My husband and I normally take a trip for our annual “Fall Break” to slow down and enjoy the seasonal change from work and life.
We decided this year to visit Vermont, particularly Stowe. Upon arriving, I immediately began looking for Yoga and/or Pilates studios - if it’s also a Hot studio, that’s a bonus. I discovered Hot Yoga Stowe and immediately was drawn in by the warm and welcoming feeling as soon as I walked in the door. The owner, Amy, is an amazing ray of sunshine and you can feel the positive vibes from all that is offered and all who join to participate! I enjoyed it so much, I took three different classes while vacationing in Stowe: Hot & Heavy Lift, 26&2 Fusion, and Inferno Hot Pilates. All three were wonderful bliss! I highly recommend visiting Amy and her team. You will absolutely enjoy every moment and leave feeling nourished in so many energizing ways.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Stowe Hot Yoga. I’ve been coming to this studio for a long time, and Amy the owner truly has done a wonderful job—it has such a great energy, and the heat is always spot-on perfect for hot yoga.
There’s a great variety of classes, so there’s something for everyone. I usually stick with the Bikram-style hot yoga, but my wife loves the Inferno Pilates. The teachers are all fantastic—knowledgeable, kind, and truly excellent.
It’s been a lifesaver for me. I try to go consistently, and anytime I miss a stretch, I can feel it—coming back is always a game-changer.
I’ve been to yoga studios all over the world, and Stowe Hot Yoga is hands-down my favorite!

It’s a 45 minute drive for me to get to this studio, and it’s completely worth it. All of the instructors are excellent, fun, and kind. Highly recommend

Today I came in for hot Pilates class for my first time, the instructors were excellent. They were welcoming , encouraging , and helpful. I didn’t know how to do certain things and they were sweet about it. At one point the heat got to me from being dehydrated from day before and I had to step out they made sure I was ok and were super sweet. At the end they gave cold towels with lavender scent on it. So relaxing. Deff recommend

I started at Amy’s Hot Yoga Stowe studio with a warm flow yoga class which was just what my stressed out busy brain needed at the time as I finished grad school. I then pivoted to the Inferno Hot Pilates classes and have not looked back. It’s a little dance party, a little bit sauna, and a huge workout! All 3 teachers are so good. The music, the lights, the smiles keep me going back for more. And the burn. It burns so good! Try it but be prepared with electrolytes and towels. You’ll need it. Thank You Amy.

Love this studio! The space is clean, bright and welcoming and Amy the studio owner does an amazing job making everyone feel welcome. There are a ton of class options to choose from. Anything from hot yoga to inferno hot pilates to non heated yoga classes. Whether you are new to yoga or inferno hot pilates or have been practicing for a long time, there's definitely a class for everyone at this studio.

Just started going to HYS and I LOVE it. Inferno pilates is the best workout ever (I've only done a handful of classes and I already feel stronger) and the studio has such positive, welcoming energy.

I have been going to this studio for a year now and it has been life changing. Amy and her team of incredible teachers have curated a diverse line up of classes for all levels. Inferno hot pilates has truly been transformative, seeing noticeable results after just a few weeks. I am so grateful for this space and for Amy who truly cares about each and every person that walks through her door, she has brought together a wonderfully supportive community with her enthusiasm, knowledge and energy.

I tried Inferno Hot Pilates in March and my life has been infinitely better ever since. I go almost every day to sweat and get stronger. It has been one of the greatest joys of my life to discover a class that is so "me". I have been a runner since I was 13. In December- at age 47- I got planter fasciitis fir the first time- and was unable to run- and found myself struggling. I skied for 3 months but in March wondered how I would manage- how would I exercise- what could I do? How would I feel good and thrive? Finding HOTYOGASTOWE was a blessing. Amy, Millie, and Bonnie are all phenomenal instructors. I am the happiest and strongest I have ever been. I tell every one I know- every chance I get- come try Inferno Hot Pilates! It will change your life!

Great studio, classes and teachers! Studio owner Amy, is such a sparkplug of positivity. LOVE HER even during an entire class of Inferno Pilates (tabata-style!) when I'm counting down the reps! I'm thrilled to see HYS's classes grow a loyal local following. That being said, it is a very welcoming space whether it's your first time or you're a hard core yogi visiting from Venice Beach. See you on the mat!

A gem of a studio! I have practiced yoga all over the country for the last 15 years and this spot is one of my favorites. Amy, the studio owner, brings a sparkle of light to Stowe and has cultivated a connected and dedicated community of yogis. A great place to build or continue a long term yoga practice OR just enjoy dropping in while you visit Stowe from out of town. Can't recommend it enough!

Inferno Hot Pilates at HYS is my favorite class. It's always different and although the progress you make is visible, class is still always challenging. Each instructor has a unique style and perspective and I appreciate all of them. The studio is welcoming, clean, and energizing and class prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend trying a class at HYS!

Hot Yoga Stowe has been a game changer! Amy (the owner) is very welcoming and explains all movements before we do them. I have mostly been doing hot pilates and have noticed HUGE changes in toning and my strength has increased tremendously in the last few months I’ve been going consistently. An extremely welcoming group for all shapes, ages and levels. I would highly recommend checking this place out whether you’re local or just visiting!

I have gone to three Sundays in a row now to the Inferno Hot Pilates class and let me tell you this class is no joke. If you want to detox, get fit and be pushed to your brink, then
this is the class! The music is pumping, the heat is cranked and the energetic
vibe is on point… My advice is to start hydrating the night before, bring your water bottle with electrolytes in it, towel on top of your yoga mat, a towel for wiping sweat off your brow and don’t wear too much clothes cause it’s gonna be HOT 🥵… I gotta say it’s crazy, but I’m hooked! Love it

I'm so happy I found this place! This is NOT your regular hot yoga studio. The pilates class is actually tabata, a type of HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time.
If you want an intense workout that will kick your butt and burn calories, strength and tone, then stop reading this review and go sign up for the Inferno Hot Pilates class!
I was hooked after one class!

I live in Stowe 1/2 time and when I'm home I go to yoga here 2 times a week, religiously. There are plenty of classes offered, the instructors are good and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean. Benefits of Bikram/26 & 2...... a great detox sweat, necessary stretching for a 50+ year old, keeps my core and other muscles firm, and it's a restorative meditation. I've been going for over 7 years and I miss it terribly every time I'm away! (If you're a first timer.. best advice I got was to go a minimum of four times in two weeks and after that it would be easier and I'd see and enjoy benefits.)

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Hot Yoga Stowe. We celebrated my bachelorette party in Stowe and finished off the weekend with an amazing private class with Amy. She went out of her way to make sure that everyone in the room was comfortable and the practice was accessible for all levels. We all loved our yoga class! Overall- just a great experience. Thank you, Amy!

We love doing yoga out of state. We had a blast with both classes that we attended. One class with Emma and one with Tracey. Both instructors were great. I love the fact that they help you into a pose if you need a little extra umph. Definitely recommend it to any visitors passing through. Thanks ladies!
