I've been going here for a couple months and have felt welcome and comfortable since my first session! Everyone said hi as soon as I came in, made sure to show me how things worked, and the workouts are HARD in the best way. Be ready to be surrounded by people that are goal chasers, accomplishing big things and pushing hard, and will uplift you while you work toward your goals. It's a really inspiring atmosphere and I plan on being a long-time member.

A friend invited me to come check out this Run Club and I'm so glad I did! First off, it was an amazing and challenging workout. The coach/owner really creates an inviting and motivating atmosphere from the encouragement to the perfect playlist to keep you going. I can confidently say I would not have been able to run that far/fast without the environment they create! For context, I'm a retired soccer player that doesn't put much emphasis on distance running at this point. They really seemed to have a good mix of members from all athletic backgrounds or people just wanting to get or stay in healthy shape. Regardless, they'll make sure you get your heart rate up and leave feeling accomplished and ready for the day! Definitely go check this place out

Great place to challenge yourself while still going at your own pace. I’m not a big runner, but I went with my friend who is, and I felt completely comfortable and welcomed as a beginner. The group is supportive, the atmosphere is encouraging, and there’s no pressure—just a great way to move, improve, and have fun. Highly recommend for all levels!

I’m no runner, but I went with a friend one time who got me into a free class. For not being a runner I was surprised at how enjoyable the experience was and the level of attention paid to those new to the gym who needed a more hands on approach. Would definitely recommend for both new runners and seasoned vets as well.

All around one of the best gyms in the salt lake area. There is guided treadmill work and an open strength gym with access to personal trainers who actually know what they are doing. The staff are all so nice and the atmosphere is addicting. Couldn’t recommend 21run more!

I am definitely not a runner but twenty one run makes it fun! The gym is beautiful and kept in really great shape. The staff creates a fun atmosphere to get a great workout in. The sense of community and meeting people is one of the best parts. If you are considering trying out twenty one run definitely do it!

Amazing community!!!! The treadmills are Woodways - the best in class and slatted so they don't hurt your body like regular treadmills. The instructors will make you feel comfortable at any level in class and offer personalized training, too. The gym is spacious and clean and bright - a welcome change from the typically dark, foreboding, "bro-ey", and too-intense vibe at a lot of other gyms. No worries or judgment here and just a great group of folks united by running. :)

I recently started training at Twenty One Run, and I’m really impressed. This is a specialty gym, they offer running classes and personal training for all levels.

My personal trainer Jeremy, is awesome. He’s super motivating and a fitness expert. He makes sure my form is right so I don’t get hurt and really cares about helping me reach my goals.

The gym space consists of a treadmill area and weightlifting floor. The space feels like a premium private gym experience, it has enough room and equipment for a dozen people to workout at the same time. They have brand new, top-notch equipment like rows of Woodway treadmills, squat rack stations, TRX stations, and a dozen or more Life Fitness equipment pieces. They also have lockers and showers that are really nice—perfect if you need to clean up to get somewhere after working out.

If you’re looking to train for a marathon or just get in shape, you should definitely check this place out before signing up for one of the big box gyms.

Exceptional! If you're serious about running (which I'm not) but if i was, this is the place I'd go. They've put together something beautiful here. High level training, coaching, one on ones and group runs. Clean and new machines, heart rate zone monitors, and encouraging and supportive instruction. There is a locker room and gym with the right equipment to get supplemental training in. The coaches are knowledgeable, kind and very encouraging. Amazing experience! Such an INCREDIBLE experience.

I’m no expert runner by any means, but felt completely comfortable in this social class. We had 20 people on a full 6AM class.

The facility is clean.
Instruction is clear.

I love that you can track stats the whole time with the various monitors.

10/10 experience. Any all all expertise levels are welcome and will have a great time!

While the beautiful studio space is new, Twenty One Run has been facilitating community-wide running events for many, many years. It's amazing to see how "South Jordan Running" on Instagram has sprouted. Of course, they're still hosting their FREE Tuesday social runs and Saturday long runs so that runners can meet up with others in the run community, but now they're offering so much more. I highly recommend a treadmill class, which incorporates HR-zone training. All of the instructors are exceptionally qualified and make the space lively and fun. The other runners in class are always supportive and make hitting Zone 5 feel easy; I've never felt the time on a treadmill go so quickly. There truly is a PLACE FOR EVERY PACE at Twenty One Run. Get yourself there!

I’ve joined the 6am class a few time and have loved it!

I’m not a runner at all and have always had knee issues. I was surprised after my first run that my knees didn’t hurt and I actually had a great time 😅 Their treadmills are awesome and absorb a lot of the impact I usually feel on treadmills.

If you’re not a runner, but are interested in getting into it, I would highly recommend Twenty One Run. I’m even considering training for a marathon now, which I would have never of even thought about before joining this gym.

I was skeptical about going to a class here because I'm not a fan of treadmill running. I went for my first workout and ended up enjoying my workout. It's a great run/strength set up! I do OCR and think this place will help me improve my speed, strength, and overall endurance!
