From rock climbing walls and exercise machines to yoga classes, pickleball and tennis, we have something for any fitness fan at von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort. We offer 3 massage treatment rooms for guests as well as a sauna and 20-person hot tub. Our resort boasts modern equipment mixed with old-fashioned charm—the perfect combination for health and wellness.

Clean ànd well kept. Luxurious spa environment with views in every direction. Outdoor hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor sitting areas to get a tan or read a book right next to a natural pond or sharing the view with neighboring Highland cows.
Get a massage, climb a (indoor) wall or sign up for Yoga.

Pricey day passes for out of towers, but totally worth it if you're a dedicated gym goer. Awesome equipment and have a ton of cool machines/racks to hit whatever you need.

Dont miss the fitness center, so many options for getting a workout and so many options for relaxing. The hot tub views were phenomenal
