I love working out at this gym every time I am in the area. The space and equipment are always clean, the trainers are accessible and kind, and the membership options are reasonable! I wish we had a similar local gym option near me. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were visiting family in the area the week of thanksgiving and found this gym. We went three times and were very impressed. The staff was super kind, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. If we lived in the area this would be our regular gym for sure!

New owner and I have already noticed important improvements. The gym is adding more equipment. The hours are great for people like myself who work until 5-6pm during the week. The gym is currently open 5am-9pm during the week and 8am-8pm on the weekend. It’s not too busy, that being said you never have to wait for equipment! I would recommend this gym to anyone. Great environment, great equipment, and great people! Check it out!
