily and am currently going through a reverse diet "bulk" phase. She has showed me that you don't have to be aggressive with your training and dieting, you have to be smart.

I am forever grateful that I chose Cecily out of all the other trainers out there! She has not only shown me that I am capable of challenging myself physically, but she has taught me to love myself. It was hard at times to let go of what I thought was true about diet and exercise. But I did. I trusted in the process, and that's when true improvement starts happening.

I've used Cecily for both workouts and macros! When I first stared macros she answered every single question I had, made me so comfortable and confident at the beginning of my journey; she recommended supplements and even let me try some of her own! The way she has you track workouts, macros, weight and measurements is SO easy and organized. You are able to see your weekly progress any time of the day. Oh and her workouts are killer. Consistency is key and as long as you trust the process and know you are in the greatest hands using Cecily you'll achieve all your goals. I can't imagine working with any other coach. Cecily has taught me so much, helped transform my body, and supported my in reaching my goals since day one. Hands down best coach. I used her when we lived in the same town and even after moving states away I've continued to keep her as my coach. She is so knowledgeable and experienced, putting my fitness goals and health in her hands has been one of my best decisions.
