CP has been life-changing for me! I have been a member for two years now and I have fallen in love with pilates and it has become the center of my wellness routines. Every instructor is wonderful and super knowledgeable, I have become stronger and worked muscles I didn't even know I had. Each class is a bit different and fun, and never feels boring or repetitive. This past month I've been working with an injury and the instructors have been so accommodating that I haven't missed a beat. This location is genuinely welcoming of everyone and I love how truly inclusive the environment is. No matter your fitness level or needs, you are welcomed in this community. I recommend this place to everyone!

I had a really good experience last Saturday for my free intro class. I was greeted by the owner Adam who was super friendly. Since I was the only person doing the intro, I got a tour of the club. It was neat and clean. I worked with Kendra who was very patient, cheerful and knowledgeable. She heard the physical challenges I have and modified the exercises and tension springs for me. I’ve had a lot of physical therapy for my lower back, hip, pelvic floor etc and I can honestly say, the tension in all three areas were greatly diminished after this one class. For me, this practice will be a great way to correct some alignment issues and strengthen my body so I can be more active in the gym. I am definitely joining this club!

Just past 10 sessions and proud to share increases in strength and flexibility. Before I started one or two push ups was a struggle. Now 10 is no problem. Also, as a type 1 diabetic, Pilates has helped me with better blood sugar control. Amazing, friendly, patient and supportive staff. As a cyclist, the benefits have been huge.

I joined Club Pilates right after the studio opened and I’ve been coming every week since. I hoped that Pilates would strengthen my weak shoulder and achy knee and generally improve my arthritis. I have been thrilled with the results. My balance is better. I feel much stronger. And I feel better overall. Pilates is now the center of my wellness routine.

I love the 6a class- it’s the perfect way to start your morning. Gentle music, dim lighting, and focused intentional movement. Plenty of opportunities to make movements harder or easier and no high-impact or loud sounds, really an amazing way to start the day. The studio is very clean and welcoming- highly recommend!

I have been going for a few months and just upgraded to the unlimited membership a month ago. I have had the BEST time at this studio! Katie and Adam are wonderful and have fostered such a calming and inclusive space. I went through a journey of lifting, cardio, etc but I finally feel like I have found a workout I enjoy and can stick to at CP. Special shoutouts to Katie, Kendra, and Lissy: their classes are fantastic, and they are great about offering modifications based on your ability/skill level. A must if you are in Chittenden county and are interested in trying Pilates!

I have been going to Club Pilates for 2 months. In this short time, I have noticed an increase in my strength, flexibility, and balance. The reformer based Pilates is amazing! The knowledge and skill level of the instructors is phenomenal. Each instructor is unique in their approach and they are so welcoming and positive about your success. This pilates studio has totally changed my life. The owners are amazing and each instructor has their own style to keep things interesting and fun! I highly recommend checking it out if you want to spend an hour with people that want to get fit and stay fit. I've been going to Club Pilates Williston for 3 months now and really enjoy it! We're lucky to have this business in our area. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. The facilities are always clean and welcoming, and the front-desk staff is always very nice too. I also like that each of the instructors have their own approach and level of difficulty; you always get new workouts by trying different classes with different instructors, so you never get bored.

I have taken pilates classes at other places but I truly enjoy this studio and its location. The studio instructors are professional and experienced. I usually take a morning class with Alisa who is an amazing instructor. She is personable and professional. She mixes in moves to engage certain areas such as glutes but also gives a full body workout. I have already seen amazing results!

As a long distance runner, I had been researching pilates for some time. I found there was a brand new studio opening up nearby and I had to try a class. I was a little nervous as I have very stiff joints and I'm not very flexible. The instructor was able to give me modifications and adjustments to help me get the most out of the class. I felt so great after my first class and I cannot wait for my next one!!
