I’ve been going to Zone Fitness on and off for a couple of years. When I lived in Cache Valley, it was my go-to gym, and now that I live in Texas, I always come back here whenever I’m visiting for an extended period. The staff is easy to work with, the facility is always clean, and the equipment is perfect for any workout I want to do. Highly recommend!

Best deal in the valley, in my opinion. It is definitely a lifters gym, but also has great cardio equipment and machines for any level of expertise. The Owner keeps it clean, and is there every day.

Zone seems to accommodate serious lifting more so than most other gyms in the valley. I get a great workout everytime I go.

During conference travel, I was searching for a nearby gym to keep a regular routine. Logan has several gym options on the north end but many are specialized to specific workout routines. What I loved about Zone Fitness was the friendliness of the staff, conceptual simplicity, 24/7 access, spaciousness, and abundance of equipment. This gym was the perfect fit for my business travel, and I highly recommend it to travelers and Logan residents!

24 hour gym with helpful and kind staff that will help you during business hours at Nutri shop. Guests will need to pay a drop in fee. I love the convenience of key card system. It’s affordable and has everything one needs. There are plenty of machines and treadmills as well as free weights etc. They also have single bathrooms with showers in them. These are kept very clean. The vibe is pretty chill. I would highly recommend!

I am from out of town and always come here when I’m visiting. It’s my favorite place for the best workout. Quaint and not over stimulated with TVs and 1,000 people. Highly recommend! The owners are the best!

When I went to ask about the prices and the possibility to get a membership, the person that talked to me was not professional and took care of us very badly. I don’t recommend this gym at all because they don’t care about the customers.

This gym is for bodybuilders. It is cheaper than the Sports Academy, but other options are more affordable (such as Planet Fitness). Much of the gym is black and rather dark, but I think that's the vibe they are going for. If you are into bodybuilding, this is an excellent gym for you. If you are into cardio or other fitness, there may be better options elsewhere. They have plans that vary between 1 to 12 months but be aware that you can only cancel if you move (or die), even if you are willing to pay the cancellation fee. In my opinion, the locked-in contracts are not ideal for new customers, and during the initial setup did not communicate it accurately (they said there was a cancellation fee, not that you had to meet set criteria when canceling. I think they were in a rush to make the sale at the time.) The staff is friendly. If you go during regular hours, they usually get to know you pretty well. All in all, an okay gym just know what you are getting into.

Don't listen to Yao Rao. This place is awesome. I've been a member here for years and love the feeling. Has an old school vibe with not a ton of traffic, and the 24-hour operation is convenient. They've recently gone through and updated equipment, updated showers/bathrooms, and brought a ton of value into the membership. Highly recommend.

I am an amateur bodybuilder from NYC/NJ and went to Zone Fitness for 3 weeks for my vacation in Logan, Utah.

TLDR: A gym in Logan, UT should not be the same price as a gym in JC/NYC, especially with how cheaply and poorly the equipments are selected and maintained.

Let's start with the one singular pro of this gym: it is a 24 hour gym for members.

Now onto the bad..general idea here is that the gym is overpriced and equipments are cheaply selected with exception of the powerlifting equipments. Now for a very detailed breakdown by each body part.

Chest: the free benches with the exception of the Rogue flat bench are terrible. The rogue incline bench has too little angle variations, the first incline is already too extreme and anyone who isn't 100lbs would hit more front delts than upper chest on it. The life fitness benches are either extremely wobbly or too awkwardly constructed that a kick off is extremely awkward.

Back: Other than the basic multistation, the only "back" machines are all lat focused with exception of one extremely mediocre life fitness row. Even the smith is cheap and awkward. Back training and lat training are not the same thing. MAG grips are a good addition to the gym, but the $350 backwidow is a huge useless waste of money.

Shoulders: Other than the availability of free weights, the only available shoulder machine is a badly maintained screechy life fitness shoulder press that tops out at an embrassing low weight.

Hammies: The footrest on the seated leg/hammie curl is crooked and can easily cause hip issues and muscle imbalance.

Quads: The leg press is a mess, the lever is horrendous and an absolute mess to lock/unlock. The pitshark is some bootleg pitshark that doesn't even have a pit. Smith squat is a mess because of how cheaply constructed the smith machine is.

Adductors/abductors: unless you are a giraffe with long legs, the adductor machine is actually not usable

Glutes: the hip press machine looking thing is actually a glute kick back machine. It's..usable.

Biceps/Triceps: no complaints on these as these don't benefit as heavily as other muscle groups when it comes to specialized machines

My understanding of this gym is that it is very powerlifting focused. That is fine if there were enough plates to actually house more than 2 strong powerlifters.

It seems the owner follows oldschool bodybuilders as I can see the Backwidow from Flex Wheeler, quotes from Arnold on the walls and a Yates rowing machine but do not realize the advancements of equipments in modern bodybuilding. Unfortunately all the equipments in the gym are either badly selected or way too generic to warrent a $45/month membership fee.

My regulat gym is a 24 hour gym in Jersey City, right nexy to NYC. Its equipments are constantly being maintained and hand selected from Cybex, Arsenal Strength, Nautilus, Rogers Athletics, Prime Fitness, etc. And it cost me $40/month.

A gym in Logan, UT should not be the same price as a gym in JC/NYC, especially with how cheaply and poorly the equipments are selected and maintained.

Shane the owner was difficult to work with and treated the members poorly. Gym was often dirty and the machines rarely worked. If you’re looking for a 24/7 gym, you’re better off driving to Salt Lake.

As a lifter who has traveled extensively, I will say that this gym is one of my favorite hidden gems. I say hidden because it wasn’t on Apple Maps for some reason (I think adding it to that would drive more business), but it was on Google Maps and has been the answer I needed for a great affordable gym in the Logan area.

The gym size is perfect. 12/10 would recommend for having high ceilings (I hate working out in office sized gyms), a great selection of equipment (they have all of the essentials), and a great atmosphere. It reminded me of several CrossFit gyms I’ve visited mixed with VASA-like equipment.

The staff is friendly. Penny is a delight and hooked us up with meeting a guy named Zane I believe. Both of them were great to work with as my wife and I were only in town for a few days and they were friendly enough to do a week-long pass at a great rate. It felt like being at my home gym, and that’s what I loved so much about the place.

Whether you’re passing through, needing a day pass or an annual pass, I would 12/10 recommend using this gym. Love this place!

Any time I’m in town, I always use this gym. It’s clean, very well-maintained, and best of all is open 24/7. Shane and I go back a lot of years and it’s so great to see a gym in Cache Valley that shows how much the owner cares.

This is the best gym I have been to. The owner Shane is a good man. I forgot to eat one day, he gave me a free shake and a shaker. Jordan is an excellent team member, who offers practical advice, and doesn't push anything. The gym's culture is a perfect combination of compassion and realism. They do not judge, but rather try to make people better. This is a small buisiness, which is deserving of local people's buisiness. Thanks, guys!

Similar to some other reviews, I signed up for a 6 month membership, I was told it would NOT autorenew, and I’ve been charged several times now since the end of my membership term. Calling the gym just gives you a phone that rings indefinitely with no answer or even an option to leave a message. Poor communication, overpriced, faulty equipment (several of the bikes have been broken the entire time I was a member), absolutely recommend waiting for the Vasa to open up and skipping this place.

Hands down the BEST gym in Cache Valley. It's always clean and the owner, Shane, is always cleaning and making sure the equipment is working. I also love that everyone keeps to themselves and you don't feel like it's a staring contest when you walk in the door . . . great atmosphere and place to workout.

Used to be an Anytime Fitness gym 2 yrs ago, new owner, it's called Zone Fitness. You can sign up at Nutrition Store right next door. Low key gym, tons of equipment, lots of treadmills, ellipticals, amd stair climbers, too. New owner has made a difference. New flooring, nice clientele (women don't have to feel weirded out by men here, not a "social" gym,) always clean. I really like this gym (and still offers 24 hour access).

Great place to lift or work on your cardio, not much space to stretch but it's doable. The only minus for me is that there aren't any chains (at least, none that I can find) but I realize that not everyone uses chains so 5/5 from me.

I chose Zone Fitness because they are the only 24 hour gym in Logan. But I've stayed with them because they have all the equipment I need and the atmosphere is great. They could improve in some areas, they run out of towels often, but for the most part this is the best gym in Logan hands down.

No website which is a little strange. Just a Facebook page. First impressions were solid. The three guys that run the place seem like they can beat anyone up with their pinky finger. You have to go into the Nutrishop next door to talk to anyone. Cost was a little much for what you get to be honest. Don't get me wrong, there is plenty of stuff in there but I wasn't that impressed. They do have plans for future expansion next door however. I'll post the costs here since they are not online anywhere. Month to month is $45. Year contract is $35 a month. Initiation fee is $100. Key card fee is $25. Fairly standard for most gyms but I would expect more equipment and space.
