They were great at the beginning…. But, I almost feel as though they pack the classes with TONS of kiddos. It’s always very hectic in there and I have personally witnessed a few of the coaches whispering about students and parents which in turn makes it a very uncomfortable environment to be in. Also, in the boys class on Friday, coach Emily is very hard to watch… she is rather lazy and doesn’t engage with the kids. You can tell her mind is somewhere else. It’s very frustrating when you see your child need assistance and she just stares at them and scratches her ears……Other than that, I think this place is okay. They do the job. If you want your child to advance I would suggest transferring them somewhere else. This place seems like it’s more for the behavioral aspect and more of a excerise class rather than actual gymnastics.

We have been a part of Upbeat since they opened and absolutely love them!! Our oldest has grown with them and now on their comp team. Her confidence level and skill level is amazing. They have helped he find her joy and smile when it comes to a sport. They invest the time and effort to ensure kids learn the proper skills, safe skills, but remember that kids are kids as well.
My youngest learned to crawl, walk, and talk here. And she absolutely loves gymnastics. Christy and Aaron loves these kids like their own and deeply care for each one. Hands down the best!!

We have been coming here for years! Before finding upbeat, we never stayed with a gymnastics/tumbling facility for more than 6 months. Upbeat is a wonderful family friendly establishment that really emphasizes on personal growth and learning good habits and proper form. They offer fun clinics seasonally in addition to the regular classes. The owners work really hard to keep the facility nice and clean, and make accommodations for family's schedules. They care about each child individually, their emotional needs as well as physical. I would recommend this business to ANYONE!

We LOVE Upbeat Gym and all the coaches! They are great at encouraging my girls and uplifting them when they get discouraged. They are also really great at letting my girls do a makeup class if they are sick and miss their regular class. The owners Kristie and Aaron are the kindest people. We started at this gym when they very first opened and Kristie was teaching every class, then we moved away and had to transfer gyms. We love Upbeat Gymnastics! This place is just the best. I started bringing my 18-month-old shortly after they opened and we have been loving our weekly class ever since. They have taught my now 2-year-old so much, she can walk beams by herself, hang like a money on the bars, do summer salts, jump, hop, listen, interact with others her age and so much more. It’s a great way for her to learn the importance of physical activity and movement. My very favorite thing is it’s time dedicated for just me and her to have some one-on-one time. It’s cleaner than most other kid gyms I’ve been around which is super important to me. We couldn’t love Coach Kristi and everyone at Upbeat Gym more.

I maybe should wait to write a review until I have known this place longer, but based on first impressions, I am LOVING it! The staff is so family-focused and you can tell that the kids who come here are treated as VIPs. We are thrilled to have discovered it via referral. No annual registration fees. Only downside is that classes are at or very near capacity so there's not a lot of room. But that also tells you how good they are!

The student to teacher ratio is very small, allowing for a personal, helpful class every time. This is an amazing gym! I come here with my soon to be 2 year old and we play with Kristi and Kyla. They are both so “upbeat” and loving with our kids as they take us through stretches, running, bouncing, hanging, obstacles, music and songs. All interactive play with gymnastic movements. My daughter Alice has been coming to Upbeat Gymnastics for the last 9 or 10 months. We love the teachers and the facilities. There is a play area for younger children while waiting, which is a huge plus with little kids. The staff was very accommodating when my daughter broke her arm. My daughter tumbled for 3 years with another company and Upbeat has far exceeded our expectations!! The owners are amazing - so caring and great to work with. My daughter's coach is absolutely fantastic and we love her to pieces. When my daughter hurt her finger on the balance beam, the owners were incredible. They put payment on hold while she healed and even refunded us the class where she hurt her finger (none of which was their fault - it was simply an accident). We love Upbeat Gymnastics and the staff! Their name says it all. They are very upbeat. My shy 4 year old has loved going here. We love Upbeat Gym! I looked at several gyms for my girls before joining Upbeat. As soon as I walked into Upbeat Gym I could FEEL the difference! The coaches are great, class sizes are small, quality equipment in good condition, CLEAN, and there is a small play space for siblings. My only complaint is that some parents don't watch their bigger kids in the play area-which makes it less safe for little ones in there (nothing to do with the gym itself).

They treat you like family and you just feel welcome. I absolutely love that they are a recreational gymnastics facility! I was pretty excited that this came into my neighborhood. I had a bunch of friends tell me about this place when I was looking for a place for my daughter's to start at. They are beginners and I just had a baby and didn't want to get into a stressful commitment without knowing if my kids would love it. I've had trouble finding a gymnastics place that would actually treat all the kids equally and actually teach them the correct way. I'm so glad to find Upbeat. My daughter looks forward to her classes and I can see a great improvement. Definitely would recommend Upbeat.

Our daughter started at Upbeat gymnastics and has loved it! My girls have been at this gym since it opened a year ago and we have absolutely loved it! It is a family run business and they treat you like family. Coach Kristy and Coach Mac are both amazing and I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone with kids interested in gymnastics!

Upbeat Gymnastics has been a GREAT experience for my daughter. She is 3yrs old and the teachers are wonderful and very patience with the little ones. My daughter loves learning gymnastics here! They have some very nice staff, who are great teachers. She has learned so much already and we just started a couple months ago. Our 9 year old daughter started Upbeat in September 2019. She has progressed more at Upbeat in just a few months than she did in a year at her previous gym. She enjoys it so much she is asking for an additional class, and her excitement even convinced our tween (11 y.o.) to join and loves it too! The teachers, owners, and facility are exceptional. Small class size keeps their attention, and the instructors’ fun and positive energy encourages motivation. I wouldn’t use any other gym. Thanks Upbeat!

Walking into Upbeat Gymnastics, you feel welcomed in their clean, organized, family-friendly environment. We have loved watching our daughter gain confidence as she learned how to do a simple cart wheel at age 11! Her coaches have sought her out to give her the individual instruction and encouragement she needs. She comes home happy and looks forward to her next class. My younger child loves playing with the other young children in the clean, fun play area during her big sister's lesson. And I can't help but watch the other coach teach the young children's class- she's so cute with them, and it's easy to see that they adore her! Upbeat gymnastics has been the best gym experience for our kids. We’ve tried several of the bigger gyms across the valley and they don’t come close to Upbeat. The owners are caring, honest and very encouraging with the kids. My girls have made more progress in 6 months with Upbeat than they did in years at other gyms. Go Upbeat!

Upbeat has been great. We have 2 daughters in different age groups and their classes are perfect for beginners. The staff is very easy to work with and very friendly. Our daughters love their teacher and she always makes it a point to help them when or if they have trouble. As well as praising them for excelling and trying their best. The classes are convenient with our schedules and prices are very affordable. It has only been a few weeks since we started here but can say we love it! Give them a try!

We love Upbeat Gymnastics! We take our two year old once a week, and it's perfect for her to get her energy out.

For us, it's more than a gymnastics class. Our little one is always learning.. They incorporate so many learning opportunities into each activity. I will catch my little one stretching at home, all the time. Thanks for making learning so much fun for her!

Also, the owners are so awesome and friendly. We were hesitant to sign up at first because our work schedules were crazy, but they worked with us and even let her be the first and only student in the class for a few weeks.

We have been a part of the Up beat gymnastics family for about six months. The staff is very friendly and quick to answer questions via email or call. My daughter loves her instructors. I love how there are no competitions and no uniforms required. The facility offers a positive environment. My daughter enjoys going that after a few months we added her in a second class because she enjoys it so much. Great place to provide exercise and physical activity for your child.

We love Upbeat gym! We were at a bigger gym and felt lost and in chaos whenever we were there. Upbeat is small, clean and super professional! Kristi, the owner, is also the teacher of each class and my girls get so much attention and instruction. I've seen so much improvement in just the few weeks they've been open!
