I have been a client at Fitness Options Personal Training Studio for nearly 16 years. During this time I have come to admire and respect the knowledge, skill, and personal attention that each of my trainers, past and present, has provided to help me achieve my fitness goals. Although each trainer is unique in his or her style, they share one commonality: they listen to their clients’ fitness goals and create a training program tailor made to make it happen.
Paul Steinhagen has been my personal trainer for nearly two years. In that time he has been so on point with workouts specifically designed for me. He knows when to push the envelope in order for me to attain higher fitness levels. After our session I feel fit, energized and ready to conquer the day!
Although Paul cracks the whip during our training time, we do manage to share stories and have some fun. Paul is personable, dedicated to his profession, an awesome trainer, and an expert kickboxing instructor! Without a doubt, he has made a positive impact on my fitness level and overall health!
Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not praise the entire Fitness Options staff for their professionalism and expert services. Thank you for all you do!”

Highly recommend this place for personal training! I've been training with Chris again for 6 months or so and lost a bunch of weight already. I say again because we used to see each years ago, but ended up drifting apart. It wasn't him, it was me.
Chris' love for kicking my butt never dwindled though and now we're back at it. If you're looking for a place that will help you set and achieve your fitness goals, you should give them a try.

My trainer, Chris Dryden, and the entire staff at Fitness Options are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fun. From the first minute I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and felt at home. I am a competitive dragon boat paddler with Malia Paddling and Racing here in Burlington. Chris has helped me gain muscle stamina, strength and endurance. He knows his stuff! After I broke my wrist skating, and was finally allowed to return to training, Chris creatively and appropriately modified my program to meet me where I was physically. He has helped me to maintain mobility, increase strength, and continue to be a productive member of my team. Thanks, Chris! And thanks to the entire Fitness Options team for all you do to make this a wonderful place to train!

I’ve been seeing David every other week for over a year and a half. I met him when I was receiving physical therapy at Catamount (also an amazing team of gifted practitioners!). Having chronic pain most of my adult life, I have had many many massages. What makes David stand out as such an amazing massage therapist is that he has truly intuitive hands. He finds the sore spots and nimbly coaxes them to unlock. His unique combined training and years of experience as both a massage therapist and a personal trainer means that he has a deep understanding of physiology which he uses to not only give me immense immediate relief, but to prevent further issues by targeting problem areas holistically (for me it’s my shoulders). Honestly, I’ve never felt better.

Fitness Options is amazing. My trainer David knows my goals and tailors every workout to meet them. He mixes it up so I’m never bored and importantly, in 3.5 years of training with him, I’ve never gotten hurt. Personal training has vastly improved my fitness and resilience, and given me a solid foundation for all my other activities. I highly recommend the wonderful Fitness Options team!

I’ve been working out at Fitness Options for over a year. I crawled out of the pandemic and at 67, I wasn’t sure I was going to make it back. But with the smarts and motivation of my trainer Caleb, to massages from David that healed my body as well as my soul. When I ran into some issues with my neck and shoulder joints I had the comfort of seeking medical help from their PT division , Shawn, a Physical Therapist, evaluated my joint issues and I was cleared to continue making progress. A one stop shop with professionals of all stripes to assist all levels of fitness.
