Trnsfrm Fitness has been one of the top Nutrition and trainings programs in utah for the last 5 years. our new facility will be open fall of 2020 which will provide a One on One personal training programming with a certified coach and nutrition consultations to meet our clients needs for a better overall, mind body health and lifestyle.

I can’t say enough about my experience here. For the past three months, I’ve been doing personal training with Lou and attended classes with Cass, and it’s the first time in years I’ve truly felt seen, supported, and believed in. What was a short term goal for myself has now turned into a lifestyle. I have been pushed in ways I didn’t think I was capable of, and because of that, I have started seeing real changes in my body— something I’ve been working toward on my own for so long without success. 5 stars! They have great reviews across the board because they PRODUCE RESULTS. Highly recommend Lou and Cass. I am not a gym newbie (nor expert)- I have worked under other trainers, other gyms, class styles like boxing, spinning, strength training-cross fitting but this is the first time I can speak to muscle development/definition. I have lost over 40 pounds since joining with them in 1.5 years. I guarantee you can come here with zero to any level of gym experience and will feel comfortable with Cass and her training style. It’ll be about two years since I’ve started working out and just about a year since I've found this place! Louie and Cass Have done wonders for me mentally, Physically, And emotionally. I will always brag about them and continue to brag about them just because of how much progress I’ve seen in my second year of hard work. They helped me better understand foods, corrected my forms, and always push me. If you saw my physique just about a year ago, compared to now, You can see what their help has done for me. They aren’t just coaches, either. They’ve indeed become friends. Went here initially on ClassPass and have been hooked ever since! I have never been so comfortable in any other gym environment before. Super friendly and welcoming vibe.
I have been working with Cassie as my trainer and doing the food plan as well. In just. Few months, I have dropped a size or two and am 8% down in body fat. My confidence is up and I am literally moving so much easier through my life. Cassie has done adaptations for my back (due to surgery), and is happy to modify my food plan to make sure it works for me. I cannot say enough good about Cassie and the gym! Such a positive vibe! Has literally transformed my life.. my friends get tired of me gushing about how much I love it!

I’ve been training with Cass off and on for about 3 years now. She’s coached me on weight training and nutrition through so many life phases in those 3 years including pregnancy and postpartum. The trainers at Transfrm are teaching their clients how to have a realistic and healthy LIFESTYLE, not just how to get in shape. Such a good vibe. Not the typical cardio and choreography exercise classes. Your workouts and even the classes are more tailored to specific goals and gains. Cass always has the best energy and turns any stressful day in to something that feels like a victory. Can’t recommend this gym enough!

I came to TRNSFRM looking to lose weight and put on muscle in the process. My trainer put me onto a personalized meal plan and gave me a workout routine to follow.

I had multiple check-ins to measure weight and body composition and my meal plan was adjusted over time. Throughout the process my trainer explained the reasoning behind the adjustments to the workouts and meal plan so that I could keep the results even after finishing the training. My wife followed the meal plan with me, only adjusting the portion sizes and she lost almost 20 lbs without even following a training routine.

If you’re willing to put in the effort, and need guidance and accountability I have no doubt you will meet your goals coming here.

I highly do not recommend. This place is a fraud. I was scammed out of my hard earned money with this place.

I came here looking for a coach. I told them I wanted to gain weight and turn fat into muscle. I also have a back injury and really needed to focus core muscles.
I was promised a personalized fitness plan, meal plan and personalized training.
This is what I received.

I received a fitness plan that did nothing for my core and was low weight and high reps which in no way helps me build mass like I wanted

The 1 on 1 personalized training I was promised turned into me doing the same generic workout with 3 other people while the ”coach” was on his phone. You can get the same service at planet fitness.

I requested to see my trainers certifications he just laughed and didn’t show me.

The “coach/trainer” did not keep track of anything I was doing and didn’t take measurements outside of weight and body fat. How is a trainer supposed to help you if they don’t keep track of your milestones or your physique?

The meal plan took a week from the day I paid to get sent to me and it was only for 1 day and no way related to the the preferences he requested from me and was a image from google.

The “coach/trainer” did not tailor anything to my goals or needs and didn’t even ask questions that would enable him to.
I was promised a personalized experience to help me achieve my goals and instead I got slapped with a generic meal for 1 day and a random fitness plan that did not address my core goals for my back Injury or gaining muscle.

All the people in the review photos are their competitors that they actually cater to. The everyday people like myself are slapped with a generic meal plan and fitness plan and they expect it to stick and when you confront them about it they tell you if you don’t like it, leave. Nothing about this place is personalized, that’s a catch phrase for them to screw you over. I may prefer a coach but I’m not naive to fitness common sense

This was the first “diet” that I didn’t hate! The meals were awesome and I never felt like I was hungry. The food is yummy and you get a big variety of what you can eat. I have been working with Cass as a one on one trainer since February and it has completely changed my life and my view on fitness and nutrition. Through her program and guidance yes I have changed physically by dropping over 20 lbs in 5 months and over 10% body. I love this gym!! I’ve tried so many programs that really didn’t work until I found this gym. This gym is different and definitely made me feel important and my coach Vanessa kept me on top of my workouts which kept me pushing to my max. Christina worked with me for about 10 months and I lost 100 pounds, from 265 to 166, I went from wearing 2xl and 3xl shirts to size large. I reached out to Cassadie, a trainer at Trnsfrm when I was 5 months postpartum. I was anxious and excited to get moving again and feel good in my own skin. Cassadie set me up with a meal plan custom to my needs, I also had one on one training sessions with her as well as group sessions. After the first two weeks I noticed difference in every aspect of my life! I was sleeping better, going to the bathroom regularly, I started viewing food as fuel for my body, my metabolism picked up, I was happier!
Cassadie is such a wonderful trainer because each of her clients she truly loves and values. I do check ins with Cassadie every two weeks with an update on how I feel and progress pictures. She makes new and yummy meals plans for me every week and I always feel so wonderful after our sessions.
Now five months later I am feeling my best! I didn’t feel this good before pregnancy. I’ve lost 15.2% of my body fat in five months. My goals for myself and my body have also changed. I’m no longer looking to “get skinny” or “lose weight” I want to keep putting on muscle because I’ve learned that’s when I feel the best about my body-when my body is strong!

The gym it’s self is like no other gym in Utah. The energy there is always positive. Everyone is so kind, welcoming. The trainers are amazing, you know all they want is for you to succeed not only in the gym and with your fitness goals but more importantly with your life goals as well.

Before I started training with Louie I used to get headaches everyday, i always felt exhausted, bloated, and I felt dizzy and nauseous almost everyday. After a week of following the meal plan I was given, I noticed I wasn’t having headaches anymore, and I haven’t had a headache in over 4 months now it’s incredible! I also haven’t had stomach issues since. Not only do I feel great, but I look great as well, I’m in the best shape of my life. In 3 months I lost about 20lbs of fat and gained 15 pounds of muscle! And in 4-5 months I went from 27% body fat to now 12% body fat.
I honestly couldn’t recommend trnsfrm fitness more! They have truly changed my life for the better in every way and I am forever grateful I invested into my own physical and mental well being!

It was a battle to get myself to commit to having someone help me lose weight for months, I was stuck at a weight and didn’t know what else to do to lose. Finally I decided I wanted to give Christina’s meal plans a try and the only regret I have is not committing to it sooner.
Christina is so amazing to work with, she asks about foods you are craving to help apply healthy alternatives for your meal plans. She gives you the support you need to motivate you to stay on track by checking in with you a couple times a week.

I signed up with TRNSFRM & just about a week after I broke my foot which changed the whole perspective of what I was getting myself into. I thought maybe I should wait to start until after my foot is fully healed but I’m so glad I didn’t wait. I continued to meet with my coach once a week & we did just upper body for about 2 weeks until I found out I needed to get surgery. Here I am post surgery, almost 3 months into the program & I have already lost 20 lbs!! That has been with minimal working out due to my circumstances. Let me tell you, the meals have been super yummy! I don’t feel restricted & I actually enjoy what I’m eating. I think the best part is that I have been able to get off my anxiety & depression meds because I have found myself not needing them anymore. I would give more stars if I could, my experience with Yohan was phenomenal.

I was hesitant to start working with a personal trainer because while I’ve always enjoyed exercising, I’ve never been someone that’s really into working out all the time, so I didn’t think I could do it. I saw a couple friends make big changes, talked to them, and after a free consultation with Yohan, started the 12 week program.

The program includes both training and a nutrition schedule, and was tailored to exactly what my goals and lifestyle were. I’m in school still, and working full time, but my plans were made in a way that worked for me, and were always adjusted if something wasn’t working well. Yo and I talked daily, and met up once a week to keep me on track. I thought it would be super hard, and while it wasn’t necessarily easy, it was pretty simple to get into the routine of.

In the 12 weeks, I reached exactly the goals I wanted to, and still got to live my life in a pretty normal way without any massive massive changes. If anyone reading this is on the fence, I was probably in your exact same position, and I can’t recommend going here highly enough. It changed my life!

At TRNSFRM Fitness I got the opportunity to work with Yohan. This was my first time working with any kind of personal trainer so the whole experience was a new one for me.
And Yohan took that into account and explained everything from the ground up. We went over workouts, meals, schedule, goals, plans, and any other questions I had throughout my 3-4 months there.
My journey was weight loss, which I’ve struggled with my whole life. Yohan listens and understands MY Personal fitness needs (because everyone works differently) and honestly a huge part of my success here was him just listening to my concerns/questions and try and introspect and find out the “why” i haven’t lost weight in the past and we then overcame those barriers. An example was a lot of people are motivated to workout because of a trauma or stress in their life, but I’m a pretty calm guy so motivational videos and soundtracks don’t hype me up to lose weight or anything. We found out that for me personally exercising brings me happiness. So when i push myself at the gym hard I always feel good afterwards. THAT is what motivated me when i wanted to quit. I knew that I would be happier in the long run. Something I never realized until we talked it out and found the roots of my weight loss problems.

Best decision everrrrrr seriously! Going to get help from Luis was the best thing ever. Not only I was able to hit my first fitness goal ( oh because this is just the beginning I have soo much more in mind) Nooo but really he takes the time to personally listen to you and what you are trying to accomplish here. Let me just tell you if you are trying to have fun while hitting your fitness goals! Well for sure you must go with Luis. Luis has helped me out a lot, I was at a weight that I’ve never been at before and had no confidence. My eating habits weren’t good and I thought eating something not good that day I could just go burn it off at the gym but apparently that doesn’t work. There are honestly no words to express how grateful I am for the time I worked with Luis. I had been struggling with poor nutrition and lack of exercise for years and really had no idea where to start. Luis pushed me to get my life back on track and motivated me to push myself even when I lack the self confidence or motivation to do it on my own.

I was honestly skeptical when my friend recommended Luis to me. I wasn't sure how a body builder would help me but i'm so glad I took a risk and tried it anyway. At this point have now lost 30 Pounds, I'm consciously making better food choices, and have even started enjoying working out (crazzyyy)!
