I am 68 years old and kind of round. I was fairly apprehensive about hiring a personal trainer. I was working out at the gym and struggling with proper technique and getting very sore without any results. I needed help and started looking for someone to help with my issues. After talking to several trainers I decided on Sarah. On my first visit she made me comfortable and assessed my abilities and set up a routine for me. Sarah taught me proper technique and the importance of stretching. After 2 months I am moving a lot better and getting more out of my workouts. I would recommend her to anyone with any abilities.

Just WOW! I went to see Sarah with a weight loss goal in mind, but got so much more!! Personalized fitness and nutrition plan!!! I hadn’t really considered that side of this. She not only got me to and past my weight loss goal but I really feel the difference from the changes in my diet! Thanks Sarah!!!

Sarah is amazing, I went to her years ago, overweight for my size and needing help. I was 42 years old and never worked out or controlled my diet. After a few short months with Sarah I became stronger and more confident. Once completing her system and sticking with it I was in the best shape of my life. At 46 years old now I still follow her diet plan and workout routine. She can help anyone achieve their goals.
