Heidi is absolutely phenomenal! She designed a 6 week course to help me improve my posture. I am half way and I have already seen improvement. The course fits perfectly with my busy lifestyle and takes into account that I am 2 months postpartum. Seeing the improvement in my posture and core strength empowered me to set other health goals in my life because I have gotten my confidence and motivation back. Thank you Heidi!

Heidi was fantastic. She tailored workouts specifically to address my knee issues and core strengthening. She was very attentive to adjusting exercises if they were too strenuous or caused pain and immediately had alternative workouts at the ready. She encouraged home exercises to. Hold off what we were doing and also helped with nutrition education as well. She is very encouraging and made my training experience well worth the time and money. She is very flexible with her schedule. I would highly recommend Heidi for any training fitness goals.

Heidi is awesome! She does an assessment to see where your body is at and customizes the workouts to you and your needs. She also assesses your goals and helps you achieve them! Sheβs always on time and she will travel to you if needed

If I could give more stars I totally would.
I have been with a lot of trainers until I found Heidi, and the reason I never stayed with a personal trainer was because they didn't care about my performance instead they gave me a set of exercise and if I couldn't do it they well change it. But Heidi will actually walk me through the exercise to make sure I am doing it right, she also helped me with my lower back pain, when I complained to her about a pain I had while doing the exercise she focused on how I was doing it and corrected my position and eventually my lower back pain disappeared.
I love working out with Heidi, I recommend her 100%

Heidi is AMAZING! There are a lot of trainers out there but if you want a trainer who is going to build a program to YOUR goals, who is excited for your success, who is going to help you on those days when your on motivation lacks then you WANT to train with Heidi. She always brings a high energy attitude to help you!

Heidi helped me so much! I relied on her after my knee surgery to get me strong again and she delivered. Each session was thoughtfully planned out and she effortlessly adapted her plan whenever I had new pains, thoughts, or concerns surface. Every workout was tailored to me and my body and I felt like her whole focus each time I was with her. Beyond her professional competence, she was fun, kind, and chill...the best combination, in my opinion. And of course, she got me strong in minimal time! Thanks to Heidi I no longer have any problems with my knee and feel confident that I know how to keep it healthy myself because she taught me so well.
