My 4 yr old son loves going here! As he’s been developing we wanted him to have more control and confidence with his body, he has achieve both of those at this place. He particularly loves using the big trampoline!

My kids have loved this place. It has been a great experience every time they go. It is very clean and well cared for. The staff is very helpful and easy to communicate with. It’s been such a good experience, we plan to do more tumbling classes in the future.

Tumble Central has been a wonderful place for my 4 year old to fall in love with gymnastics. The coaches are attentive, kind, dedicated, and knowledgeable. It’s by far the best young gymnastics experience in the Heber valley

My daughter has been at Tumble Central for a few years now. I’m so impressed with the coaches ability to tune in and support her in the ways needed each season.
This year my youngest has started cheer with them as well and it’s been such a positive experience for her.
The staff are helpful and truly invested in my children’s growth and happiness.
I’m grateful for a facility that is athlete oriented, while still striving to push their athletes to their potential. We will continue to invest our time and money here- the payoff is so worth it.

We’re frustrated with a recent incident and that is bringing down our rating from 3 stars to 2.
I’ll offer a pros n cons breakdown separate from the recent incident.
We were customers for ~2 years, our daughter is now 6
Pros:
-Good facility
-Our daughter had fun
-Good exercise
Cons:
-No curriculum info or interaction with staff or teachers, I didn’t know how our daughter was doing (I frequently tried to ask and the staff seemed put out, gave me one word answers)
-Very young staff, not sure if there are adult managers. I recently met a director through the incident below, but that’s all I’m aware of.
(I think they recently improved their log in/portal area so maybe they plan on letting parents know what the curriculum is and how their kids are doing)
Now, the recent incident:
The last 6 sessions or so our daughter complained of back pain after doing back bends. Her back would then be tweaked for 3 or 4 days afterward.
After a bit of Googling, I learned that it’s common for kids under 8 to not be able to do backbends safely. If you do a search you’ll see there is substantial risk of spondylosis for kids under 8, and even a few news stories of children being paralized from doing backbends under 8 year olds.
A lot of experts agree it’s a bad idea.
So I asked her teachers for her to skip that portion of the curriculum. The were reluctant, but they did it.
The following week they also had her skip that station, but then explained to me she can’t be in the class.
They explained that backbends are too important to the curriculum.
Frankly, I’m impressed that they have enough customers that they’re willing to disinvite a student rather than having them skip one station in a tumbling class for 6 year olds.
But mainly I'm concerned with their risk tolerance on this matter, and I think you should be too.

We absolutely LOVE Tumble Central! My son is always excited for class each week and is learning great things. His Lil’ Parkour coaches are knowledgeable and connected with him instantly. He looks up to all of them. The staff is very prompt in responding to our needs via text and classes are a very fair price. Highly recommended as the place for extracurricular activities! We will always be attending Tumble Central. They are a highlight of our week!

Thank you Tumble Central!

We have been trying to cancel for months. We called and have left several voicemails. We have also used the portal to send messages and they also have not been answered.

TC is a very fun place with some room for improvement. My toddlers always love going to the open gym (aka toddler time). The price is just right, the location is great, and the time of open gym works well for the age group. I do wish they had open gym every day! :)
In the past, we had three very disappointing experiences in which the open gym was closed, even though the website stated it was open. There were some frustrated parents with their even more frustrated toddlers by the entrance. It's fine it happened once, but then the second and third times were too frustrating. Especially because your toddlers know where they are and how much fun they are missing. Try to reason that with an upset child... Anyways, those incidents haven't happened in a while, other then when they moved open gym dates and times and again, we weren't aware. In the past it had been very hard to get a hold of someone over the phone. I do not know if this issue has been fixed as I do not bother calling them anymore.
Now, this is the thing that annoys me most. Open gym could be a more relaxed, safe, and stress-free environment if some changes were made. Certain areas should be closed off to small children, such as access to stairs, which is only "blocked" with a yellow chain. Not a big deal if you only have one child, but trying to keep two or more small children safe becomes challenging. Another problem is a certain corner of the open gym, with cubbies that toddlers love to climb on. Some of the cubbies contain things that are not appropriate for the small children (staff belongings, snacks, drinks, small items, etc). There are also stuff hanging on the wall, such as ropes, which have some stretch to them. We often see kids pulling and tugging on them and at some point, a child will eventually get hurt with a whip-lash. The cubbies, things hanging on the wall, uncovered power outlets, access to stairs, and a few other things make open gym not as fun as it should be. Kids get told "no" for doing this or that, but problem areas could be easily fixed. Staff has been kind 90% of the time, but occasionally you see some annoyance (understandably so). Hopefully, some improvements will be made and open gym will become a relaxing, fun, and stress-free environment for kids, their parents, and staff.

Tumble Central has been a second home for me for more than 8 years! It has taught me more than just tumbling and cheerleading, but how to work hard, build accountability, and develop an unwavering love for tumbling and cheerleading! Tumble Central is more than just an organization but a family! We loose together, win together, and grow together! TUMBLE CENTRAL IS AMAZING!

When this establishment was opened by the original owners, it was awesome! My kids were well taken care of, constant parent/coach interaction, it was awesome.
This is TOTALLY not the case now. My child was injured MAJORLY at a practice where I was only notified by another students parent about 3 days later. My child is STILL suffering from migraines and concussion issues!!!!
My child isn’t the type to come out and say there were any problems but I started noticing she had issues with her neck (where she slammed the floor and was swiftly picked up by a 15 year old “coach” at the time! You should never do anything “swiftly” with a neck injury, and the protocol is to inform parents and medics asap!!!!) I have video proof of this incident and it’s disgusting!!!!
The staffs reaction was to quickly and quietly resolve this MAJOR issue. No one in their staff is competent enough to watch a child, let alone teach them any acrobatics. They should be shut down asap! I will proceed with legality, don’t trust your children with them!!!!

We have been around the block as far as gymnastics for my kids is concerned and Tumble Central is the best gym in Heber Valley. No doubt about it! Their Open Gyms are so fun and affordable, they are very flexible, they do month to month and they even let us begin halfway through the year! Our kids adore the classes and teachers and want me to sign them up for more classes. I wish I could. It would be worth it. I am not one to do reviews online but I wanted to take some time to highly recommend Tumble Central.
