From all of my experiences at Vaudeville Underground it is clear that Havoq and the crew prioritize creating a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can learn and participate regardless of athletic ability. The beginner (Low Sequence) class was challenging without being intimidating, informative, and most importantly enjoyable!

While the limited class sizes mean that slots fill up quickly, it is extremely encouraging as a student to know that Vaudeville Underground prioritizes safety, and a low student to instructor ratio. The small class made it easy to speak up and ask for clarification or help whenever I needed it.

Overall, the vibes are outstanding! If I had any criticism whatsoever, it would only be for the location. While it’s quite accessible by car, public transit options are limited and not particularly convenient(for those with mobility issues it can be a bit of a trek from the nearest bus stop to their location).

If I ever get a car, I’ll be sure to return! Until then, highly recommended!

Really excellent gym for aerial, circus, and other movement arts. The space is very welcoming. The instructors are excellent teachers in addition to being stellar performers. More than any other studio I've attended, VU is concerned with accessibility and making movement arts available to everyone.

I have loved my time in this amazing circus gym. It just keeps growing, variety of new classes, and training There's no judgement. It will be the saddest part of my move out of Salt Lake! I love Vaudeville Underground!

I can’t say enough good things about this studio and my experience so far. This space is so welcoming and I look forward to class each week. Havoq is a phenomenal instructor and explains things so well. The way they break down movements and provide further instruction to help students get the proper technique has been so helpful for me (especially as someone who struggles with flexibility). I feel so grateful to have found a studio that fits my needs and that provides a space to safely learn circus arts.

I think I've grown more as an artist in the last 4 months than the last 4 years. Havoq is an incredible instructor. They can teach artistry and confidence as well as practical fundamentals for aerial safety.
