VO2 Max is the gold standard for cardiovascular health, and the test report gives you your exact heart rate zones, aerobic and anaerobic thresholds, lactate threshold, and caloric consumption so you can optimize your training.
If you run, bike, swim, or lift weights, VO2 Max test data will help you perform at a higher level. If you're preparing for a marathon, triathlon, ironman, cycling or mountain biking race, Hyrox, combat event, or CrossFit competition, a VO2 Max report will help you train smarter, perform better, and track your results.

I’m a runner and knew VO2 max could be a useful tool in my training, but hadn’t done in-depth research on the process or how to use the information.
Not only was Stephen excellent at putting me at ease and helping me know what to expect when I showed up for my test, but he was very thoughtful about explaining my numbers and answering my questions afterward. I can’t recommend the experience enough!

I’ve been doing CrossFit for a while and wanted to know if it’s actually as good for my health as everyone says. Turns out, it is! I don’t run or do endurance workouts very often, but I was glad to see my cardio isn’t as terrible as I thought. Working with Stephen was great and I’m glad I tested.

I wanted to learn about my heart rate zones while I was training for one of my half marathons. The VO2 test helped me tweak my training a bit to get the most out of what my body naturally has to work with. I thought Steve was great to work with too. He was a good coach throughout the test and helped me understand the results afterwards. After thinking I had peaked, I ended up with my best HM time by a few minutes! Will definitely use him again if I decide to do another round to track progress in a year or so.

Working with Stephen was a great experience! I was nervous to do my first ever VO2 max test even though I run regularly. Having been in the CrossFit / running / triathlon training space for years and after monitoring several biomarkers through various methods I became keenly aware of the inaccuracy from my watch when it came to my own VO2 max. My goal has always been to increase my fitness level and having an accurate recording of VO2 max is highly indicative of health and longevity - making it a sought after biomarker. Stephen’s testing allowed me to record an accurate measurement of my VO2 max and set parameters on how to improve it. He was professional and had a solid understanding of his testing process. I've been riding and racing mountain bikes for years now and have been curious about VO2 testing. Stephen's level of detail, explanation, and follow-up were impressive. Beyond the statistical analysis, the report provides workout guidelines to take your VO2 max to the next level. The extra observations and suggestions Stephan added to improve my VO2 max were exciting to hear too. I'm definitely testing again after my training and racing season comes to an end.

I’ve listened to lots of people talk about VO2 Max and how important it is for health and longevity, so I was excited to get mine tested. The test was actually a lot of fun and I’m so glad I got mine tested! The report I got not only told me my VO2 Max, but also provided other valuable information that has better help me focus my training. I will definitely test again after some training to see if I improve!

I’m on a years long fitness journey and getting a VO2 max was another step to help me build more confidence and see how far I’ve come. I was not looking forward to running on a treadmill, but it wasn’t bad and I surprised myself. It’s cool to look at the data and compare it to where I was even just a year ago. I've been training for triathlons using my watch as my main source of data. I knew my VO2 was a critical part of the picture but didn't have a full understanding of what it was... or if the estimate I was getting was reliable. I tested with VO2 Testing a few months before my race and found it super useful to have a more accurate view of my fitness. Great to see the training has been paying off! The test itself was smooth and I appreciated that Stephen walked me through the results--so much more insightful than just seeing a number on my wrist.

Stephen came to my house and tested my VO2 max on my own treadmill in my basement. My heart rate always gets high really fast in workouts so I was hoping to get more insight on that. Turns out my VO2 max is above average for my age but I learned that my aerobic base needed some work. Based on the results, and some recommendations from Stephen, I have changed my training routine now and will definitely retest in the future to check for improvement. Highly recommend!
