Working with Jameson has been a great experience! In our time working together, I've developed a deeper understanding of biomechanics and nutrition, helping me gain confidence in strength training since returning to the gym post a back injury. Every session begins with an assessment of how I'm doing that day and the training plan adjusted accordingly. It's truly a judgement free zone, I couldn't recommend Jameson enough!

I met Jameson through Rise4 classes where he was my fitness instructor. I’ve worked with Jameson for several years and he is one of the best coaches I know. Not only is Jameson a phenomenal RISE4 coach, he’s also an expert guide in terms of nutrition. Jameson reviewed my 48 hour food journal and it became clear I wasn’t eating adequate protein nor was I refueling immediately after workouts. These 2 changes plus other tips regarding meal prep and workout consistency have helped me achieve my nutrition and fitness goals which he encouraged me to set. I’ve lost fat and gained muscle. Jameson's nutrition program was effective and just what I needed! What I really loved about the program is that it has given me a holistic understanding of nutrition that can be applied to the "real world". Everything I've learned from Jameson has allowed me to maintain weight loss and improve my strength and mobility...what more do you want?! The information and guidance was insightful, accessible, and well-researched. Jameson was very supportive throughout the whole program, always willing to provide tips, examples, and answer one-off questions while I learned to make better choices. Working with Jameson is wonderful! I feel so much stronger and healthier since I started with him. I started working out with BWT approximately 2 years ago. I came in with a knee injury that was not properly rehab, and low back pain. My mobility, strength and cardiovascular health have significantly improve. I work as a Primary Care provider, this changes have led to better posture, and a reduction of pain after long days of standing for 10 hrs+. I appreciate coach Jameson, knowledge, encouragement, and flexibility with my schedule. I m’ve gained a valuable amount of knowledge about nutrition, conditioning and proper posture that i apply in my line of work, to help others. I found Jameson first as a fitness coach at my local gym, and always enjoyed his practical and sound advice about eating habits in class, so I was more than excited to sign up for his nutrition course when he offered it. I do have extensive background in healthcare, but found some of my basic nutrition knowledge to have several gaps that Jameson filled in for me. I loved how he structured his course to fit the needs of me and my family!
I still think of him and the principles he taught me every single time I go grocery shopping and prepare my meals. I appreciate his knowledge and skill that will influence me and my young children to develop and reinforce healthy eating habits and be healthy humans!
One of the most important take-aways was my understanding of the catabolic process and need for even more quality protein intake as I age.

Jameson is fantastic to work with. Diet/Nutrition became a mystery for me as I approached 50. I needed some guidance on what would work for me now vs. what I used to do in my 20's 30s. I was feeling sluggish and needed to drop some weight. Started my journey at 210 lbs and have made my way down to 180 lbs. It's been quite the journey for me but I'm happier for it.
