The owner Shelby is insufferable. Her staff lost my 6 year old daughter for over 20 minutes and then blamed the 6 year old. Shelby refused to accept any responsibility and was very defensive and rude when we attempted to broach the incident with her. As a business owner myself I’m shocked and disappointed by Shelby’s behavior and lack of leadership.

My daughter has been a gymnast at Cobra for 7 years and we love the program here! The redcreation and competitive program are amazing. They not only focus on great gymnastics fundamentals but really building the girls confidence and self esteem.

The best teachers!!!! My daughter loves Cobra and as a Mom I am thrilled. She has learned so much during her time in team competition. I love that the girls get along and encourage each other. Best of all she comes home happy after practice.

After being involved with this gym for 5 years I have first hand knowledge that the owner/head coach is regularly rude and condescending to both gymnasts and parents. When concerns are brought to her attention she is spiteful and retaliatory. She doesn't take responsibility for her actions. She presents herself as a woman with integrity, she is anything but.

Cobra has been amazing for both my girls. We started in the parent/child classes for each of them and now there in different level classes and all of the coaches and staff have and continue to be amazing. They truly work with the girls on their strengths and help them to improve their weaknesses.

Cobra Gymnastics and dance is a an exciting and fun place for moving bodies! Besides being a coach there for the past seven years, I have been a student of Tribal Bellydance and absolutely love it! Also my son has been a student of the preschool, recreational, and ninja gymnastics programs and has always enjoyed his time spent the gym!

Very disappointing establishment, although my daughter absolutely loves gymnastics and looked forward to learning more through this gymnasium. she was often over looked and unassisted. Neither the coach nor the owner whom over saw plenty of the classes cared to take the time to help strengthen any “weakness” But lead my child to believe she was doing well. Ultimately at the end of each session left her devastated in tears and confused with a sheet of paper stating all that “still needs work” unable to move onto the next level. With the limited amount of time the children get to learn and the size of the classes the amount of money asked per session is just wasteful. There’s clear favoritism from not only the coaches but the owner, if the child has any weakness then that’s just what they are looked as ...the weakest link. Even worse the owner is absolutely awful when the children are given the “end show “ to us parents. After three full sessions we will never return.

Our young children previously attended classes at Cobra. The facilities are very nice. Coach Allie is really wonderful with small children. We really loved her. However, the owner wasn't very friendly and was not good with teaching very small children. Didn't seem to understand what the children could understand developmentally which was disappointing. The Birthday Party staff was wonderful, however of parties we booked was double booked at the gym. We had to share our time with another family and the kids were of varying ages, and became slightly hazardous to the small children in our party. The staff did everything they could to make it enjoyable and we got a discount due to the error. I think if you are a competitive older child, this is the gym for you. and f you have younger children, you want Coach Allie. We did decide to try another gymnastics place in the area and have been very happy there.
