I’ve always done my own cardio workouts, but recently I wanted to add weight training and flexibility to my routine. Being over 60 years old, I was reluctant to try on my own, afraid of injuring myself, so I decided to schedule three months of personal training with Sawyer. He was terrific at introducing numerous methods and proper techniques that gradually increased my confidence, strength, and health metrics. It was well worth the time and cost, and I would highly recommend scheduling a personal trainer with VASA.

It’s not a good gym every time I go there the sauna steam room pool and hot tub are never working. It’s honestly the worst location out there in Utah. I would not recommend going to this gym go planet fitness every time they say they’re working on it. It breaks down within a week and they’re not working on anything and I was there today and they there was people in the sauna and steam room fixing it, but I don’t understand why they’re fixing it if there’s nothing to fix it was working fine last week and now they’re just saying this that everything’s out of order like I don’t understand why they need to keep fixing it. They might as well just get it and maintain it but they guess they don’t know how.

There is only ONE reason why I have a whole Vasa membership and his name is Rhett. He teaches yoga on Sunday at 11. This is a class I will never miss. It’s a staple in my weekly schedule. I have learned so much from Rhett. He is an incredible teacher! You will not find the attention to detail in any other class. He will help you perfect your yoga practice! He happens to teach at Vasa in Layton. I think I pay 20$ a month for my membership and that’s CHEAP for a class like this! That’s like 5$ a class.

Love cycling and body pump so much! Jen’s cycling class is the funnest one I’ve been to. I just wish Vasa would stop canceling body pump and cycling classes…they’re the best ones! Such great workouts. Would love to see more class options on the schedule. Also love Kristen’s and Charlene’s cycling class, as well as Alyece, Rachel, Atty, and Sandi’s body pump classes. Hoping this location doesn’t follow other location’s bad examples of canceling more group fitness classes!

I went into the Layton VASA today (around 2:30 PM) and stood at the front desk for a long time waiting for anyone to help. Eventually, an employee came up and told me his manager “keeps disappearing” and that he’d have to go look for him. He was gone quite a while before coming back to say the manager wasn’t even on location — and apparently, this keeps happening. He tried messaging the manager but never got a response.
I was there to get a copy of an injury incident report from April 2024 (when I canceled my membership) , instead of going home to get it and come back and to hopefully speak with a manager in person. I originally signed up on February 15, 2024, and only joined for the pool (I could not swim in that pool with a open skin laceration), which was not very sanitary but figured it would do for the price range. My mom offered to pay for the membership because I didn’t trust their billing after past issues — and turns out I was right.
Even though I canceled after being injured on their property in April 2024 (which they documented in their own incident report taken by Noah Chugg, but it has somehow disappeared from their current records), my mom discovered in January 2025 that VASA was still charging her — three payments since November, when I again told them that I previously cancelled. I also personally told them in November that I had canceled because I couldn’t use the facilities due to the injury at their location.
The incident report I have shows the district manager listed. But I personally know he has not worked there in over a year, and somehow they still managed to illegally gain access and use sensitive billing information that was never provided by me to continue charging through May 2025, despite no usage but transferred it to collections who went against my credit report with this information.They even fabricated sporadic check-ins that never happened (1x a month so they could keep billing).
To make it worse, they have internal notes saying I told them to stop harassing me — and they have notes showing they continued anyway. The report lists Hugo Luciano as the general manager, and from what I can see, he’s still supposedly in that role. But based on today’s visit and what the staff member said, the management is basically nonexistent.
The employee I spoke with was honest and said, “Yeah, it’s a great gym but it’s mismanaged.” And I completely agree. Good employee though, he knew customers by name and said he would take care of getting them checked in. It makes me wonder though on how reliable this is, when there are supposed check in's for me that I was never there for.
Remember we all live in the same community and bad business can have a ripple effect. 20, even 40byears from now, people remember names, people remember reputations. This effects you too.
Bottom line: The facility itself might be fine (hopefully they fixed the issue that caused injury), but the management and billing practices are an absolute mess. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless they completely overhaul how it’s being run.

Layton Vasa is the best!! I go to several Vasa, but I have never been helped with different situations like I have at Layton Vasa! My personal trainer is Nesha, and she is awesome!! A few others I just have to mention by name is Hugo ( the Manger) a great manager,Dominic is so very helpful and brighten my day with his kindness. Hello Everyone ! I have great news. Christian Sandoval, one of the best MES in Vasa Utah. Will be transferring to Layton Vasa soon. So many people will miss him in Ogden. A lot of people say he is the best due to his kindness and excellent customer service. He will treat you with respect and give you lots of care to make sure you understand everything that is needed in getting a vasa membership so you are ready. UPDATE: If you’re planning to cancel, do it at least a full month in advance! You’ll be charged for the entire following month regardless, and they may try to tack on an additional fee if you haven’t been a member long enough. Even if that doesn’t technically apply to you, they’ll likely charge you anyway.
The gym itself often feels overcrowded, and some of the amenities aren’t always clean or easy to use.

I came in to try this gym for the first time and left pretty disappointed. Compared to other Vasa locations, this one feels smaller, less updated, and poorly maintained.
After reading several recent reviews, I noticed a recurring theme: broken equipment and unresolved maintenance issues. Unfortunately, I experienced the same thing. For example, someone mentioned months ago that the water fountains weren’t working, and Vasa responded saying they’d fix it "ASAP." Fast forward to today — the fountains are still broken.
Every negative review seems to get the same copy-pasted response: "we will bring this issue to our management and maintenance team, and they will look into it ASAP", but very little follow-through is happening. It feels disingenuous, and frankly, it’s frustrating to see the same problems persist over and over
Also, I found a have empty bud light in one of the lockers this morning at 5:00am. Do they not clean the locker rooms?

I challenge anyone to walk into any area, any room, or down any aisle of equipment and find somewhere that doesn't have a tag on it that says "We're working on it".
I also challenge someone to walk through and find more than 5 wipe dispensers in the whole place that have wipes in them.
I would love to take care of and wipe down the equipment after I use it, but I've got to do laps around the place to find anything.
The staff is nice, but working out here can be incredibly frustrating.

When you cancel on the app it will verify the cancellation but you will continue to be charged. When you call back they will say they have no record of the cancellation and will refuse to refund amount charged. Getting through to customer service is also a joke.

This gym is fine. I'm mostly frustrated that there are never enough childcare appointments. What's the point in paying for a membership and for kidcare if I can't ever use it?
*Edit: the team lead had a nice chat with me with some pointers on how to get appointments. I do think it's important to check frequently, because at the time I posted this it seemed like there was nothing available, but then I was able to get a few more appointments a day or two later.
Anyway, I really appreciate that they're willing to work with parents to let us go to the gym. Having childcare at a gym saves my sanity, and this is by far the most affordable gym with childcare. Overall I would recommend!*
It's also frustrating that there's no hip thrust machine, but that's a small matter 😂 mostly just wish I could actually get appointments so I could go.
*Still a little frustrated about the hip thrust machine, but I've learned other ways to get the job done, it just takes a bit of work to get set up. Lol*

Bring your own earbuds that work really well and stay out of the bathroom. music is always bad rap and so loud that you can't hear your own earbuds music when in the bathroom.
no shower curtains in showers, water temperature, and pressure changes on you. never know if the shower will be warm or cold.

The staff is pretty clueless about how to use the apps and deal with membership problems. Drinking fountain has been broken for months. Always problems with the pool and sauna. Lots of out of service exercise equipment and massage chairs. For some strange reason they only have a couple of massage chairs when there's room for tons more and they're always broke or occupied.
We keep coming back because its close to our house, but really not impressed.

Threatening and harassing behavior from Noah at the front desk. This is not the first incident with this employee. As a woman it is very uncomfortable for me to have this man constantly have something inappropriate to say when I come in on the weekends. Please let him go.
The hot tub is down for repairs every single time I come in. This has never been a problem at the Clinton location.
The hydromassage chairs were fantastic but they were replaced by these massage chairs. They do a subpar job but that doesn’t matter because they are always broken.
So this location has nasty people, no hot tub and no massage chairs. To top it off the bathrooms are disgusting. There is pee and poop on the shower floors and the toilets don’t flush properly.

I’ve been a member at this gym for years and to be honest, this has been the worst maintained gym that I’ve ever been to. There is a huge basketball group that plays daily and the net has been ripped a couple of times before and it takes months for them to get a new one. It’s only happened about 3-4 times in the past couple of years but it takes about 2 months every time to get it repaired. Now one of the rims has been under repair for about 2-3 months now with still no fix. The manager has a really bad attitude towards others. I have only heard of him from afar but dealt with him for the first time the other day and he lives up to the hype. Seems like he has no care for the members and the location / equipment itself. I am not sure of his name but he is for sure the manager of this location and has been for a while. In my opinion, it starts from the top and he has done a poor job of keeping his gym up to par. I think some investment in new equipment and new management is long overdue in this location.

I need to give a shout out to your front desk employee, Noah. I was very frustrated because the Clinton Vasa's pool was down. I'm already in a swimsuit, fighting after-work traffic & the 1800 road construction. I rush to make the 6pm class & there is the pool closed sign. Not at the desk, app not updated. While driving to Layton Vasa instead, I called to verify their pool was open & it was closed too. I ripped into Noah. He was so nice, professional & apologetic. He didn't deserve my anger. I immediately called back to apologize. He said it was fine & that he is here to spread positivity & uplift people before their workout. Boy is he right, and AMAZING! Please give him a round of applause for being so empathetic & awesome at his job. He deserves all the best for being such a fantastic & kind human.

Genuinely the worst gym I have ever had a membership with, when I originally got my membership they never told me about all of the added fees they’ll randomly charge you, they charged me $80.00 and when I called and asked about the charge the guy said it’s apart of the fees they’ll charge if they decide to change there prices. I asked my friend who has a vasa membership about it and she said she was also never told that, which makes it seem like the team members are extremely incompetent and just care about getting memberships sold instead of letting people know of the charges. I wanted to cancel my membership and the guy says to do it on the app, except when I went to do it on the app it says “You are not allowed to cancel your membership online” and prompts a $50 cancelation fee. Save your money and go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

Very poorly maintained gym. Various Equipment, Hot Tub, Pool, Basketball rims, etc...things break and it takes forever to get them fixed. They have no basketballs that can be checked out anymore. They have no ball pump? The bathrooms are filthy. Who is actually running this place? What are all of the monthly membership dollars being spent on? It's definitely not maintenance. I've never scene a gym so poorly run. It's so sad. I feel like the members should all boycott and go to another gym location until this one gets their act together. Companies only listen when it effects their bottom line. hmmm...I am a pretty great organizer - might have to rally the troops. I'm tired of paying good money and not getting an adequate return on my investment.

One of the most poorly maintained locations. When its gym machine equipment that might be broken, you are at least waiting 3-4 weeks for it to be fixed. As for the basketball court maitenance, forget the complete lack of cleaning the floors(dusty as hell), they constantly halfass fixing one side of the basketball rims. They claim its because people dunking, but they are breakaway rims which literally are supposed to handle dunking. Sure some people dunk here and there, but the reason the rim keeps breaking (same side) is because they have the incorrect bolts, or use broken bolts to fix it. Last time it was broken for 2 months.
This time its been a week so far and they completely took the rim off while they are fixing it so you cant even get full court runs.
Seems like the manager completely disregards the maitenance for the gym.
Kaysville and clinton locations are just fine, its literally just Layton.

After covered I was coming back good by Vasa and offered a deal to come back which included studio cycling. I invested in shoes and MyZone belt and stuck with it. This week the work studio was removed and all the my zone screens also have been removed. This is a real disservice to those Vasa of members.

I love the VASA in Layton, especially the KidsCare. This area is 30 minutes from my home, but I am willing to drive out of the way to visit this location due to how well they treat my child here! My child is very shy and they immediately accommodated to making her feel so comfortable. The KidsCare is very hands on, they always do cute crafts and always have fun activities for the kids! Thanks VASA Layton for having the best ladies at this location in KidsCare!

Get the 14.99 a month membership of you come here. The extra ten dollars are for things like message chairs, there is only three chairs and usually one is broken. After coming here for a couple years I feel like I'm paying that extra ten bucks a month for absolutely no reason. It's really frustrating to have to wait for a massage chair or just leave without getting one at all. The sauna is ok, if it is open. The locker rooms smell like mold. The showers don't have very good water pressure and the hot water runs out. So yeah get the lowest price membership if you come here.

I come to vasa Layton for 3 reasons
1. Cycle classes with Kristen and Jennifer, these classes are always fun, challenging and have the best music. Both Kristen and Jennifer and very personable and know everyone in class by name. They change workouts every week and challenge you in class while encouraging al9ng the ride! Love them!!!
2. Yoga with Heidi - her voice is so soothing and makes you totally relax and be in the moment! Affirmations for the week is a nice touch!
3. Steam room! No need words here.
Wish there are more cycle classes in Layton in the evenings with Kristen and Jen!

Fast response to reports of broken equipment. Only dislikes are (1) You have to heave and attach weights to nearly all their equipment. It’s not like there’s just a tiny stick you swap in and out to add on more weight. You actually have to heave a plate of weight a bit of distance if you want to add more weight onto the equipment. That can get inconvenient and a little unsafe. (2) They’ve started turning off the steam room hours before closing time. And that’s almost always when there’s still people inside using it. The steam room was my mom’s favorite part about coming here after working until 9 or 10 PM. What a disappointing way to end a workout.

The facilities are so often closed for repairs, machines take really long to fix, and the layout is not well organized. After I tried other Vasa gyms in the area I will go the extra distance to go there instead of the Layton Vasa even though it's right by my house.

The cleanliness of the locker/restrooms are on par to that of a truckstop bathroom. They are filthy, and I actively avoid touching anything. They have not been thoroughly cleaned in years. Everything is gross and has obvious biological matter on every surface. Not fitting of a public gym.

I’ve been a member for years now, but really only use it for racquetball. It is such a pain to call and reserve and frequently we have to navigate the awkwardness of telling people we reserved it when we get there and they’re playing. This morning we called to reserve a court. We found a babysitter, drove 15 min to the gym only to arrive and find out they double booked the court with another group that booked it for 2 hours. We told the front desk, they made no apologies. I asked if they could call another gym nearby to see if they could get us a court somewhere. A blonde woman with glasses had to stop her random internet search, yes we can see your computer screens, to tell us “you can call.” I responded, “no, you can. We had a reservation and were double booked.” She completely refused. Then totally ignored us while another worker called for us. It’s 2024, get this system online so we don’t have to deal with your incompetent and lazy workers that can’t be bothered to check the book before reserving. Also, could your Ogden location please just have the lights on, having to wait for a tanning session to finish so you can turn on the lights is actually crazy. So now we are driving 15 min further from home to play racquetball for 30 min before we have to be back for the babysitter. Guess you didn’t really care how you can uplift me today…

My kids run into the Layton Vasa kidscare. They cheer when I tell them we are headed to the gym. It's not only an opportunity for me to work out but my kids get energy out and have an opportunity to be social. I love that there are activities and a schedule and not just a tv and toys. My kids have a blast and they leave with art projects! The staff use my kid's names and I appreciate how friendly they are to me. I also appreciate how many staff members there are it gives me peace of mind and I know my kids will be safe and happy. Highly recommend!

Seems mostly clean and good. A few machines out of order. My main gripe is their sunday hours. I wish they were open until at least 7pm Sundays.
I also wish they had one or two more of the chest fly machines. I believe there are only two here and they are frequently being used, the other vasa I've been to has at least 4 of them.

i hate to be the one to write a bad review, but i’ve been trying to cancel my membership for about 3 months and the MES (kaysville vasa) at the front desk Dianne was absolutely no help, she refused to cancel my membership and kept insisting on me staying and after multiple attempts of asking her she wouldn’t do it. I canceled my membership a month ago and i payed the fee and they still won’t push my cancellation through have have been charging me. And a few days ago i went to the layton vasa to cancel my membership and of course Dianne was there and didn’t help me. i worked at vasa about a year ago and i know how easy it is to cancel memberships

Absolutely horrible service, I have been trying to cancel my VASA gym membership since July due to a surgery, i have emailed, called, got confirmations that they will cancel it. and up to today I am still being billed. I am currently on hold with Ashley and she is looking into "how much i need to pay to cancel" This place needs to be investigated for fraud. There are so many people experiencing this same problem with them.

It is NOT free! After your “free trial” VASA will charge you $45, then tack on a $25 cancellation fee! Yeah you read that right, VASA will charge you $25 for cancelling your “free trial”. I wouldn't join this Vasa right now. It's overcrowded, there is only one pec fly machine, some equiptment has been broken or damaged for months (including missing sticks for the cables, leg extension and other machines broken, chest press, captains chair, and other machines not bolted down), the drinking water is warm, cleaning materials are not replaced when run out, the girls bathroom smells quite bad, and I know it's their job but the constant sales on personal training sessions are quite overbearing. There are many teenagers in the evenings, which is great, except many of them sit on equipment without using it or bump into other gymgoers trying to workout. The Childcare center and staff are incredible though, Liz and Kami especially have worked so hard helping my daughter be comfortable and happy. if you have kids they will enjoy themselves immensely.

Today I watched emma throw away member numbers and notes saying. "I'm not going to deal with them" she ripped and tossed them away. She is getting amazing employees and trainers to quit and canceling classes. She has shown it's more about her power trip then the members. This is not a good vasa wnce she took over her position. It was sad walking in today and seeing an amazing trainer is no longer there. But I fully understand it is saddening what this new employee has done to the schedule and to the members showing their is no concern for any opinion but her own. She is showing it’s her way or the highway. After talking to the other members in the class. It sounds like the highway will be the better option for many. You’re changing what worked for what reason? So people can’t complete the class, to show your the boss? Please explain. You’re refusing to take phone calls so no one can find out.

The place is really good to work out the service is the worst can’t resolve no problem at all. Vasa got me in the door and committed by their fitness classes. Mandee is THE BEST body pump fitness instructor I’ve had. 5 starts for Mandee! But for some reason, even though there’s a great turnout in classes, they change and cancel classes!! Why?! There are great turn outs, then they change stuff around and it longer works for our schedules! It’s super frustrating and I’m about to cancel my membership.

I have been going to this gym for over a year no complaints. One of the staff members was always pushing me to try there scale that dose all this cool stuff with tracking your progress. I always told him no. One day I said okay just to get him to stop asking me. He said I had to do the one month free studio trial to use the scale. So I said okay to get it over with not knowing that it would sign me up for studio. After a couple months I noticed I was being charged way more I finally figured out I was a studio member. No one could help me figured out why finally I saw that I could downgrade back to where I was. I downgrade and thought everything was okay again until today I got a email informing me that I will be charged the price lock again after I just paid it because I downgrade that's almost 200 dollars just so I can use there scale one time sometimes I never wanted to do in the first place. If this is not fixed I will be finding me a new gym. 08/28/24 updated review I talked to one of the managers and my issues did get resolved the reason for 4 stars is the fact of the deceptive free stuff.

I joined the gym because of a personal trainer that i loved. I ended up having surgery and had to freeze my account. The recurring payments kept hitting my account. Called corporate several times, never got to speak with anyone. I went in to the gym to ask for help, i was told someone was there 2 days ago using my membership, they say thats why is unfrozed because i have been using it, havent been in almost 2 months. I was told only the general manager can figure out who has ben using it but they could not tell me the GM's name or schedule, there is absolutely nothing they can do. While i understand this are ridiculous limitations imposed by corporate, i decided to leave a review based on the customer service i received, there were 3 guys at the front desk, 2 of them very polite and empathetic, they couldn't do any either but understood the frustration, the third one, a short, Hispanic looking kid, i believe he said his name was Matt, had the most horrible, rude, arrogant attitude, while i was leaving i told the other 2 guys that i appreciated them and i did tell the third one thay his attitude was horrible to what he responded as i turned aroud "so its yours" I looked at him and said "i also deal with customers all day, they are paying to receive a service, and so I am" he couldn't care less. Hopefully i can coincide with this elusive general manager and have my money refunded and my membership canceled.

Muy mala experiencia, el gym es bueno pero tristemente abusan y roban con corbata, desde novie bre del 2023 me mudé de estado y cancele la membresía porque dónde me movía no tienen Nada pero me siguieron cobrando mensualmente, volví en abril a Utah y fui personalmente al Vasa de Layyon dónde tenía mi membresía y converse con un representante y el supuestamente me canceló la membresía porque supuestamente no lo había hecho y me explico que era posible que me cobrarán un mes más por la fecha en que se estaba haciendo pero para mí sorpresa me cobraron ese mes y han seguido cobrando cada mes y por si no fuera poco hoy me debitaron $53, casi el doble de lo que es mi pago mensual, la verdad que ya no se que hacer para que esto acabe, he Sido paciente y decente pero me molesta mucho que me sigan robando mi dinero sin yo poder defenderme, tristemente voy a ir al banco a cancelar mi cuenta de años gracias a ellos pero no es justo que abusen así de sus clientes, ahora mismo no estoy trabajando y me sobregiraron la cuenta, teniendoyo que asumir un cargo del banco gracias a que los dueños de mi dinero decidieron seguir sacándolo de la cuenta que aparentemente les pertenece. Recomiedo a cualquier persona y por mi experiencia que no hagan contrato con este Gym porque para ingresar te pintan pajaritos de colores pero para salir te clavan hasta que ellos se cansen o tu tengas que cancelar, no la membresía sino tu cuenta de banco para poder terminar con el abuso. Luego y seguro la respuesta es que lo sienten y que están a la orden para ayudar, pero y el dinero que te estafaron y siguen estafando, quien te lo devuelve??

Kami, the manager of the daycare at the vasa Layton location is an actual angel. I was so hesitant to leave my little 3 month old at any gym daycare. I visited so many locations and felt very uncomfortable with how they were organized and run - until I met Kami. She is the reason I got a membership. Because of how this daycare operates, I actually felt comfortable with my infant there. She eased my new mama heart by answering all my questions and was so down to earth and personal. She is so loving with my baby and just makes me feel so comfortable leaving her at the daycare and having an hour to myself to work out. As a new mom it’s been a life saver and game changer for sure to be able to access the gym in the mornings. I wouldn’t have that opportunity if I didn’t have Kami. If you’re a new mom or any one with kids.. seriously this place has given me such peace of mind and ability to have some me time. Kami - thank you so much!

01/05/2024, They had a male in the women's locker room and it was "fine." I was going swimming and was changing into my suit and was told it was fine to have a male in the women's locker room. They don't take safety very seriously. I would advise if you are a female to NOT change here. This was in the evening about the hours between 6:30-8pm. If you are female be CAREFUL they will do absolutely nothing. I even put in a complaint and they just shrugged it off. I have cancelled my membership with them.

I love love this location. The Kidcare Staff legit feels like family and I can tell they care about my children. I’m also so so grateful for how they go above and beyond when I have a question or need someone,
My only suggestion that could be improved is extending the kid care hours to go after 12 pm. The open Kid Care hours don’t line up with when I need kid care which is usually after 12. This would make such a difference and I honestly believe it would drive up attendance as I know I’m not the only one with this need.

Great customer service. I feel like it lives up to the name ad my home gym. People clean up after themselves and the machines after use. Basically I love the culture of this place. I've been been other vasas. This one is the one! Now I only the basic pass. But if I had to guess the others vip passes would be even better !
Thanks all that helped shape this gym to the best. The literal only issue I have at this place is the bathroom is always dirty. Like it always smells so bad in the men's bathroom. The counters are always so messy and 6/10 times the soap isn't filled. But I nitpick since in my opinion there is nothing else to write negatively about.

The kid care staff here is so awesome! They go above and beyond to play with the kids, have fun crafts, and make it a fun experience for them. You can tell they aren't just showing up to babysit. They are showing up to have fun with the kids! I took off one star because the kid care closes at 12, I wish it was open until 1 or 2. Otherwise, great gym and great classes!

Overall - When I think of VASA Layton I think of community! Such a great community. The first day they were very welcoming and nice! Overall staff. Super nicer, very chill. The manager is a nice guy checked me in already knowing what I was doing and where I was going. Very nice. I generally do Studio Red - and let me tell you!! Love the instructors. The community is so positive and encouraging. The employees also do the classes and it makes it more personal and transparent. Love that!!! Downfalls parking sometimes can be a pain. And the ladies room doesn’t always have paper towels haha. But the people and community make up for that.
Kid care - probably my favorite ❤️ I say that because after a long hard day at work. There’s really nothing I wanna do then unwind and break a sweat KNOWING my kids are safe, with great ladies and also having fun! When you know your kiddos are more than okay. It makes working out a lot easier to just give yourself alone time. I absolutely LOVE the ladies and have established great friendships!! VASA Layton has become our home gym. And the results are I get skinny haha 😂

Friendly staff, clean facility, and plenty of equipment-even during peak hours. I love the classes! Instructors do a great job coaching each person as needed, and the group as a whole. Personal trainers are passionate, skilled and reliable. The pricing structure is fair and competitive. We don't usually come to this location but we did today. I noticed a bald headed creeper with a beard that stalked my wife around another location a couple weeks ago actually works at this location.
Then while doing a class this same creeper started yelling at a bunch of the girls cause he thinks the instructions music is too loud. Maybe this creep should just turn on the music in the gym like other locations have instead of trying to keep it so quiet. Disturbing that this creep is actually employed here and thinks he's some sort of manager or something.

The water fountains, for one, are covered in green and brown fungus and are so disgusting that I don’t use them. The locker rooms are a mess. This gym had way higher standards 3 years ago. Employees, in general, seem unmotivated which is good indicator of a management problem. Quality of both product and service has dropped significantly. It appears that Vasa has become complacent and less concerned about their customer. Out of curtesy, I have brought these matters to the attention of the staff, but unfortunately nothing has changed. Again, I’m leaving a review in hopes that things improve. I wish the best for this company. My business and recommendation will ultimately go to the gym that provides that provides the best service.

Vanessa at the front desk is phenomenal at her job. She's super friendly and always has a smile on her face. I see her staying busy making sure the gym is clean and all the weights are out away. Good job Vanessa. Continue to be awesome everyday!!
