Spencer meets you where you're at, and helps you get where you want to go! I've been training with Spencer for over a decade, and he's tailored our programming to match a broad range of goals as my life circumstance have evolved. This has included long distance running, general fitness, watersports, and injury prevention / recovery. Spencer takes the time to understand his clients' goals and abilities, and crafts a realistic (and yes, fun) program to match the specific person he's working with. I would recommend Spencer as a trainer to any and all who are seeking a hand in achieving their goals.

I was an athlete for the majority of my life and as I got older I continued to rely on improper fitness tactics which didn’t bode well as I was approaching my mid thirties. That coupled with working long hours and poor food choices caused the injuries and pounds to start piling up. I knew I needed some help and direction.
Luckily, I met Spence through a mutual friend and I was immediately refreshed by his approach to help set realistic individualized goals for both nutrition and fitness. The approach allowed me to slowly make changes that have lasted as opposed to making drastic immediate changes that usually result in failure.
All I can say is that after working with Spence for 6 months, I lost 23lbs and gained strength/flexibility that I haven’t had in years. Spencer is as personable as he is knowledgeable. He tailors his training to the individual, regardless of your fitness level and/or exercise experience. He prioritizes goal setting and takes into account any medical history/injuries to modify your training sessions appropriately AND effectively. This gym is everything you need. I have been looking to get in shape and didn’t know where to start. Being a beginner, Spencer was able to modify workouts to my ability. Since starting with him a few months ago, I’ve never been stronger. I’ve lost inches and maintained muscle mass. He took the time to work with me and walked me through each exercise since I was nervous about my precious back injuries. Spencer acknowledged my concerns and worked with me. My back has never felt better .
