A powerlifter's dream gym! They also have classes, steam room and an experienced in-house masseuse to put you back together after you tear yourself down.

Awesome staff, no frills gym with tons of equipment, loved that it was actually cold in there for a good work out! Also plenty of cleaning supplies provided. Let us come in from out of town (we visit Castleton often) which was cool.
